Alex is fast and is good. Anny is good with the pedicures. But if you have gel on your toes ask them to soak it before the pedicures, or else they will make your nail super thin. Mine broke thats how thin some other pedicure lady did it. Also price is kind of high. $50 pedicures with callous remover included. I feel that if you dont ask for the callous remover they just basically dont do anything.

Be careful and pay attention to the product that they are using on your nails because they are using a cheap product. Ive been going to this place since they opened, but the last few times they overcharged me and the quality was not good, the product smells funny and it doesnt last long.

When you walk in you feel rushed. As soon as I walked in as soon as I walked in I felt the energy was off. Finally I had requested a short and almond nails. The owner got mad at me because she didnt want to do the work to create the shape for the almond nails. Me being in customer service dealing with rude customers didnt I want to give off the same energy. Finally there was a Spanish lady getting her toenails done next to me who was unsatisfied with her results. So they didnt file it short enough to match the other 2 nails so she asked for a file. The owner had the audacity to throw the file at the lady with attitude probably cursing her out in Chinese. Then throughout her doing my whole nails she would then throw a calendar book Knocking down her nail templates.

I explained that I was not satisfied with the way my nails came out I felt it was sloppy and when I went to pay I tipped the person who did my eyebrows but not the person who did my nails. The lady who runs the place tried to tell me I have to tip more even though I expressed how unsatisfied I was with my nails. I have never been somewhere when I was asked for a tip. You DO NOT ask for tips that is what the customer chooses to give if they are satisfied and appreciated the service. NEVER AGAIN!!!

If I could rate this place zero stars, I WOULD. LET ME TELL YOU.I’ve never had a good experience with this place. I used to be a regular customer about two years ago and decided to go today bc my regular nail place was closed.First off, the place does NOT follow CDC Guidelines and they never did. They are NOT clean. They reuse the same tools on EVERYONE. Some of them DONT wear gloves when they’re supposed to, and they definitely don’t follow social distancing guidelines. They will take as many appointments as they can in a day and next thing you know there’s about 20 people in there. They are lazy and use credit cards or their tools to RIP off your old powder/acrylic. and that’s EXACTLY what happened to me today.Today was the last straw. The woman literally RIPPED OFF MY REAL NAIL THINKING THE OLD POWDER WOULD COME OFF. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD ANYONE DO THIS. I have ALWAYS gotten my nails soaked with cotton and wrapped in aluminum. I told this lady TWICE as I SCREAMED in pain to STOP TOUCHING MY NAIL and she continued to try and rip it off more. I had to yell at her to “PLEASE STOP” which I don’t ever do because I know how hard people work. but goodness she deserved it. she then PROCEEDED TO DIP MY NAIL IN A TUB OF ACETONE AS IT WAS BLEEDING. I told her it was bleeding!! And she quickly dipped my hand back in!! I decided then and there I no longer wanted to continue the nail process because it just hurt so much I wanted to cry. She got ANGRY and was gossiping to three of her coworkers about the situation bc they noticed I was distressed. She sent me to another girl to finish taking my old powder off. I told this girl to please not touch that nail, that I would deal with taking the powder off myself on that one nail and she ALSO tried to mess with it!! I just couldn’t believe it. I told her to STOP once again. As me and my friend were paying for the services, the owner, I believe her name is Mo Mo, rang us up. She couldn’t even look me in the eye.Let me just end off with this. Their work is poor quality, they have the most TERRIBLE customer service, the prices are too expensive for the poor quality of work that they do, they will rush your nails, and not to mention the lack of cleanliness.. as a cosmetologist who has a background in nails, this place is disappointing.

Didn’t like the way my nail came out. Been A loyalty costumer for years!! I had a favor for Alex. Just because I went back on the same day he did my nails and I was not happy cause didn’t like the way they looked. Alex said he doesn’t want to do my nails no longer. And the manager said to look for another place. It does bother I was a loyalty costumer.Very dissatisfied!!!

I never come back to this horrible place. the service is horrible, if your are looking for a horrible experience this is the best place to go .Never again, i dont know how the people can go to this place.

