Weve been auto ins customers for multiple years on and off. As far as I have been able to find, its the cheapest insurance choice (base required liability) that Ive found. I have honestly never had to use them after a wreck or anyting so I mean theyre good at keeping you from going to jail for not having insurance so thats a win

Terrible customer service. Terrible rates. They doubled my rate because i had a roommate. And claimed she was a liability to drive my car. 150$ liability. I called progressive 50$ IMMEDIATELY!!! DO NOY RECOMMEND

If you’re looking for reasonable insurance quickly Acceptance was great. Acceptance was about $50-$60 less expensive then any other place I got quotes from. I started my quote online, then went in to finish because I was paying cash (they had the option to do everything online if paying with a card). I called and let them know I was coming and had already started a quote. Kim was super quick, helpful, and had my quote ready for me to finish when I came in. Thanks for a great experience!

I was helped by Tina Harris and she was excellent.. I hate getting insurance but she made it a great experience and she looks out for the customers best interest.. If you need insurance I advise you to go to Tina at acceptance she is the BEST!!! Thank you again

When my daughter and I arrived the doors were locked and when I turned to leave a lady opened them and instructed me that all offices are closed, she spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience to her, my daughter I stood outside and this lady scratched our info down but wouldn’t let us in, 96 degrees and you whoever you were refused to let us in. We were both wearing the mandated masks to conduct business in but you didn’t seem to mind as you shut and locked the door back after instructing me to call your office number so I could finish my business with you over the phone. I was told just a few weeks prior to that I would need to come in and hadn’t received notice of any office closures via emailI called your office only to be told by automated service that you were busy and there were no other customers there waiting, I have forwarded this information to your corporate office and they helped me finish my transaction, by the way, your office wasn’t supposed to be closed to customers. .

I normally deal with decatur the lady in hunstville would not issue me my car when the decatur alabama store already had me set she said she didnt have time for it and we were makeing up 2 different stories im a security officer with the number 2 in the world and i already could tell by her attitude from begginning she was not wanting to work with us i could tell it wsnt a bad day because of the actions given i will not be returning to that store she wpuldnt even process for our car to come out the dealership the day we needed it and it cause delayed in our moveing process the decatur store has always been awsome service but the hunstville store were i went on governors was not the service i signed for to have my insurance policy with that was not satisfying my father was also stressed upset with the situation and was with me we are now taken care of thanks to the devatur store God Bless my name is Anthony Manchester her name is sheena ugh!!!!!! My husband went to them thinking they was better. He had a wreck June 12, 2019 it’s july 1, 2019 still haven’t heard from them. We called them today waited on hold for four hour to just talk to a live person. We made sure we asked for rental coverage. Come to find out we have rental reimbursement!!!! WHAT IS THAT?????? We pay out of pocket then they pay us later. That not what we wanted what would be the point if we could pay up front we wouldn’t need it. Then they tell us the only pay for 9 days they and we have to pay for the first day. They don’t pay the taxes either on the rental. Can’t wait to be done with them!!!!!!!!!!!!! And to top it off they say the damage is only 2,800.00 worth but the whole front of his car is smashed and the driver side smashed. Lights on in the inside so it’s not just the body the rim is bent. Now we are talking about a 2017 Kia with well under 10,000 miles.
