Had a great experience with this salon. They were able to take 4 of us as walk in on Friday morning. We got there just in time as many people popped in after us.Great service. Great pedicure. Got the classic. Was not rushed, but not unnecessarily lengthy.Clean facility. Staff really took care of us!

I asked to soak the acrylic off instead of using a tip to pull them off…she just kept flipping them off as if I wasn’t talking. Almost every cuticle was bleeding by the time I left. Also charged me 20 more than my usual salon…my mistake I will never be back. I don’t even get tips just overlay. Oh and no I didn’t ask for them this short I was just so frustrated at this point I wanted to leave.

They do not have set prices. They literally charge you whatever they feel like. I always get the same thing and it’s always a different price. I was there two days ago & they charged me $30 more than last time. When I informed them of the radical price increase they argued with me & insinuated I was lying. Needless to say I won’t be back. From my experience they overcharge black people way more often. I guess they don’t think we tip. Very judgemental environment. Would not recommend.

Went in for a basic pink and white manicure. The places I’ve been to before will do a tip and use the dip powder. After I asked for that they laughed in my face and said no they only will do acrylic. They publicly make fun of you for asking for something YOU WANT and YOU are paying THEM for. The most disgusting customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Me and my friend went for a CLASSIC PEDICURE which was $33 they charged us $63 at the end! I was reading the reviews as they were doing our pedicures and finding think it was tru because they did a good job. THEY CHARGED US FIR THE HIGHEST PEDICURE WHEN WE WANTED THE CHEAPEST ONE! The reason i went here was because i heard they had alcohol (only place in town that did). I asked my nail tech if she had champagne, she said no... 20 min later the guy next to me got served a glass of wine. I understand red wine and champagne are different but that could have been said instead of just saying no. After my nails were done, which they did a good job on, I sat in the chair for 20 minutes while she started on someone elses nails. I finally realized my nails were bone dry and got up from the chair because i needed to pay and had stuff to do. It just wasnt a good experience but i do like my toe nails.

The service was horrible, unprofessional and rude! OVERPRICED. I got a regular manicure and pedicure and paid $60 for a poor service! Do not recommend!

We asked for the Classic pedicure and they did the next level. They charged $43 for a very BASIC pedicure and then got the color wrong. They charged $32 to paint a 4 yr olds toe nails. ABSOLUTE ROBBERY! Never again!

The owner is probably the rudest man i’ve ever met. He treated me like he was paying me not i was paying him and told me he could do what i wanted and when he did it wrong i asked him to fix it and he told me no and i asked multiple times. Then he did what i wanted on my nails wrong and i was tired of asking. He charged me $20 more then usual and i asked why and he ignored me i asked multiple times ans was ignored and he rattled off some reason why which isn’t even what i got on my nails and i paid and walked out and did not tip him. If you go there do not use him he is RUDE.

Besides being overpriced, my daughter and I both got SNS nails here that didnt even last a week before cracking and chipping. I dont know what caused it (poor technique or low quality products) but since I can routinely go 3 weeks with my nails and she can go about two, I know this is not normal and I will not be wasting my money coming back here.

Got my feet Done and A Massage

Outstanding work and always polite.I have very tender spot on the bottom of my feet. They have been extremely careful not to rub the bottom. Im so happy about this. At times it can hurt. So far no pain YaY!!!!!

Visited Huntsville from Birmingham for a wedding and had a gel manicure on a Friday. By Monday my gel had chipped and was peeling off my nails. My nails looked great upon leaving the salon, and I had a great experience but I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the polish. I get my nails done quite a bit so I expect gel polish to last a few weeks. I paid way too much money for my manicure to already look like it does.

Over priced for nails that are poorly done! Polish job was very unprofessional! Its like i let my 7 year old son paint them! Then yall have the audacity to say a tip is appreciated...A job worth $70 is appreciated! I hate I spent my money here! Some of em dont know what the hell they doin!

Was so excited to try this salon out! Went for a FILL that cost me just as much as a whole new set. Left with completely uneven nails, top coat all over my fingers and a gash out of my right ring finger. So disappointed... definitely won’t go back!

I will never patronize this place again. I went back to have two nails done because the gel polished had peeled away. Not one time did they apologize for the inconvenience. I spent 100 dollars a week prior and they acted if I was wrong for asking to get the two nails done. They were too busy trying to ask me who did my nails. When the lady finished my nails she said you can go. I said wait, no oil on these ashy fingers. This was the last time I will be going there. I will go somewhere that act as though they appreciate my dollars.

