This place is like heaven. Friendly and respectful staff. Ive never had a problem with management whatsoever. They always go out their way to make sure Im comfortable and satisfied. Also, Im happy because they make my dog feel very much at home. Whenever the maintenance workers see me walking my dog they always offer him a treat. so genuine. If You want a heavenly experience I recommend you move here. The Best apartment in Huntsville/Madison AL!!!!!!

Awesome place to live! Lived here for 3 years. Any issues and maintenance/management is super quick to fix the problem. The gym has a bunch of equipment to supply your workouts, and the pool is huge. Highly recommend living here!

Absolutely love watercress! My husband and our 4 year old son moved here in May. We are temporarily here while our house is being built. It’s only been a month but we already love it here. The staff is extremely nice and will help with anything you need. They also bring food trucks to the apartment complex. The pool is super nice and they even put out floats for all the guest to use. It’s my son’s favorite place to be. They make it very fun to live here, they are definitely spoiling us!

I’ve been here since the beginning of the year so far, but knew I was moving here since October. The whole process with the staff was very helpful and amazing on any questions that I had. It’s very beautiful here and great amenities! I love living here, especially my 1 year fur baby. The dog park is huge and awesome to have, the maintenance always stops and greets any dog that’s there and gives them tons of treats! The community center is also very pet friendly and loves/gives treats to the dogs! Everyone that works at Watercress is so friendly and amazing towards my dog and I and makes us feel like home!

A great place to live. Rent is a little much for what you get though. There’s a clubhouse with free coffee and a pool table. Outside ping pong by the pool. A dog park. Speaking of, a lot of residents let their dogs poop right outside your apartment instead of at designated areas. The main gates are always messing up.

Finally got around to writing a review! I love this place. This is the best apartment community Ive ever lived in and Ive rented many apartments back in Chicago. Had a ton of horrible experiences with apartments and landlords in Chicago so when I was getting ready to move to Huntsville back in March 2018 I really wanted to find a place that I could call home. Well I found it. I have a top floor bungalow 1 bedroom floor plan and it has been great. I just signed a new lease for a 3rd year. The rent increase wasnt much at all either.Here are the reasons why I LOVE living here:The staff in the office and the maintenance staff are friendly and they really care about you. Robyn, Michelle, and Hannah are very nice! Anytime I need something one of them is always there to help. Maintenance requests get answered very quickly and efficiently.The community is gated and very clean.Its very quiet, I dont hear my neighbors much at all.Lots of parking.Pool, fitness center, bbq grills, lake with walking path are all great.Rent is very reasonable for what youre getting. I dont feel like I live in an apartment, it really feels like a home. I like my neighbors, everyone is really nice and its great that this is a dog friendly community. I dont have a dog but lots of people do and theres a dog park.The location is the best, you can walk to Kroger and restaurants.Dont look anywhere else for an apartment, just come here!

I got to stay here a couple of nights as a guest and greatly enjoyed my time. I wish apartments here in my town were as nice as this place.Very clean and kept up gated property. The two bedroom apartment is laid out well with balcony and nice kitchen bar! Very convenient location to stores and places to eat.

I’ve lived here since February of 2019 and have had a great experience so far. I’ve made great friends and met so many good dog owners. The place is a great first home and compared to all the other apartment complexes I checked out before coming here this one hands down was the cleanest and worth every penny. Lived here for three years in three separate rooms (including one year at the cottages) and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The proximity to Kroger is extremely convenient and the dog park is one of the best you can find in Huntsville. Everything is clean and fairly new. Staff are all very friendly, and maintenance is always speedy. Only thing I wish were better is the gym - a little small for the size of the neighborhood.

