I went to the salon for powder gel because I have a wedding this weekend. I’ve been here once before and it was ok so I thought I would give them another go. I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen and three different people came and left. It was clear they overbooked, however I remained patient. As you can see in the photo the gel powder came out fine, but the filing of my nails was so harsh it broke skin on almost every nail. I told the tech but it continued to happen. I had a 1:15pm appointment, arrived at 1:07pm, and did not leave until 3:15pm.

Not the place to go to for tips. I requested a gel fill-in coffin shaped.and they are all unbalanced and rounded edges. $70 a complete waste of money. Victorias chains are a better option if your are going to soend that amount of money it should atleast be a good job

I had a very wonderful experience with Elite Nails! I work very long hours and rarely have time to get my nails done, this evening I was searching for a nail place in the area because I have a big event tomorrow early in the day, and was turned down by 2 other places that close at 7 and wouldn’t take me because it was 6:25, which I understand. I drove past Elite Nails around 6:35 and decided to give it a shot, they took me in last minute without an appointment. Kevin and his wife Michelle were so nice and did a beautiful job on my nails. They didn’t finish my nails until after 7 and I felt bad, but they were so nice about it and thanked me for my business. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them, wonderful business with wonderful people.

Got some french tips. nails looked chopped and unsymmetrical. the nail techs were nice tho

Had a 4:00 appointment no one came to give me service maybe because I’m a guy?? One guy said 2 min… had me waiting for an additional half hour no help.. all together Waited an hour and it came to a point where I had enough and I walked out .. will not be returning here again .. place was my go to when I ever needed my toes done.. never again!

Ive been going there the past few years exclusively! Kevin and his staff always do a great job. Even if you go back if there is a problem they take care of it right away!

Nice place to get nails done but 3 days later my nail completely broke with the gel manicure. I guess you get what you pay for. I hate saying that though. I rather pay more for great quality instead of a low price for a less than okay work.

I’ve been to so many nail places and I love love love this place ! I’m very big on customer service. You’re greeted right at the door and make sure your comfortable. Price is reasonable, they’re super sweet and very clean. If you come, make sure to ask for Jay! She’s kind, sweet and makes sure you’re satisfied with your nails.

Best nail salon anywhere. People are wonderful, and caring. And excellent standards.

It was not a good experience. We had facial waxing. We are both broken out now with a rash. They used cheap wax and kept going over and over the same area with the same strip. On top of that, we both still have hair patches in all waxed areas. We also had manicures and pedicures. Our nails have dust lumps stuck and dried in them and the nail polish pooled at the bottom of most of our nail beds and dried in a lumps. EVERY edge of our fingers looks like my 4 year old granddaughter painted them. They did not even cut our cuticles. We will have to go someone else to have the nails redone.

This has been my nail place for like half a year before COVID-19 started and they rush you out and always try to pressure you to spend more.. I was okay with this because they still did a decent job on my nails. I went after COVID-19 for the first time this week and they painted my toes and left residue from my previous color and they did powder gel on my nails and filed them down terribly.. the workers are honestly really kind and that’s why I’m not giving them 1 star but their service is not worth the money. Plus they raised their prices because of COVID-19 which is understandable and I wouldn’t mind paying it if the service was better.

Appears to be a clean place. We went for pedicures. Very insistant on us also getting powder manicure. We decided to. Mine came out beautiful. My daughters are way to thick. The man doing hers was too busy answering the phone and making appointments to give her the proper attention.

Super clean. Excellent service. My wife and I swear by Linda. Excellent manicures, pedicures and massages.

I went here because it was convenient but the quality of my gel manicure was very poor. Next time I won’t go for convenience.

Cant Express how much I love this place!! I moved from nassau 3 years ago, where I went to the same salon for 10 years! It became to much of a hassle driving back and forth just for my nails. I couldnt find a salon I really liked until I found this place on a google search. The woman Jackie is the only one I make my apt with bc she is the best! Everytime I come in they all greet me by my name, and she actually listened to everything I talked to her about and asked me about it on my next visit❤. 100% recommend anyone to give it a try!!!!! You wont regret it!!

Great place. A little bit of a wait, but Saturday afternoons are busy anywhere. It was only $25 for both a mani and pedi. When I said I might only have time for the pedi, they brought over a second nail tech and did both at the same time.Highly recommended!

Very rushed assembly line mani / pedi Sunny was not funny! Out of all the Asain nail places I was chosen by one of the worst nail techs to do my nails I was surprised with a 35 dollars also Im a male without making a fuss but my mistake is now my life lesson