Kim is amazing!!! I love that she carried out a conversation with me the entire time, she made me feel like a close friend even though it was my first time visiting. We just relocated from Georgia and Ill ask for her every visit I make! I also had one of my clients close my hand in a drawer and went back the next day and Kim had left for the day and another wonderful young lady told me she could service me and I appreciated it so much! Their amazing!!! Wish I could leave more stars 😀

The female owner/manager was extremely rude and nasty. I came in for a fill. The technician did an awful job. He knew it but was very nice about it. I initially assumed he was new but he said he wasnt. He redid them and when done, there were big bubble on at least 3 of my nails. When I asked them to correct them, the owner quickly grabs a file to remove the bubble and shoved my hand back to me. I asked was she going to replace the top coat since shes now creates these rough patches on my nails and she throws her hands up and starts speaking in another language to another tech who obliges to complete the service. THREE (3) hours later, I finally leave with bubbles still in tact AND charged same price as if they were professionally done. Take your money and time elsewhere.

Over priced for basic pedi and fill in . 98$ ? I had one nail that was clumpy. Then i asked her could she fix it and she had a attitude. She never brought thr beverage i asked for.

I went in there last week to get a fill. Paid way too much and had a chipped nail the next day. Now its been 6 days and all my nails on my right hand are chipping and breaking off. I will never go back there again. Very disappointed. I had my daughter get a mani pedi and that was a disappointment as well. What a waste of money!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been there several times and even though they’re nice, the service they provide doesn’t last. I’ve had gel nails and dip powder and my nails start chipping in less than 4 days. Do not waste your money there if you want something that will last you.

Make sure YOU make an appointment but beyond that the ladies are very nice. They took me in as a walk in at 630 on a Friday for a manicure with a smile and stayed late. Theyre cautiously on the work. & they knew what they were doing! They use tools that come out of sterile bags and leave with the best looking nails. It was a wonderful place.

Took my mom in for a pedicure for her birthday. After discussing the different options with the man at the desk, he told us a signature pedicure would include a 35-40 minute leg and foot massage, so my mom went with that option ($40). I decided on the classic ($30) which said “extensive massage”, but during my pedicure the girl asked if I’d like to do the signature, so I said sure thinking it would be a longer massage as well but the only difference was a hot towel. Which is something that’s normally included in regular pedicures anyway. The signature said “very extensive massage” on the description and my mom and I both received about a 2 or 3 minute massage on each leg. My mom mentioned the massage not lasting for 35-40 minutes to the man checking us out, and he just ignored her. We will not be going back here. Very poor customer service and not worth the price.

Make sure you know the price before the end. I would have been charged double if I didnt check the amount before handing my card over.... I wonder how much money they have stolen from folks... service was great though

I went to get a French dip and I came out with very rough nails. I tried to explain to the lady I wasn’t happy and she just kept saying she wasn’t done. If you aren’t concerned about quality they are convenient with good hours but this is literally the worst and dip I have ever received.

I stopped by to have my nails just polished and a gel top coat put over it and got charged $25! I thought that was a bit expensive since I usually pay $32 for an entire fill. Then I got up this morning and half of my nails are completely messed up and peeling and look horrible! I will never go back in there again!!

Just tell them what you want and theyll make your nail dreams come true. They did a great job and exactly the form I wanted and they look amazing. Also, the prices are very reasonible compared to a lot of other places. This is why I will continue to be a loyal customer here!

I’m not a complainer but I feel robbed. Charged me $70 for gel color change on toes but no pedicure and powder gel fill In. One nail broke in 2 days. They charged me to fix it. Two more broke after that. I’ll never ever go back. I only went for the convenience of location and hours. I would drive 30 mins further to avoid ever going here again. RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!

I find most of these reviews ridiculous. Joanna and everyone is very nice and very professional every time I come here. This is the only place I will go to, to get my nails done in Huntsville. I think customers should work on their communication. If your feet are terrible, sore, or you want something done a certain way tell your specialist upfront, instead of blaming them. It should go without saying. Communication, communication, communication! Great customer service every single time! Clean, neat and professional. The children are nice and professional too! Future leaders and business owners!

Me and my sister got our nails done here. The young lady that did my nails acted like she didn’t even want to be there. She was rude and acted like she only wanted to be on her phone the whole time. She kept pushing for me to get gel acrylic nails and wouldn’t stop. She did them sloppy and the next day my nails were already falling off. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all it’s terrible!!