18 Watercress Greens is the best place to live in North Alabama. The facilities and most importantly the staff are exceptional. I have lived in apartments across the state for both school and work and have never lived in such a nice place. The staff are so great to work with. The people living in this apartment are all universal in their compliments of this fine apartment for living. We relocated to Huntsville and picked 18 watercress green.So moving from out of state we needed a place that was safe and my spouse felt comfortable in, that was relatively close to stuff while we figure out the city.This place checked all the boxes. There’s a Kroger without getting on a public road.They take large dogs which was a must. There’s like an acre dog park which is nice.I feel safe leaving my wife and kids here while I go to work. It’s equidistant from Huntsville and Madison targets basically your in the middle of two suburban areas with chain this an that every which way. Which is good I guess.maintenance here has been great, whenever we’ve noticed an issue, they’ve been on it.Staff is super friendly,But most importantly all the neighbors we’ve met have been nice and friendly. Coming from a bigger city it’s refreshing to have everyone around be nice people and like happy to see you and say hi to your kids, you and your dog.So if you like nice places and nice people you should check it out.I’d recommend 18 watercress green to anyone moving to huntsville or looking for somewhere better in Huntsville.

I have worked here since 2011 and lived onsite for the last 3 years and love it. I have raised my family here and love to walk my dog. I have met some wonderful life long friends and neighbors and would not change it for the world. If you are looking for a new home come, check it out. This has been my first experience with living in an apartment. It is a pleasant location. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The dog park is a nice huge play place for your dog. It is a nice, safe place to walk your dog.

This apartment complex is excellent! The staff members are very kind and remember your name. There are also events for residents with free food and live entertainment every other month!Quiet location, friendly neighbors, and maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly. A walk away from the grocery store. Wish the front gate wasn’t here. And would love a few karaoke nights, but that’s just me.

Lived here for around 8 months in one of the cottages before moving into a house. The staff was fantastic and happily worked with us to avoid an early termination lease by matching us up with someone who really wanted our cottage. I loved the layout of the apartment and the relative secludedness of the location. I also appreciated being super close to the Kroger as well!

We began living here two years ago and weve had a good experience. The staff is attentive, the maintenance guys are awesome, and its really quiet.The pool is really nice, but the only downfall is that its so nice that many residents bring in outsiders to hang out there so it gets really crowded at times. The workout room is a bit on the small side but its effective. You can get a full workout here and its usually always empty so you normally have the place to yourself. Sometimes the treadmills dont work however, which is a shame.The maintenance guys are the best part of this property. If you call, theyll be there in an hour or two.Its very safe. Crime isnt a problem here. Ive never smelled pot on the property, and Ive never heard people being loud in the parking lot late at night. Pet owners are also courteous and theyre very good about picking up their dog poop. There isnt poop all over the property like some other apartment complexes.The property is adjacent to a Kroger, a REALLY good Mexican restaurant, a sushi place, a great steak house, and a hotel if you have some family visiting from out-of-town.All in all, this place is great. The only reason Im giving four stars is that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors at night. I wish the engineers had designed this place to where this didnt happen. This is not managements fault however, but I feel it warranted the loss of a star.

This is a great community! I love the staff so much Im marrying one of them!! Plus everything is nearby and convenient. The office staff is always accommodating to residents needs.

I have lived here for 8 months and I am very pleased! The club house staff is very professional and friendly. The maintenance crew is awesome with great personalities. My one bedroom unit was very clean when I moved in and the unsolicited follow up to ensure all was well was greatly appreciated. I have requested a couple of very small issues to be addressed and they were completed the same day with follow up to be sure I was satisfied. The only negative is I am tired of cleaning dog poop from my shoes. Dog owners in general are responsible but there are a few that are not. The pool and exercise room is fantastic!!! I would and do recommend 18 Watercress Green to my friends!

I’ve been here a little over 6 months and I have no complaints. Anytime I visit the office Michelle takes care of me and has helped in so many ways. The staff including maintenance have made my stay so far enjoyable. Can’t wait for the pool to open up!

Wonderful place. Nice, friendly, and helpful staff.Great apartments/ cottages. I just wish they had a better play area for kids and people who live there would clean up better after walking their dogs. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to rent.

Staff are very friendly and the monthly socials are great. A karaoke social would be a cool addition and I do miss the TVs in front of the treadmills since the recent update, but all in all a great place to live.

Ive worked as a contactor here doing various projects for years. Ive never seen a more professionally run apt complex. Id ask anyone reading the few negative reviews to look at the profiles. They are all made up by someone with an axe to grind. You are not going to find a better place to live in the area. Period.

