Management is great! It’s an older apartment so there may be some issues throughout your time there, but they have always been fixed and the place is a ton of space for a great price. Quiet and close to campus. Andrea and Chris are wonderful

I lived at Woodhollow for 2 years and I had an amazing experience! Maintenance and management are absolutely amazing and, based on what I’ve heard about other apartments in the area, made me very happy to have the people that were in those positions there! Any issue I had to contact management about was immediately addressed and Chris (the maintenance man) was an absolute pleasure to know would be there to help me out! I cannot praise Chris enough for being such a great person and so willing and eager to help whenever I needed him! Aundrea (management) was amazing as well! From the very beginning of my time here she was always contacting me whenever there was something I needed to know (bug spraying etc.)and always got back to me ASAP when I called or emailed after hours! Like with Chris, Aundrea was great to me and was always helpful, even when it came to moving out. I talked to her about leaving early due to graduating and she put me on a list and updated me throughout the entire process (only took a few days, apartments in high demand). The apartments are older, however with management and maintenance so on point, anything that you need fixed gets fixed ASAP! The walls are thick so noise from neighbors are almost non existent! The pool area is nice and the community is quiet, I really cannot harp on this place enough!

I have lived here for almost 3 years now. The apartments are older, so there are some inconveniences (not many or the best placed electrical outlets, I have had some maintenance issues over the years) BUT on the upside, the staff is helpful and the price s affordable which makes up for it. Chris is very quick to get to any submitted work orders, and if he cant immediately address any issues he makes time to come by when I am home and get my feedback to make sure that he fully addresses any concerns. Aundrea has always been kind and helpful, from when I moved in (my credit wasnt good at the time, but she was understanding and allowed me a chance regardless) to the present. They remembered my name right away, and Aundrea loves when I visit the office with my dog and even gives her treats sometimes. The community at Woodhollow is pretty quiet and calm, and has provided a good environment with a convenient location as an older student.

Yikes. Do not expect your security deposit back no matter how long you clean. Was told I would get my deposit back then SYKE. When it rains the walkways flood and your shoes gets soaked trying to get out. Only joint leases so if your roommate does not pay, you are responsible. Washer and dryers don’t always work, and when they do it’s not for long. My apartment had Electrical and plumbing issues that took management a very long time to fix. DO NOT RENT HERE

I absolutely love Woodhollow. It may not be as modern as other apartments in the area; however, you cant beat the price. Its very affordable and is a quiet community. Ive noticed that I never hear my next door neighbors through the walls which shows the complex was built very well. The staff has always been friendly and helpful towards me. I will definitely continue living here while Im in Huntsville!

These apartments seem nice but the real problem is with the managment the woman andrea will lie straight to your face you call about a maintenance problem and she acts as if its an inconvenience I will say floyd the maintenance man is about the most helpful person he gets the job done. I wont be renewing my lease again.

Stole my security deposit. Nickel and dimed me for things they were supposed to cover when refreshing the apartment for a new tenant. Terrible management anyways. Good riddance.

I have lived here for about 3 years and I love it. I have never had a problem with Andrea, she is always helpful and nice! Chris the maintenance guy always takes care of whatever I have needed, and does it correctly. I was living in a smaller apartment and I wanted to move into a larger one, Andrea immediately put me on a waiting list and in no time I was moving into the new place. When I fierst moved in I will say the bugs were terrible, but Andea did everything she could sending the pest control all the time, making sure I was taken care of. It wasnt her fault there was bugs, it was the person that lives there before me. I now have not seen one bug, and even in my previous apartment never saw bugs. I am always cordial with Andrea because she takes care of whatever I need. I dont bash this place, its been great :)

Imagine that I wasted some of my precious time to write a review about this place! AVOID IT! I had the worst experience ever. Andrea is one of the worst managers I have ever encountered my whole life. She is super materialistic. She just want your paycheck at the beginning of the month. So glad I moved out of this place. This place is run by unprofessional people. There is just one person in charge for maintenance and what a guy indeed. He fixes something and it breaks few days later. Other than that they also ripped my deposit and never returned it claiming that it went for the fixes and I cleaning. I made sure that I cleaned everything and I was cleaner than when I first got the apt. To move out, I transfered my electricity bill before 15 days of my move out day. and here comes Andrea claiming I cant have my electricity transfered and I should be leaving the apt even though I paid for the full month. I wasnt even living in the apt. She forced me to move everything on a weekend. I did and all by myself. I was waiting for my friends to come help me the very next week but she refused. I got a back pain for weeks. Also,30 kids usually gather under my bedroom to wait for their bus in morning preventing me from getting any sleep. Also my mother and sister came for a visit and stayed for 1 month, then I got a notice that I should kick my family out because the place is dedicated for one person. WHY you care? one last thing, parking is aweful. I never got to park near my apt AND ALWAYS go park somewhere else while others (my neighbors downstairs) get to park 2 and 3 cars. I am glad I moved out and would never want to deal with Andrea.

The management is just down right disrespectful