The nails look great and she was pleased. When I pointed out an obvious flaw the guy at the front desk put his eyes right on her nail like he was looking for a flaw in a diamond. It was white glue on the side of a blue nail. They fixed it but the demeanor was unnecessary. The nails look nice. Front desk needs work.

Came in for Gel color change and decided to get a pedi to. Im usually very nitpicky when it comes to my nails. They were so nice and hospitable. They had soft music playing which made it very nice and relaxing. It is so NATURAL than any nail salons Ive been to! The only place in the town for the nails/toes. And my price is better than ever!

Ive been going there since I moved to Huntsville. I love it there. I was scared that they closed completely the other day but then I saw that they moved.The new building seems way smaller than the last one. Thats the only downside.The have new people there. They were very nice and experienced. Will definitely come back for bella and her husband!

On Dec. 21, 2018, my daughter and I went to get our nails done at Rejuvenation spa in Bridge Street. I had a $20 gift card that I received as a gift last Christmas. I went to the website on the card to verify it still had $20 on it on December 21, 2018.After getting our nails done, I went to pay with my gift card and use my credit card for the remainder.The gentleman at the counter looked at my gift card and says, We cannot take this. It is no good after 6 months. I explained that I checked online and it still had $20 on it. The gentleman then gets a lady that comes over and says, We cannot take this. It is over 6 months old. I then asked her to show me the expiration date on the card. She then said, We change gift card designs every 6 months so that is how we know. I replied, I got this card as a gift. How am I supposed to know if theres no date? She said, We tell whoever buys the gift card My husband was sitting in the waiting area the entire time we were getting our nails done and the same gentleman sold 3 gift cards and never said anything about expiration dates.Although May did an amazing job on my nails, I will NEVER go back there because of their horrible customer service!!I wonder how many people they have STOLEN money from that bought gift cards?! Thats exactly what it is!! THIEVERY!According to the website, it states, We are new ownership who are clearly trying hard to build a reputable nail salon, which is a lie!

They was nice but they did a horrible job on my nails and feet he didnt shape my nails down correctly like they was supposed too I was in and out quickly my nails pop off less than a week I wish I could post up a picture of their work of my nails just too show the proof. I got french tip nails put on like I always get and normally get charged $25-$30 with a manicure. I didn’t get a manicure and didn’t get gel and was charged $40 felt a little robbed but they did a good job for how fast they rushed :(

First impression of any first time customer is going to be a deciding factor in my decision to go back. I believe in second chances.Cleanliness is important to me. They can do better getting dust free, organized and clean.My pet peeve is inattention to the customer while doing my feet. When an employee seems to be rushing through and looking and talking elsewhere while working on me, I find that rude. I also find it rude when the voice tone question of, “You don’t have cash?” Because they prefer that for a tip.Mind you first time customers won’t know.It is rude to ask.

I brought my co-workers in for appreciation day, my bill totaled $200.00. Service was bad, my massage was half done, because the girl was busy doing a manicure on someone else. My nails were trimmed to all different lengths and shaped slanted. Polish was half on the nail, and half on my skin. Will not come back.

The older man doing my manicure hacked at my fingers with the cuticle nipper. I could tell he wasnt precise, but because it didnt hurt I couldnt tell how bad it was until after. I had small cuts on my fingers and the skin peeled for a week or two. Also; Im not sure what he soaked my nails in but it dried them out. The young woman who did my daughters manicure did much better so the star is for her. However, its rude to talk about your clients, especially in front of them, even if they dont understand what youre saying. Body language is understood universally.

We r new in this area my husband went to get Pedi and manicure ..an old women came she was not talking she point to his chair he sat down she didn’t introduce her self or say a word and on the top of that she was very rough that she cut him rushing the process kept huffing and buffing... I stop her and asked ma’am are you ok? She replay yes and yet doing the same when we check out I talked to the front disk about what happens nobody speaks English well I had to do signs and act to show her what happened and yet she was confused then we pull out a discount card she didn’t even take it she said no and refused to try... it was just a wired terrible experience I’m not recommending it.

Called beforehand to check prices. Lady said a full set of acrylic was $30 got my bill it was $55 and then the individual who did my nails (who understood everything I was saying the whole time I was there) suddenly could not understand me when I asked what was the difference and why it was a full $25 more ...then he tried to tell me because I got white tips it was $25 extra. no way. I get white tips all the time at many salons it is never $25 more 🙄 I will not be going back

I have been to this salon several times. They have always been very friendly. But yesterday was a total disaster. I decided to get a manicure, which I never do because my nails are never long enough. The nails actually looked good going in, I just needed a little shaping. I told her to trim them a little. Now, I barely have any nails at all. She trimmed them all the way down. And two of my fingers bled from where she dug into them.I also got the aroma pedicure where they do the hot towels and paraffin wax. I always look forward to the hot towels because they are relaxing. But as she was putting them on my legs, she began beating my legs. I have bruises on my legs today from the massaging and beatings I got while there.Won’t go back. Can’t believe I actually paid good money for that.

