I called in and made a last minute appointment and they were extremely friendly on the phone. Jamie did my gel pedicure and did an amazing job! I got the Ocean pedicure and the service was phenomenal! I got a red color and they really made me feel like home. The establishment is extremely clean and everyone is so nice! I will definitely be coming back!

It was my first time at Kozy and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff were so welcoming and considerate during my mani and pedi session. They would often make sure that I was comfortable and made me feel at ease. My favorite part was sitting in the massage chairs while they smoothed and scrubbed my calves and feet during my pedi! The atmosphere was clean and well lit. I loved the way my hands and feet turned out and highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to Kozy Nails since it opened. I love the courteous staff and the cleanliness of the salon. They have late hours and recently added Sunday hours which I think is a huge plus. I recommend the spa pedicure that includes a 10 minute foot massage - my favorite. All of the services are great and the staff are doing a terrific job keeping the salon clean and safe. I highly recommend!

First time at this nail salon. And love it. Nice and clean. Very friendly to all customers. Had appointment that started on time. All girls who work there are very professional. Helen, i assumed she is the owner was very helpful with color selection, Jenny did my nails, my pink tips french dip in powder gel came out beautiful. Salon open 7 days a week. Open until 10 pm. Found my new fav nail place.

Got a gel manicure and a pedicure done and the whole experience was so relaxing AND my nails look amazing! Exactly how I wanted them. Came as a wedding party and we all left more than satisfied! I LOVE Kozy!! It is the only place I’ll go for a mani/pedi. I started getting gel nails a few months ago, and I’m obsessed with them! I have two young boys and am constantly cleaning/washing hands/etc., and my nails hold up well for 3 weeks. If you try them, ask for JENNY :)

Their facility is always so clean and they have made many COVID related upgrades to enhance everyone’s health and safety. I wanted to try this nail place, I went yesterday I just wanted to check it out remove my nail gel polish and so back next week.One of the workers opened the door and I told her I just need to remove nail polish.She immediately said we charge 15$So I never get charged to remove gel polish even when I go to a random nail salon, definitely 15$ just to remove gel polish is something never heard before, plus it’s ridiculous.I will never go back.This is my first review

4 of us came in as a bridal party a day before the wedding and let me just say... This was the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I felt so pampered, i honestly started dozing off in my massage chair while getting my toes done. The women are so professional and accommodating. I took forever picking out my nail color so the owner brought me over a few ideas and showed me what the colors would look like by sampling them on her own nails. The women here have so much experience and it shows. The space is so chic, clean, and completely relaxing. They have also taken every precaution to make sure customers are safe from Covid. I love my new mani and pedi and cant wait to come back!

I have been a customer for 20 years. This is where you want to be for all your manicures (regular, gel, powder gel etc) and pedicures. There is a large menu of spa pedicures to choose. The staff is always friendly, professional & skilled at their craft. I would highly recommend Kozy Nail pre Covid & definitely highly recommend them during this time. The salon is sparkling clean and Helen has taken every precaution to keep us all safe from Covid. They now are open on Sunday which is a great option.

They are super friendly, superClean and on time with all their appointments. I enjoy the experience every time I go!!!

Not worth the money 😒. The people are nice but over priced and some of them make up the prices as they go along. Paid for extra top coat for no chipping...3 days later... chipping.

It is very pricey ($45-$55 for fill in) yet Carol was an excellent nailing. Clean and neat! I think becaysevthis spa is open til 10pm it runs the price up. Just a spa pedicure you can spend $60. I am use to $30 spa same treatment. I had no issues. Helen is the owner she seemed nice.

There is a nail place on every block on Jericho. This place is nothing special and way overpriced. They speak the whole time to each other and its a very quick pedicure. Only positive is its open till 10pm.

The place is nice and clean and the ladies there are older and respectful. Is not like other places you go get your nails done and they all talking to each other in their own language. It’s convenient because they are open until 10pm but a normal mani-pedi is $40. To me that is pricey because is not even that good of a job. Fabulous Nail and Spa on 340 w Jericho is better and mani-padi is only $20 with a nice back massage. I’ve been going to Fabulous Nail for years and they always do a great job.

I was very disappointed with the quality of work done here. I had a fill in (acrylic), no tips with a uv gel polish. I couldnt believe how uneven my nails were and the acrylic was so thick it looked like blobs left on my finger nails. There wasnt any attention to detail whatsoever. And they charged me $50 for this! Thats not even the worst thing, after 6 days I had several chipped nails and 2 fill ins fell off completely! Im really not a stickler for details most of the time, but after paying so much for this, I would at least like to have it last 2 weeks. PS: went back to my regular salon and had them soaked off, put new acrylic and uv gel polish, got a pedicure with callous remover and had my eyebrows waxed for only $5 more.... Just sayin

I went here a couple of days to get my nails done but always walked out cause I would go in and they wouldnt know what to do and would just keep staring at my hands, but I decided to give them another chance last night with a good pedicure it was awful! she rushed it she didnt do all the procedures needed for the pedicure she just put the color on my toes and called it a day. I dont want to give them a tip but my husband made me still give her a tip! Never coming back here again! Oh and also worst customer service ever!!!

The staff arent professional and seem to be racist...only wore gloves for my pedicure but not for the Caucasian customers.

Poor/rushed quality nail care & always busy. Weird plastic liners on pedicure tubes b/c its too busy to clean in between guests. Yuck. Ive been disappointed more than once. But they are the only salon open until 10PM.GO ACROSS THE STREET TO...Bellezza Nail salon. Great quality and its more relaxing. Theres a huge waterfall/pond with fish in the center of the room. Free wifi password on the wall. Difficult to find at first. But they aim to please... Leaving me wanting to tip them well.

Place was very clean, and the staff was very friendly but... Worst gel manicure i have ever had! Chipped within two days and i have been doing gel for years never have they chipped in two days! Over priced for a terrible job! Got a pedicure as well they missed many spots def not satistfied at all.

The staff are unprofessional and racist.my wife went for a manicure and the staffer turned away a black man who came in requesting a manicure, telling him it would be an hour wait. an elderly white woman came in five minutes after, asked if there was a wait for a manicure, and received service immediately.she will not be going back and i would recommend that you steer clear of this establishment as well.

Had to call for an appointment which was okay but next day my nail color came off and it was a gel manicure. Please dont go there when its late because they rush through.
