They did a great job on my Chrysler Pacifica! This was my first time getting my windows tinted, and they walked me through the process by helping me select the correct tint level. When my car was done I found a small scratch on my drivers side window the next day, and they agreed to fix it without issue. If youre thinking of getting your windows tinted, dont hesitate and get yourself on their schedule (theyre busy, so expect a bit of a wait before they can fit you in).

I had gotten my windows tinted here 2-3 years ago wonderful tint job so understandably I was upset when I noticed bubbles popping up on my back windshield. Since some time had passed I wasn’t sure why this was happening or if it would be covered by a warranty. I reached out to Impressions and they clarified that 2-3 years ago they had received some bad tint and to bring it in and they would take care of it and that they did. Impressions stand by their work! I’ve been here a total of 3 times and the service is always great. Thanks guys!

This is the first time that I have had my windows tinted by Impression.They did a great job on my Ram PU windows.They are very detail oriented.After having many vehicle windows tinted by others, this is the first time that there were no air bubbles.

Excellent work on my 2020 VW Passat SEL, other shops wouldnt touch it due to the unique challenges of the tight areas to get into. Terry did an amazing job with quality work. He even apologized for having to charge a bit more because of these challenges, but he still came in under on cost by roughly $100 compared to a Passat I had tinted elsewhere 3 years prior.The car looks amazing now, and I will HIGHLY recommend them for you tinting needs.

Fantastic tint job on my Scion a few years back. That is why I came back. My only complaint is that they smoke in the building. If you have breathing problems, you wont be able to stay in the building for very long.If you dont smoke. You will smell it. But the extreme high quality of the work. Plus being the best tint place on town, it’s worth having a friend take your vehicle in ! So if you have any breathing problems have a friend take it in. It will be worth it!

Terry at CU Impressions did a great job on my car. The tint is high quality, the work was done accurately and fast. He was very friendly and the price was $30 cheaper than other places in C-U that tint windows. The overall experience was a very positive one!!

Terry and his team were wonderful to work with. When I told him I had a tight schedule, he still got me in when he had a cancellation within a matter of 2 days (he books out over a week in advance, that alone should tell you something). He was very cautious and did not cause any harm to my vehicle in the process. He was very understanding when I expressed my concerns. The window tint film is 99.5% defect free, and if someone tells you they can do better than that their lying. I believe he went above and beyond. Will refer others.

I took my 2002 Lexus is300 into Impressions for 35% tint on all of my windows and Terry did such an excellent job! Not to mention that every single employee was super friendly and outgoing and since my car had an unusually large heating element in the back window, he let me come back free of charge after a couple days so that he could smooth it out and make sure everything was 100% correct. I cant recommend these guys highly enough!

Terry was able to match my previously tinted back windows with new tint on the front. After it was done I realized that the front was darker than I liked he redid the job in a lighter tint for the cost of materials only. Great service and quality work.

After reading the reviews online and having a friend recommend Terry and his crew on their quality work on tinting windows I called Terry to make an appointment to have my Malibus windows tinted. I called on a Monday and Terry answered. He gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable and he was very nice on the phone. I made my appointment on one of my only 2 days off at noon. By Wednesday I wasnt 100% sure if I had made the appointment for Thursday or Friday so I called him around noon to confirm. No one answered so I left a voicemail asking about the day and asked if I could get an earlier appointment. I never received a response until later Wednesday evening by text that stated that my appointment was tomorrow (Thurs) at noon. So I figured I couldnt get in at 8 but Thursday was apparently the day I had scheduled so good enough. UNTIL I drove an hour to be at my 12 oclock appointment and Terry was not there. There were 2 guys working on a car that said Terry wasnt going to be in that day. I called back the number that had texted me my appointment info but there was no answer. I then texted and received a response from Terry that he took a personal day and was sorry for the miscommunication that my appointment was for Friday at noon. He did offer a discount on his service but having wasted 2 hours on a round trip for nothing and not wanting to waste at least 4 1/2 hours for the tinting on my last day off from work I felt it wasnt worth it. I fully understand that people make mistakes lord knows Ive made plenty, but when getting only a few days off from work and feeling like I wasted my time is very frustrating. Im sure he does a good job of tinting windows but his communication sucks. Ill go somewhere else and hopefully find someone as good but with better communication skills.

Terry did an excellent job on my Cruze...No issues even after this cold winter weve had....thats when issues arose on my old tint job (not from here). 10/10 WOULD recommend anyone looking for a good tint job!

I tinted my car at this place a month ago, and now it start making bubbles in the windows, it looks ugly, I took it back to the place, and they refused to re do it it or fix it. I dont recommend it at all.
