Cecilia was wonderful to work with! She gave me the best pedicure I’ve had literally in years and she was so friendly while doing so! She was truly a delight, I will surely be returning in 2 weeks 😊

I use Hannah for my pedicures and she is AMAZING, its my treat to myself the Deluxe Spa Pedicure with the hot stones Heavenly, she so sweet she doesnt talk which is great because I put my headphones on play my music and play my games, its like a mini vacation. I think we have a pedi-sign language 😊 she taps my legs, raises my heal and whatever tap it is I know what she wants.Great Salon!

I really enjoyed myself in Vicky’s today. My pedicure was amazing. The young lady did a fabulous job on my pedicure. And for my nails I got a French manicure using the dip powder! Very good job overall. It was a little more expensive than where I normally go but it won’t deter me from returning!

The owner started my pedicure cut me three times…. I believe she cannot see…. Nipping into thin air and very angry. She sent Shonda to fix her mess and polish (Shonda is the best ever) then the sent her to someone else after fixing just one foot to give me someone else (3rd person who did not want to finish the other foot) I had to demand the send Shonda back to finish my feet. My mother in law also got a pedicure this cost $163 this is ridiculous!! The most unprofessional place I have ever been service from the owner was horrible. THANK YOU SHONDA for fix the mess!!!

Every nail tech weve had here over the years does excellent work and is very professional while also being friendly. The pedicure massage chair is a perfect compliment to the spa hot towel wrap and lower leg massage included in the spa pedicure. The gel manicure includes great nail shaping, hangnail cleanup, cuticle cleanup, and a forearm/hand massage. Would highly recommend this place again and again.

This was my 6th place going to in town by far the friendliest place. They did a gel pedicure and manicure. Price is average for this area but well worth. I will be back 1st place I have wanted to return too. They are knowledgeable willing to answer your questions with explanation if needed.

Went in for a fill in and pedicure on yesterday (asking to remove ACRYLIC from toes). After soaking, she proceeds. As the tech is clipping, she all of sudden moves sideways (with toenail clippers) and rips over HALF of MY toenail off. I scream.She says, Its just the acrylic.No maam its not. My toe is BLEEDING. Half of my nail is gone. Look pink. No nail maam.Another tech comes over (they speak their Native tongue), and they asked if I just want another acrylic to cover. Do something. It hurts, its ugly, and yall are just standing there looking. Another tech comes to put on another acrylic to fix it.Original tech comes back and flips the blame to me.It ripped because you have toe FUNGUS.Are you serious? Cecilia has been my usual tech, with no issues. (I love her!) No sign of fungus has ever been on, near, or around my feet. But all of a sudden TODAY (after you rip my toenail off) theres fungus? 🤔 I think not. Just put the acrylic on and paint so that I can leave.Another tech comes over to paint my nails, I go to pay for polish and leave.Original tech: Its $38.Me: For some polish?Tech: $20 for polish, $10 for acrylic, $8 for soap and water you put your feet in.I laughed. IMMEDIATELY.Owner is 15 feet away, never looked up or responded.Me: I shouldnt have to pay for ACRYLIC nor the soap or water, when YOU messed up my toenail.Tech: We fix for you.Me: Just give me my receipt.Owner still doesnt say a word. Doesnt even look my direction.Tech then asks, $38 even?Me: Yes. 38 EVEN. Im not tipping you or anyone else in here. Ever. Again.I wake up this morning, my toe still hurts.I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else.

I had eyebrow waxing done by Cecilia. She is the best LOVE HER! Make sure to ask for her if you need this service. Definitely a place to go too. Clean, friendly and welcoming environment .

I’ve been going here since 2018. Vicky does an awesome job on my brows and lashes. Cant remember his name but he’s a great singer...he did my nails today and all of the workers were standing there admiring his work. They turned out so beautiful and way better than I expected!! Thank you

I got my nails done yesterday. Literally 4 of my nails have broken. 1 I had to get repaired yesterday. It literally broke while I was driving. Woke up thisx morning, 2 were broken. Scratched my scalp, another one gone. They charged over $100 for THEIR SERVICES. I had no problem paying,. Their customer service was good but their quality is bullshxt.

This is by far the best nail salon Ive ever been to! Every nail technician takes pride in their work and makes sure everything is perfect. Ive never had a bad experience here and 10/10 would recommend!

I seldom go to the nail salon( 3 times a year maximum), but this was the second time I’ve been to this salon. I was getting a pedicure for my honeymoon and the staff seemed frustrated to even take customers. There were 2 very sweet ladies that work there. I asked the lady to use the foot file but she refused to. The pedicure I got the first time in the shop was far more detailed than my current pedicure and the experience with the lady working was far more pleasant.There are many employees always present so the wait time is low.

Very thorough and great attention to detail. I love that they are open until 8:00. They were very friendly and I did not feel rushed even though it was past closing when they were done with me. Excellent experience!

I been going here for almost 10yrs. I only go for pedicures and it’s always done in a timely manner and the techs are polite. Hannah is my saving grace, I request her every time, but due to my schedule she isn’t always available. I gave it 3 stars because although Hannah has never disappointed, other techs have been.