I came in with 4 little girls and we were all taken care of nicely and at the same time! Everyone asked for all our names and was very nice!

Terrible experience!! I asked as I always do to have my ingrown nail removed. They removed it but with half of my skin with it. I almost passed out, because it hurt so bad. I didn’t even finish the pedicure because I was in so much pain. They didn’t even try to make it right and still made me pay for the full service. I will never be back!

I asked AND showed them an almond nail shape and they gave me a stilleto nail shape. When I told the guy thats not how I wanted it he got mad and started being rough with my hands. Yanking, twisting, and pulling on my hands. He had to soak of my nails and redo them. He was mad he had to redo it so he rushed through my nails. I got a gel set and Ive gotten plenty of gel nails done in my time and he didnt put the base coat on first he just started with color. When I asked does a base coat goes on first everyone starts talking and I knew then that I was NEVER coming back. The lady who did my toes was great, but Im never going back.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I chose this place because they are open til 8. This place is horrible. They do awful nails. Im not a complainer but I must warn the masses. My tech was a veteran she $#@&÷# my $&!* up. I watched others get these same bulky, misshapen, glob like nails but the workers were nice 🤗 they do offer beverages while you wait, maybe with hopes that youll be a bit tipsy and not notice the tragedy occurring on your fingertips.....spend your money elsewhere if you expect uniform, symmetrical nails.

So my best friend and I went to get pedicures and wine. They close at 6 so we got there at 5:30 they did a rush job on our toes. She clipped a v in my big toe (that I didnt notice until I got home). We were the last ones there so were sitting and drying our toes and the girl cuts the tv off as we were watching it. They were in such a hurry to get off they forgot about customer service. Never will I go again.

I got a pedicure yesterday and I will never go back again. The bottom of my feet hurt so bad. I have been treating them with Neosporin and Aloe Vera Gel. The tech didnt polish my nails well. I could have polished my toe nails better than the tech. I have some skin on the side of one of my big toes that shouldnt be there after a pedicure. The tech clipped one of my pinky toe nails so short. It is basically nonexistent. At this point, I just hope that the pain on the bottom of my feet get better soon.

Worst eyebrow waxing I have ever had! She ripped the paper strips off my eyes so hard that blood vessels in both of my eyelids burst. My eyebrows arent even either. The worst part was how the woman doing my brows was laughing when I flinched badly both times she did under the brow. Absolutely worst experience ever!

This is worst nail shop Ive ever been in. They were just so rude! I know they all speak a different language, but its very obvious they were talking about me. I would like to start off by saying Lilly did an excellent job on my eyebrows. However, the customer service was extremely poor.This is my second time visiting this location and lets just say this will be my last time.The manager was extremely rude.My nails were rushed through yet again and my gel only lasted for 3 days LITERALLY! On the third day my nails looked like I had them for 2 weeks.

It was very rushed and the man did a terrible job. he painted over a hair that was stuck on my nail, one of his hairs. the coverage of paint over my nail was terrible. won’t be coming back.

I got dip nails here and they were way too thin. They broke within a week.

I called at 7:30 pm and asked if they could still get me in for a pedicure and they were polite and said yes, got here about 7:40. (They close at 8) The guy who did my pedi didn’t rush it, he did an AMAZING massage that I desperately needed! I did have to stop him and ask him to please get my ingrown toenail because it gives me a lot of pain if they don’t do it and he politely worked on it. I could tell they were probably giving him a hard time about having to stay late for me but then his coworkers had some really last minute walk ins and they all had to stay late lol. Im just glad they could get me in and he didn’t rush me and he just let me relax after the long day and didn’t try to make convo.

I needed a last minute color changed on my toes, most places were closed, called this place and they said they were still open, asked if I could come for a color change they said yes, I drove there, about 10 minutes. I got to the door and it was locked, they were still in there but they told me they were closed and wouldn’t open the door, I told him I’m the person that called 10 minutes ago, he said it didn’t matter, they were closed and they couldn’t take me. It was 7:15 their posted close time on the door is 8:00pm.That was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional.