Great experience here as always! The Staff is so nice. They never mind changing things for me. I can be indecisive and kind of a difficult customer. Alex does my wax and nails he is very careful and gentle to make sure he does exactly what you want.

I asked for the same color on my hands and feet. I was told that they had both of the colors for both & then gave me two different colors. I paid the amount owed but didnt include a tip.A tip is not required there for it shouldnt be asked for. The nail tech Li Li proceeded to argue with me becuase I didnt include one. They lack professionalism & are very rude.They talk about you in their language to their coworkers. Definitely will not be going back.

Bad attitude they demand a tip it is not voluntary Lili demands a 15% tip from me I do not accept what I gave her and then she told me that I was a cheap guy with a very bad attitude in front of all the people

Spacious, clean, organized and friendly. Good prices without having to sacrifice quality. I only let Alex do my nails as I usually have acrylic. He does such an amazing job, he takes his time, and hes so friendly. Honestly Im never that crazy about my pedicure, its pretty mediocre, I really just come so Alex can do my nails (he doesnt do pedicures).

Called ahead of time to find out if Julia was in and if I needed to make appointment due to Covid? Person responded no. All I needed to do was walk in. When I arrived they acknowledged me and I noticed more people waiting ( hmmm ok this does not seem right due to Covid) I sat and waited for about 5 minutes realizing too many customers waiting and not so many workers. So I asked Julia how long but I guess she didn’t understand so another employee asked her how long and they proceeded to speak in their language and they started to laugh. Never answered my question. I waited another 5 minutes. I continued I see more customers walk in and sit. Apparently no reservation is needed, it’s starts to get crowded so I walk out.These people are clearly not following Covid rules. They are not professional and out right rude and do not care!

I got highway robbed by this place it’s over priced for work that was horrible this is my first and last time I will ever go there . I asked her to break down y I paid 88 for a new set ?!?!?!? She just started making up stuff that didn’t even make sense so upset and I don’t even like my nails be aware of this place

I called an hour ahead asking if i came in to get acrylics if there’d be a wait. the lady reassured me there would be no wait and walk in was fine. i came in and there was too many people. women were sitting at the drying station soaking their gel nails off. this salon takes way too many people at a time. won’t be coming here again. bad business to lie.

I asked them for a pedicure the Manager didn’t even wash my feet, she put the nail polish without soaking my feet.

Princess Nails is the nail salon that Huntington Station needed. It is always perfectly clean and Momo-the owner treats her staff with such kindness--so the environment is one where everybody is happy to be there. The personal service and sense of value is phenomenal. I tell everyone in my community to go there for their nails!

Rose use to do my nails and she was the best. Steven does my gel full sets now and he does a great job. My Brazilian wax was not the greatest experience there since rose left. Tina did my wax and took my skin off, she was super nice but not too good at waxing. She left a significant amount of hair there & if I’m paying for a Brazilian wax which mean no hair at all, from the butt to the vagina I should not have had to go home to shave. It’s one thing if it’s a couple of strands of hair that I can remove with a tweezer but to have to shave after paying $50 is a bit of a rip off. I’m not sure if she was nervous but to take off my skin, leave hair down there & get wax on my clothes is not cool. I miss rose 😔 I hope she gets well soon even though she will not be returning. Tina just need some more practice before she causes the shop to catch a lawsuit. However I will be returning for Steven to do my nails but no more waxing from here.

Took me some time to find My nail place but this is it! Mo is the sweetest, and her staff just as great. I 100% recommend Rose with new sets. My personal favorite is their powder gel mani. They do a phenomenal job.

This salon does a phenomenal job with gel manicures and gel pedicure. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone. The gel manicure and gel pedicures last for awhile. Its beautiful salon and the staff is very nice. Its worth the money!!!

Mo mo is great but they have one called Li Li and she is horrible she does she want on your nails I went in there the other day because Momo was not there and I told her to soak off my nail she broke my real nails because she wants to do what she want to do