I Have been going here for a little over a year. Service is always friendly. I have been getting my nails done for almost 25 years and Vicky is the best in the business. I will always get them done by her. She also does amazing brows!

The lady that did my nails was the second chair from the door on the left hand side collecting payments. She was rough with my hands and the quality wasnt good. She kept saying she would fix my crooked nails and get off the extra acrylic that dried up around my cuticles but later said the acrylic was dry skin around my nails and put oil on it. Anyone whos had their nails done before know the difference between dry skin and dried acrylic but I will not be going back.

I loved my nails but I truly felt that $50 for a fill in was WAYYYYYYY too much. Although my nails look pretty good, I dont think Ill be coming back for this service again due to the price. I feel I couldve gotten a whole new set for this price.

Fantastic and fast service! My technician was thorough and safe. I saw her sanitize and use sanitized equipment while trying to get a stubborn ingrown nail.My husband got a pedi along with me and loved his tech’s care as well. Thank you!

I love Vicky’s because they greet you with a warm hello as soon as you walk in. Everyone is so professional and courteous. Mrs Vicky walks around checking on her clients, Jennie is so quick and very diligent when she done my nails and last but not least Vivian is great! I love it here!! I always come here to get my toes done and they pretty much have never let me down on my toes . I went in to get my eyebrows done and they were the worst eyebrows ever and looked like they were never done. I ended up coming back in to get them fixed after further investigation in my car. Also the lady who did them kept herself a tip of $5 out of my change! It’s so rude to not let someone offer a tip considering I always tip anyway.

This was my first time going there and when I first walked in I was greeted nicely. The woman that did my manicure was/is very professional and made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely go back here again!

This place will absolutely rip u off. They charged 75 bucks for gel nails that were supposed to be 45. Charged 50 just to paint my toenails...supposed to be 20. I didnt have a full pedicure. It was terrible.

Paid $75 for trash. I asked for stiletto nails but I received an uneven set of almond nails that didnt last a week. I will never visit there again. I want my money back.

I would of rated Vickys nail at 5 stars but yesterday the gentleman Andy who did my pedicure did an amazing job on my pedicure, very polite. I didnt get the gentleman name who worked on my 14 year old daughter I told them gel nail polish for her toes and hands only. I ask for my self basic pedicure with gel polish and my hands just polished. Both our eyebrows waxed. When finished my daughter was across the room ended up with an manicure and our total was $169.00 I know I havent been here in a while but that was too expensive I was thinking it would at least be $100 for both of us. I was so upset so I just paid the amount and left.

They charged me 50 just for acrylic powder and a clear coat. I asked for my money back because I was so upset with how badly they looked and when i walked back in all the lady did was file right over my clear coat and said there now it’s not. Very unprofessional and very rough with hands.

So I went for an appointment for a full set and eye brow wax. I asked for ombré acrylic polish with natural colors with natural pink fade into a hot pink color. The tech used white instead. When I told him that I didn’t like the way it looked, after doing the first finger, he became slightly agitated and a little bit rough because he had to start over. This made me a little uncomfortable and nervous because he was trying to use the drill to take the nail off and the acrylic wasn’t dry yet. After he took the nail off by soaking in acetone; I asked for him to just paint them all white so I could get it over with. My eyebrow waxing wasn’t that good either due to brows not being trimmed or plucked just wax. I had to go home to shape and pluck. With paying 82.00 plus tip the services needs to get better. Fyi... this has nothing to do with race or gender. This is strictly about bad services rendered and an unpleasant experience.

I got a pedicure today with Vivian she is the best! I love coming to Vicky Nail everyone is friendly and professional. I also got a fill in with Jennie she very sweet and does an amazing job with my nail. Vicky Nail Spa is the place to be for great service.

I got my nails and feet done on a Sunday my nails were so sloppy, I got a French tip and my nails broke the very next day. I called I came back I was charged for the repair not to mention the sloppy work that I even still left a good tip for. The nail tech apparently was upset he had to fix my nail because he was handling my hands very rough and when he finished he ask me to move. He sits in the second chair and his works is sloppy and he is rude. Not mention I ask for Andy not him.

Cecilia did my pedicure and gel manicure. She was fantastic. She was very sweet, professional, kept asking how I was doing as my services were performed. I am new to the area and this was the first nail salon I have visited. My intention was to continue coming back and make this “‘my nail place”. This would’ve been a five star experience. However, when it was time to wax my brows, someone else did it (I don’t know her name). I told her I only wanted it ‘cleaned up’. I don’t like my brows too thin. She did not listen to me at all. Another thing is... they double dip the same stick into the wax. By the time I noticed this it was too late. Not hygienic at all.

The nails they redid broke after two days because the did not fill in any gel. I left again looking like I never even got a fill in. You can see my real nails hanging out of the side fromher filing them down to nothing (the set not my real nails) Im just very irritated with the quality of nails all together

So rude and way over priced charged me 90$ for a short set of acrylic that wasn’t even filed the right way bumpy nail and crooked acrylic is on my skin and not just the nail bed, didn’t let me wash my hands after filing just rubbed lotion on top of it... gross

I was seated immediately, and my manicure was done in a timely manner. I loved my nails but soon after leaving I start noticing how terrible of a paint job the man did. I got my nails done February 6th and just had to go through a painful process of getting them removed today by my local nail salon (March 8th) because the nail glue was CAKED on.

