They are not accurate on what they supposed to do

I decided to work with Cummings Real Estate after purchasing an investment property in Huntsville. Michelle and her team worked diligently to perform necessary repairs (at a very reasonable price) and they were able to get the property on the rental market quickly. Once I started working with Michelle I could tell that she knew what she was doing and that she treats your property as if it were her own. I would recommend Cummings Real Estate to anyone looking for property management services in the area.

The owner is a fraud and a liar. She is personally attacking my sister because she is holding her accountable to do her job and make repairs in a timely manner. This lady has called the police on her and got her trespassed from the office simply because she requested someone fix her broken heater in 20 degree weather. Everyone knows a business owner can trespass anyone with no justifiable reason. She will say anything to protect her image online. The retaliation tactics are sad and unethical. Please explain why she has been without a working hvac unit for months. I am disgusted with how she treats her tenants. There are many negative reviews and complaints, take them all in consideration before leasing with this company.

Cummings property has been so helpful to me and my wife they always tale car of anything we need done in a timley manner. We just went to look at another property and met Erica and she showes us the property and she was so helpful and sweet and answered all of our questions.

I have been renting from Michelle for almost 3 yrs now and I couldnt ask for a better landlord. I started out in a 1 bedroom spacious apt and now Im in a newly renovated 2 bedroom. I have been renting a property through Cummings Real Estate for only a month now and thus far I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication. I was told that after I turned in my inspection check list that maintenance would be out to address my concerns...three weeks later no one has came out. I then called and was told that maintenance has been backed up, that’s a pretty excessive amount of time to be backed up. Trusting a real estate company to fulfill obligations as a landlord is a very difficult thing to do. The lack of urgency and slow response time is alarming after committing to a 12 month lease. Hopefully there are some improvements and changes made very soon. As of now, if I could rent from another agency I would.

I use to live at 3906 Newson Road and she charged me for a brand new 🚽. It cost me 280.00 and I paid my rent before anyone else and o didnt takedrugsand drink.

Im not a employee of yours nor a child of yoursetc...... You will not talk to me as if I a child. I am 52 years old Im very respectful n polite n very understanding. I pay my bill etc. All I asked was to do something about this carpet which I asked you to come see but you didnt nor did you respond to back to me . You got totally out of line. I even told you you met your match with me. You werent so tough or loud talking when you saw me give it back . Both military Army since you like to throw that around both law Conn, you Jag since you like to throw that around. You dont scare me. I work hard for my money. I dont play about it either. Im a quite clean person. I dont hang out in front/back. I dont have people hanging around. I keep my home/area clean. I abide by all the rules I signed about. So dont get it mixed up n dont talk about me. I did nothing wrong. I dont have to live in squalor or with freaking roaches. I didnt choose that apartment either you pushed me in it bc 3915 McVay st apt 15. Heater caught my curtin n bed spread on fire n I refused to stay there. My 1st review .Thats when you decided to do something about that freaking wall heater. Its all on tape Michelle Cummings. Bc I have bn complaining about it for a year. My evidence. I came to many time n got no results. So you didnt make me happy at all. So you think I upgraded for a dish washer lol thats on tape too its all on tape .You not gonna keep telling lies. Michelle Cummings is a nice and caring person who cares about her tenants and have a heart of gold even though I messed up and acted a fool with her sometimes she was still there for me and I just couldnt ask for a better lard lord but I chose a car payment over my rent but she still was trying to work with me. Infested with roache&bedbugs,an then the owner Michelle Cummings talk to you like a child like if you dont know the law she didnt give me my security deposit back saying I broke my lease but gave me verbal agreement that I could move out long as i didnt want my security deposit back but let the girl stay an charged her another security deposit an said she a give me a good reference an didnt an then said I owe her 340$ for June rent saying she could of put me in collections just like she said she could take me to court for breaking my lease but let my roommate sign a new lease moral of the story Michelle Cummings is money hungry an full of the stuff that come out her butt I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here not a good place but if u like roaches,bedbugs,an a person talking to u like your less than what u are then move there!!!!!!!I could go on an on but yall get the picture.....I dont see how they even been in business for nearly 10 years description on website is all lies I tell you.....
