Huntsville is primarily a college town and they are very hard on college students. Even with rent being paid on time during the whole leasing period they still managed to charge $900 for a new carpet. A one bedroom apartment here ranges from between $650-780 . How does an carpet cost more than the actual rent??! I believe its a lot of falsified information on their leases be sure to read over your paperwork and last minute documents they want you to sign before receiving your keys because paying for new carpet was not on the lease.

Every issue when my daughter moved in was addressed in a very timely manner and taken care of. The apartments are nice and clean. Maintenance does a great job and the grounds are clean. It also has some great perks for renters, and 2 pools. Very happy with our choice!

Lived here almost a year with almost no issues. Any issues or questions I had were dealt with or answered immediately. All of the office staff are super helpful, especially Shannon.

The apartment complex staff was very attentive to my requests and if I had any issues they resolved them quickly. Its an older apartment complex, which should go without saying; it has its imperfections. I couldnt find a place in the area that offered the amenities and room for such a low price as Executive Lodge.

I rented from Executive Lodge because they were managed by Sealy Realty and I had rented from them before in Tuscaloosa. The company is very quick to respond to work order issues and was always professional and had friendly staff. Im pleased to say the same is true at Executive Lodge.Move-in was effortless and the place I rented was perfect. Shannon was also very friendly and was excellent at coordinating and communicating with me as the process moved along. To anyone looking for a good company to rent from I give my highest recommendation to Sealy Realty and I encourage you check out Executive Lodge if you are looking for a place in the heart of Huntsville close to the UAH and at a very reasonable price.

I moved into a 2 Bed 1 Bath here a year ago when I moved to Huntsville, and I have absolutely loved my stay here. All the people at the office are very helpful, and promptly respond to any issues. Ive barely had 4-5 maintenance issues in the past year and they were immediately resolved, always within a day . Ill be moving out soon but thats only for want of a bigger space, with 3 bedrooms, which if they get in the future, I would definitely come back here.A special shoutout to Rebekah and Rachel, for making us feel at home. :)

I am from out of town but will soon be relocating to Huntsville. Firstly, I would just like to say the apartments themselves are nice and clean as well as complex itself. Second, the staff are very professional and nice, especially the woman I spoke to named Rebekah. She was very polite, professional, nice, and seemed genuinely concerned about my transition to Huntsville and finding the right place for me to stay. I have picked Executive and will most definitely be moving here when I relocate. Hopefully my experiences continue to be nothing but positive once I move!

Executive Lodge has been an amazing place to live. The ladies that work in the front office are always very welcoming and accommodating. They make you feel at home. The apartments are well taken care of and I have not had any issues since living here

Lived at Executive Lodge for 6 1/2 months in a 1/1 unit. Clean, well maintained. Night security. No crime. Appears staff do a pretty good job keeping the riff-raff out. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Would live there again. Free gym dues at Powerhouse. You could easily do worse.

Nothing but positive experiences so far. Move in process was easy and painless and everything has been clean and well kept. The management has been very friendly and helpful.

Asked a lot of questions and they sighed between each answer to my question. I am sorry Im not used to the area. I dont think Ill make an appointment to see an apartment. Ill look elsewhere.

I had a very good experience here doing corporate rental. The office staff are terrific. Only downside was the one neighbor who had people coming and going at all times of the day and night. That could happen everywhere.

I have lived here about 3 months and have had no problems of any type. The management has been very professional, calling me by name when I come in the office. They have been very responsible for the few very minor issues that I have had. The apartments are very well kept and the grounds are clean and well landscaped. From my experience, I would recommend this location for short term and TDY travellers.

Came to view property today but didn’t bring my purse so I sent my colleague. He came back to the car after viewing the property saying Shannon was brushing against him blaming it on the hot chocolate she drank earlier....Shannon is super unprofessional and she likes to flirt with married black men. Be sure to view this property with your man🤬

The staff here is great to work with. My apartment is beautiful, its quiet and the apartment complex is very well kept.

The rent here is to high. They are charging us almost 700 dollars for a studio!!!! The people that are suppose to be security guards are horrible. They don’t do there jobs and the one with the white truck is a stalker. He is a Hispanic guy with tattoos on him. And they won’t even let us get out our lease. He won’t leave us alone and they said they can’t do nothing about it. I will never ever come here again. This is the worst apartment complex I have very stayed in.

My brother asked me to write this review for him.I have been a resident of executive lodge for 4 years now and lets just say I should have left 3 years ago because this past year has been awful!! I have never seen such rude and nasty people in my life. I wouldnt advise anyone to move here if you dont want to be treated like a human being. The employees are just terrible. My roommate and I have been treated wrong even though we are good residents. I give them one star.

Executive Lodge is very clean and well kept! The lady’s in the office go above and beyond with solving problems and making everyone feel welcomed!
