Excellent all around. They coordinated with the plumber to fix a pipe, then fixed the insulation and drywall, then painted and cleaned up. After they were done it looked better than it did before. They even replaced a dryer vent with one that met code. They really went above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend All American.

We were able to get the crew, Dennis and Robert, out to our place the next day. We requested our carpets be cleaned, and realized once the guys arrived, that they do much more than clean carpets. There was an area in the basement where padding had been piece mealed and the carpeting area around this had lifted away from wall. We had a water line break in our basement earlier this year. The water ran for most of the day until my son came home around 8 that evening to find standing water in the basement. My wife and I were not home so he made the call to All American and they were there shortly after his call. My wife and I came home about 830 in the morning to find them still working from the night before, all the water was gone, they had cut all the damaged sheet rock out and had many fans and a de humidifier running. After searching for a cleaners that takes drop off cleaning of area rugs I was able to reach Terry at All American. She was willing to do my rug and accept at 7:00 am when they open. So I took my white area rug to be cleaned and was absolutely delighted with the result. The staff were so friendly and responsive that I couldn’t ask for better service. We had a flood in our home recently. We had to have tile replaced, drywall torn out and redone, carpet padding removed, new paint, and the carpet cleaned. Had to repaint after they left. Holes in sheetrock from workers. Cut up wood removing floors that needs to be replaced. Floor from Bell Hardwood has serious cracks i have to putty. Been trying to keep under sink clean found out why. Sink wasnt caulked and when i wipe counters the water goes under sink and makes a mess in cabinet under sink. Spending my day caulking under sink. Made a joke out of me making friends, talking shop. Today a year later still fixing their mess.

I went into our basement to get a suitcase because my pregnant wife was told to go to the hospital by her doctor, only to find our water heater had broke and was flooding the storage and main living room. I called Terri at All American, she handled everything. In an extremely stressful time in life. My wife was rushed to an operating room for an emergency C-section, by the time we got out of the O.R. and settled into a room, Terri had already texted and let me know they had cleaned up replaced the water-heaters and had fans drying our basement. By the time we got home the carpet pad was repaired, and carpet stretched. Within the week they had new baseboard, and paint. It was a great experience, in a time with so much uncertainty. Mold damage can be very difficult because often times the damage is done before there are any definite signs. I was devastated to find this problem in my basement from cracks in the foundation you couldnt even see. All American brought in their team of two of the best workers for a tough job. I have been an assistant wrestling coach at the Snake River for almost 8 years. With hundreds of kids using the mats. All the sweat, blood and glitter from the cheerleaders the maintenance on wrestling mats can get away for you really fast. We had had an outbreak of skin funk that we couldn’t get on top of. After trying several different cleaning solutions over the past few years. The mats starting to get sticky and caused a few injuries. I called multiple cleaning and restoration companies for a solution. I got a lot of I don’t know, maybes and extremely high prices. The owner from All American call and offered a service he was confident about and a price that our club could afford. I then put them in a bad spot and asked to have it done on two days notice. The owner and his crew arrived exactly on time. After talking with them for a minute I started to get the impression they had certification or training due to everyones knowledge of the product. (THEN THEY GOT AFTER IT) One of my main concerns was damaging the mats during cleaning. They used a buffer with soft pads and had no issues. Then they applied a disinfectant called Steramist. After stressing all day I got a phone call exactly when he said it would be finished and on time for us to start setting up for our youth tournament that night. We had multiple compliments throughout the night from parents and other coaches. We have had no issues with stickiness on the mats and our room has never smelled better. The product is awesome and the guys did an outstanding job. We will definitely be using this service again in the future.

All American Cleaning and Restoration has taken care of floods and leaks for us for the past 30 + years. Each time has been great! Two tricky leaks were particularly difficult to find and repair. Fletch returned until the problem was solved and everything restored perfectly. My wife and I could not be happier with the service and concern both in Idaho Falls and Island Park. I didnt even get the chance to do business with them. I messaged them with a question. (cat peed on mattress) and they responded and told me it was basically impossible to clean. They didnt try to offer a solution or anything. I felt that my question was dumb and they didnt care. Ill figure out this mattress thing in my own, if thats how they are going to treat me.
