John is very easy to work with. We felt informed and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They are also very quick to act on your behalf. Not all creditors follow the rules and continue to harass you after filing. We simply let John know what was going on and he took care of it immediately. Collection agencies have their bulldogs, it was nice to have one of our own for a change. Yes, bankruptcy sucks, it’s not something that anyone is proud of but John and his team helped us to understand that bankruptcy is sometimes the only way to move forward. They were compassionate, empathetic and we did not at anytime feel judged by them.

After a debilitating work place injury, followed by a divorce. My finical situation was in bad shape. One quick call to John at Avery, and a very simple to follow process. This is an edit from my previous review. When viewing their google reviews I was very inclined to work with them, at first Ryan was good but after I filed I could never get phone calls or even emails returned by him. I felt like I was rushed through the process, and he barley explained what was happening. I had no time while I was there to even think of questions. However, I also worked with Holly and Crystal and they have both been nothing but amazing! This review went from one star to 4 ONLY because of them! Maybe Ryan is just over worked and if he is maybe they need to turn clients away to better care for the ones they currently have.

They give you all the paperwork and explain everything and then file it. They are knowledgeable and efficient. They are with you when you go to see the bankruptcy judge and walk you through the questions he will ask. They keep you informed of everything you need to do to complete the process.
