If I could give this company -100 stars I would, terrible company. They gave out incorrect information and didn’t want to correct the issue and could only say it’s miscommunication, very unprofessional miscommunication should never happen when dealing with customers and large amounts of money, they lady I spoke to on the phone was absolutely rude, cut me off while talking, since they couldn’t fix the situation I told her I was gone cancel within 24 hrs, she then stated “ No don’t wait cancel now” how freaking unprofessional.

I have been buying insurance products from American Insurance for over 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Great customer service with a can-do attitude. My agent, Wayne Parker, has gone above and beyond my expectations when I have needed his assistance. American Insurance Agency located at 3013 Bob Wallace Ave, Huntsville .Al .35805, its the best Insurance company, great agent, great people worked at office they are very nice, very helpful .....I been withthis agency about 7 years .every time I got the problems I need help, they will do for us quickly, answer all questions I had . Insurance policy very reasonable rate, not expensive, that reason my family still there with them .I m feel very lucky, I dont have to look another Insurance very year like before we did.Thanks so much.Viet Ngo and family

They make you pay them, to pay your bill. What a joke! I went to pay final payment after dropping them due to their ridiculous charges. Did not pay them their $5 fee to pay a $12 dollar final bill. Called Progressive directly and guess what, they didn’t charge me to pay them so why do I have to pay American Insurance $5 to make the same payment. Horrible abuse of policy to make their company more money. Dropped them today and suggest anyone else that uses them to drop them too as they charge you to make payments....STUPID!

In addition to the great rates I always receive, I recently had a claim and American Insurance handled it very well. From the time of the accident to getting my car back was about 1 week. They handled all the details, all I had to do was sign and drive. Thanks American Insurance and Wayne Parker.
