Recently my state Farm agent retired. The company arbitrarily reassigned my account to an agent in another office named Tobias Kelly. I asked people around town and my former agent and I heard nothing but negative comments. Then I shopped my rates and found that every company offered better rates. I cancelled my policies and saved thousands of dollars. Tobias and his office have been a nightmare to get my refund so I can apply to my new policies. Missing a thousand dollar check for 2 months and Tobias continues to be too busy to even talk to me on the phone. Beware of this agent and this company!!!!!