I havent got my feet done in awhile i dont really like my feet being touched but this place makes me want to come bk for more.. They were amazing i will recommend them to all.. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

The absolute worst service ever. Before Phu Le started doing my nails I asked him if he knew how to do designs. He said, Yes I can do any design you want. When he started he said, Sorry its not easy. It was simple Chevron stripes. I didnt get upset and was very patient with him. I told him that is fine maybe something easier, because remind you he told me he can do any design. He had an attitude and started saying what u want loudly, and I dont like scenes or to be embarrassed in public, remind you my money is paying for this, but Im being put in a situation where Im having to calm him down. I said a simple flower or something. He brought out some cheap looking stamps that my 10 yr old could do a better job of drawing. I told him nevermind how about a french manicure with different colors. He said u dont like my hand drawn designs in a smart sarcastic way. So finally I got upset. I asked him isnt it a normal service to get a French manicure? He said what colors you want? Just being rude and nasty. Im uploading a pic of the off colored looking lil smurf heads he made my nails look like. These are the ugliest nails Ive ever seen. He proceeded to charge me $70 and asked for a tip. Never let this man paint or do anything to your nails. His name is Phu Le and he is the worst. He also messed up my mothers nails 3 weeks before. Wish I had known that before I sat in his chair. Beware. The pic is coming. Tell me they dont look like sick smurfs....

Vicky Nails charged me $40.00 for a fill in. However, they only charge $45.00 for a full set. Everytime I have gone to this particular nail shop, the price change each time. My nails look horrible.

Went the other day and got a phenomenal pedicure and took my elderly father in today to get him one since he cant take care of his feet like he used to. The staff was very courteous, accommodating, and professional. The entire business was exceptionally clean. The results were absolutely astounding. If you are a man and a little embarassed of going in a business primarily marketed to women, dont be. It has been a great experience and I look forward to the next one.

Got a full set here last week and 3 nails are already off. My trip here was not pleasant at all. The man rushed with my nails and kept telling me he didn’t want my fingers touching him at all! I do not recommend this place as my nails turned out horrible. Such a waste of money and I will never be returning here!

This place is awesome and very professional! They are of some of the nicest, caring, and respectful people you will ever meet at a nail salon and spa. The staff there are efficient, but very effective at what they do. My fiance have been going there for years, and will continue for many years to come since Vicky is the owner. While I have many favorites who give me pedicures, Bing (I believe that is her name) is absolutely wonderful. She is very diligent at her job. Thank you again for all the great years of service!!

I’ve been there twice,the first time a lady did a refill and it was not bad, but this second time a man did my gel and it was horrible, filled with bubbles and started coming off a day later. Came to ask for my money back and they told me they can’t give it to me but they will re paint them, which I don’t want, the service was terrible and they did a horrible job. Think twice before going to that place.

I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years now, and customer service has gone out the window. I’ve scheduled several appointments that I was on time to only to have to wait 30-40 minutes bc my tech took a walk in minutes before my appointment.The then tech rushed through my set. They over book and hand out horrible service. My toe nail polish doesn’t last longer than three days and they try to up charge you on a pedi, and I promise it’s not worth it at all if they’re busy. It you decide to patronize them avoid high traffic times such as the weekends and afternoons. Vicky the owner is rude and gets even ruder with any type of criticism (Or saying what you don’t like) from a paying customer. Basically you get whatever they want you to have regardless of what you asked for. Some of the staff are super sweet depending on the day, and they try to be accommodating, but it’s not worth the hassle of try to figure out when that will be. I will never go back and I’m telling everyone that I recommended to avoid as well.

Cecelia is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She is always smiling and has such a bright personality. Even when she isn’t the one doing my pedicure she still speaks to me and checks on me. I come here very often and I have never had a bad experience over the past couple of years from any of the nail technicians.

Ive come here many times for a pedicure and never had an issue. However, today was the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. The lady who did my pedicure cut my big toe nail so bad getting my cuticles that it is has been non stop bleeding for 20 minutes. She did my pedicure in about 10 minutes. They were completely overbooked for the reopening and were rushing to get everyone in and out. They say its appointment based only but they had well over 20 people in there without appointments just hanging around. She painted my toes like a child and when I asked her to clean them up the acetone made the nail polish run all over my toes. I would not refer anyone here at the moment and will most likely not be returning.

My experience was awful. The guy that did my nails made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked for a full set with designs. Not sure if he didn’t feel like doing designs today. But when I reminded him he grabbed my hand like I was asking for too much. Then he messed up my thumb and caught an attitude when I asked him to fix it. He couldn’t get the top coat right. Another tech told me the manager said she was going to make it better. She didn’t, she just had him try again! Omg! After almost 4hrs I had it and just wanted to go home. $125 later I’m still not satisfied with my nails the color is beautiful. He just messed up so much I don’t like my nails.

Everything was clean, environment was comfortable, not crowded. No wait time.
