He came to my house to give me an estimate and I asked him a lot of questions to quiz his knowledge of carpet cleaning. I had a dog odor I was concerned about and together we walked the rooms with a black light for areas of concern. We set an appointment for a month out (due to my crazy schedule) and he arrived on time without any reminders from me. Afterwards my carpet was dry enough to walk on with socks within an hour or two and they look and smell great. I can not recommend Benson enough!

Once the carpet dried things did not look so great and the carpets smelt really bad.These guys worked hard and have followed up but the quality of the cleaning was just not there. They did come back a second time due to forgetting a step. I was really hoping these guys were good since they seem to be super honest and hardworking but if the carpets don’t look clean I can’t recommend them.Unfortunately I’m going to have to have someone come do the carpets again.

Amazing! Not only did they save my bacon by being able to come out quickly, but it looks fantastic! It was at a house we were dog sitting and somehow the dogs got out at night and there was poop literally everywhere! They got all the stains out! Its very apparent that Benson REALLY cares about his customers and is extremely detail oriented! We recently purchased a townhome that had REALLY bad carpets in it. In all honesty, they should have been torn out with how bad they were, but we just didnt have the to time to do it in this situation. His guys came and spent at least 5 hours on the carpets, but what was most impressive was that the next day, Benson himself came out and spent over 4 more hours touching up some areas and retreating other areas just to make sure that the carpets were clean enough for the tenants who were moving in that day. He REALLY went the extra mile and spent A LOT of extra time on a Saturday even.The previous resident had several dogs and cats, and the new tenants were allergic to cats, so it was very critical that we got them very clean, and so far the new tenants have not had any allergic reactions!
