Complete waste of time, called to get a quote at 2:30pm on 5/21 and agent says he will contact me no later than 10am the next day and no call back received so I call around lunch time receptionist says hes out to lunch so I finally get a call back around 3pm telling me they cant beat my current rate because one of their software programs they use is showing I had 2 accidents on my record which was untrue because Ive never had a wreck in my life.I call my current insurance provider who I was insured with at the time of these supposid accidents and guess what? They dont have a record of them either and neither does my local DMV.The agent was really nice but my god if your using software that gives you obvious incorrect information and your using that information to provide potential customers quotes..i would suggest investing into an alternative.
