Everyone at The Springdale is amazing, Beautiful well kept property great location and great price for the heart of Orange County.

This place feels like home so many nice people in the complex great property manger thanks Peter. I plan to call this place home for a long to blessed !!

This place, or rather the manager, never responds to your inquiries. They owe us over $1000 after we moved out. First, Peter blamed the system. Then, Peter blamed the corporate office. Now, he has just plain ghosted us and they owe us money. We paid our rent on time but when it comes time for them to give us our deposit back, nothing. It is just ridiculous. Look elsewhere if you can...

I called them to ask if any apartments were availabe. But, the manager or whoever was on the line was so rude and shouting whenever I asked questions!