Wonderful looking apartments. Keanna showed us around and went above and beyond. I was very pleased with her knowledge and expertise. She sold us on an application. The manager didn’t really speak to us at all. The other worker didn’t acknowledge us at all when we walked in either. Thankful for keanna. I hope one day she can become manager and get rid of the lady who is in there.

Compared to the many apartment complexes I visited while hunting for a place to live, this is by far the most impressive. The staff took so much unitive when a problem arose with my move date being June 15 but showing up in their system as June 30.I was super upset when I couldn’t move in right away but Michelle and robin really helped me out by going above and beyond and getting my whole apartment cleaned and prepped for my move in that afternoon Instead of making me wait 2 whole weeks. They really showed how much they care about their residents and I would give each of them 100/10 because of how great they are at what they do.⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you so much Michelle and Robin you ladies are the best!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seriously the best apartments I have ever lived in. Yes they have their problems, but the staff is so willing to help you. We have had trouble with ants and they have been so helpful in fixing that problem. The grounds are absolutely beautiful.

Have lived here since the start of 2015 and I currently have no major complaints. Yes, I would like trash pick-up at the door like Weston Ranch offers and I would prefer it if they sprayed the walkways instead of just the doors and windows for bugs since my roommate is scared to death of spiders.Oddly enough I havent seen a lot of signs for the pool being closed for cleaning or anything about things in the gym being broken since Im in both areas quite a lot. Our apartment is a lot bigger than we thought we would get for what we pay and they are very understanding of those who have pets or children.If a complain is made, I have noticed it has been taken care of rather quickly. We had a noise complaint about the people living underneath us but that was handled very quickly.So far, I have no complaints about living here and I am recommending it to everyone I know who is looking for an apartment to rent.18 Watercress Green is a great place to live and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Nice staff. New trash disposal service that is mandatory. I would prefer to take my own trash, rather than pay for this service, but it is convenient as long as you only have one thing to throw away a night.Usually quiet, but I have an upstairs neighbor that can make a bit of noise, especially since they have a large dog. If I can hear its tail thumping on the floor, then you can imagine what its like.Sometimes I can hear music, the vacuum running after hours, or occasionally a stampede of wild animals, but there is a courtesy officer available, which is nice. Not a huge problem, since it doesnt happen all the time, but can be annoying. Typical apartment living issues, though not fun when my brother is visiting with his one year old. One night, she kept waking up from the noise.The breezeway usually has spider webs, with a bro spider or two chilling out in it, but they make an effort to control it. Usually, the webs are tucked away in corners, so you dont have to worry about running into one face first and lighting everything on fire to get rid of it.Maintenance is usually on the ball and friendly, so no biggie there. Im not sure if they come by to check your air filters, since it hasnt happened over the year Ive been here, but you can always stop by the office to grab one and take five minutes to replace it.They have a nice, little track to jog on, but it would be nice to have it lit, since I like to run at nights. Occasionally, I hear coyotes at night, and have an irrational fear of becoming a chew toy if I do go, considering the complex isnt completely fenced in.The gym is nice, usually well stocked with towels and water, though it can be frustrating when one or two of the two tread mills are not working. However, you can get a decent work out in and theres usually nobody there. Like all apartment gyms, its a bit on the small side, so having more than three people in there can make you feel like youre in a can of sardines.The pool looks nice, but Ive never gone, since I avoid the sun as much as a vampire does. Unfortunately, I tan very easily, and for some reason, some people mistake me to be Hispanic. Not that that is a bad thing, but it can be rather uncomfortable when a Hispanic person speaks to you in Spanish, and you have to awkwardly say, no habla Español. Awkward turtle.Anyways, not a bad place to live. Imo, well designed a clean. Give it a shot.Also, there is a Kroger that you can get to without getting on the main road, so its very convenient. For couples, theres also a hotel there, so if you are ever in the dog house and dont want to spend a night on the couch, you can always go there. Easy access to a gas station and bojangles. What more could you want

Expensive and a lot of restrictions on what you can and cant do here. There are a lot of fees required services like cable and internet (you can only go through one company) that are mandatory here in order to rent. A mandatory monopoly?
