Oh goodness where to start…I got to the salon at 6:15ish and didn’t leave until 9pm. The pedicure was good but when we went to get our nails we were informed only TWO people can do acrylic nails and there were 3 other people. They were very adamant on us NOT leaving and we’re so scared that we would have a negative view on their place, so they tried rushing us in a seat. After waiting an hour, I get in the seat because we tried leaving and they BEGGED us to wait and that they were done so they could get to us then. So I sit down and she glued the nails on (leaves them long) and then disappears for 20min to do eye brows. So I felt like she trapped me by gluing the nails on and then goes to do other peoples service. They had no sense of urgency and seemed as tho they could not handle more than three people in that salon. Every time they talked to me it was “promise to come back, promise” and I was scared to say NO because I didn’t want them to mess up my nails. By far the worst customer service at a salon that I’ve ever witnessed.

Mrs. Pam, Len, and her team at Elegant Nails does great work for manicures (dip powder), pedicures and eyebrows. I havent been there since they moved, and I really enjoyed my experience. I pray they keep the great work. Thank you Elegant Nails 😊

Ive been to several places in Huntsville, but Kyle at Elegant Nails is the best tech Ive had. He always done a great job and never burns me. These are pics from mine and my daughters nails the last few times weve gone here.

When I moved to Huntsville for college, I searched for the best place to get a full set. I found Kyle at Elegant Nails and he is by FAR THE BEST NAIL TECHNICIAN I’ve ever seen. When I graduated, I moved back home to The Woodlands and I still drive an hour back to Huntsville to have Kyle do my nails. I’ve tried other places in the woodlands, but Kyle does an outstanding job and the prices are beyond reasonable!Everyone go see Kyle ASAP!

Pam did an amazing job on my Ombré tips. Very kind, professional and detailed with her work. She took her time even though she had to stay late to get to me.Olga also did an awesome pedicure. I plan to return!

Brand new location in the Huntsville mall with the best and most comfortable massage chairs! They dont grind you to death and are easy to get in and out of. Their new tables have built in air filters! No more chemical smells or powders everywhere . The new nail powders are super amazing with wonderful colors and exact matching nail polishes for each powder. Prices are great too.

I wish it would let me share a pic I love my nails I went with an Outlander theme and they are my favorite nails I’ve ever had in my whole life they do a really great job there prices are great

I just got AMAZING service from these wonderful wonderful people! I just got the chance to take some new friends out and I have never been treated with more respect from any nail salon than this one right here. They are clean, they dont reuse products. This is the best salon service we have received in quite some time. My mother (91) has very delicate skin, and Olga was very careful. She did a wonderful job. Kay performed my pedicure and it was excellent. I highly recommend this business.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏾. No complaints on the work, its actually great, but customer service is everything to me. I took my 9 year old and the man was rude, not just to me but to her and Im done!!

If I could give this salon more than 5 stars I would. I came to this place because of their good reviews, and just happened to find my new favorite nail salon!!! They are SO nice and welcoming. The main lady, Pam, knew everyone’s name that walked in. Not only are they friendly, but she did an AMAZING job on my nails. She paid attention and took her time, making sure they were perfect before I left. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my friends and family with me!

They were very flexible with appointments and were extremely sweet! Their location was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always checking up on you. They also recommended me several things For my nails, which I did, and they turned out really beautiful. I do recommend coming in the morning during a week day bc it is less busy.

This place was so nice. I was immediately greeted and walked to a chair for a pedicure. I was offered a drink and continuously asked if I was comfortable. All of my needs were met and listened to. I enjoyed my time here. And will be back soon.

I absolutely loved this place. They got my sister and I in last minute. They were so sweet and kind. Pam did both of our nails and she said late for us. She was also so sweet to my sisters kids. This will be my go to place for now on.

Great pedicure and easy to make appointment the check out lady was just the sweetest! Only thing is the middle priced pedicure is $45 which is a little high

Terrible every time I go different prices, Ive got cancer tell them they must be careful not too cut cuticles too bleed this is dangerous for me they just smile 😊 🙂 dont wasted your time...

BAD customer service. I had an appointment she got done with her and I was supposed to be next. She sits another lady and goes to do someone’s eyebrows and I ask her when she will be able to do mine cause I had an APPOINTMENT and thought I was next. Ended up walking out and will not ever go back there again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I dont get my nails done often, but when I do this is the place I go. Its quick, clean, comfortable, and everyone is super friendly. Pam always does my sets as they are always flawless. Getting a pedi by any of the girls is always good. They arent rough with my feet or anything. 10/10 recommend.

I had a 10 am appointment the tech waste mate and when she got there started on someone elses nails had me to sit outside which I didnt mind but others were going in and I was just sitting there so I left I will not go to this place e again

The nail place is in the mall. Tina is the rock star of all of the people that work there. Be sure to ask for her. The others are ok but she is top notch. Pam is the owner and you will never meet a nicer person. The prices are affordable and they offer most services. Not a fancy big city place but very consistent and definitely get the job done.

Kyle is the best. Just tell him what you want and he will do it.

Had a great experience with Mrs. Hannah. She has 30+ years experience and did a beautiful job painting my nails (gel) and toes (regular) with a glittery design. She was super gentle when removing my previous gel nails. The price was half of what Ive paid in Houston for double the quality.

Got a gel manicure and pedicure. Didn’t last long at all, a lot of it chipped off. Also, the staff seemed like they were in a rush and just wanted to get done with it. I usually get my nails done to get some relaxation in, but this just felt like a rush. Didn’t enjoy the service and was really expensive. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pam and the girls are amazing, and are the best in Huntsville. Always amazing work, and best quality. Nails never lift, chip, or crack. Simply awesome prices as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dont usually write these reviews but I dont want anyone else to waste their money. I went to this place because of the reviews. We had just moved into town from the Dfw area and I was looking for a nice salon. This place is far from it. I felt dirty after leaving and prayed I wouldnt get an infection. My pedicure was horrible and I paid for the deluxe and only got a foot rub for maybe 2 whole minutes for both legs. I will never go here again!

I called before coming in and told that I could have my nails done. When arriving at their establishment I was very rudely told Noooo we too busy, we cant do your nails!!! No Im sorry or come again! Believe me I will never use their establishment again!

Where do I start...My mom and I went last week I got acrylic with shalack, she got a pedicure, and we both got our eyebrows done.I showed the guy what I wanted, he told me no (basic acylic painted with rhinestones laid out to make a cross) showed him another and was told no. Showed him a basic acrylic nail painted with a straight line painted and was finally approved. Its been a week today and my nails look 3 weeks old. The nail ends at the center of my nail! They are all uneven, in length as well.My mom ask for a solid color on her toes with a stripe of glitter across the big toe. She got glitter all over her toes. It was bad. She looked like a 7 year old did the 90s fad on her toes. No matter what we said they just nodded. I ask her to take everything off her toes and start over and she nodded and put more.Eyebrows. Unsanitary! They use the same wax roller on everyone! For all I no that roller was on someones bikini line the day before! They did not clean it before, after, or in between me and her either.In short, I wouldnt want my worst enemy to have to sit through that.Worst ever!

It has been two weeks since getting a pedi at this salon and i was left with a toenail infection that has since had to be treated with antibiotics and ointment. My pedicure was also very rushed and rough and it felt like unnecessary amounts of skin and nails were clipped off. I will not be going here again.

Ive gone to pam for years and will continue to go to her she never forgets you!!
