As things changed in my life he has updated, canceled, and issued new policies at every turn with everything being transparent to me. They are local to Huntsville and available to me via phone, email, and I even go by the office when necessary (and get free doughnuts). They genuinely care about clients and that comes across in the way I have been treated. Jon Peters is by far the best insurance agent weve ever had! He answers any questions that we may have about auto, home owners, business general liability insurance. He even helped us navigate applying for a contractors surety bond. He remains our agent for our business auto and GL even though we moved to Fairhope (5 hours away) 3 years ago. His staff is also great! Unfortunately, Nationwide does not insure homes that are within a mile from the water due to hurricanes years ago. As soon as they offer coverage, I will not hesitate to switch my homeowners insurance back! Thank you, Jon for being such a great agent!
