I came in to tour on 1/18 and Tracy was very welcoming. Definitely on my top 10 list for potential residency . Beautiful and quiet community. Great location

Among the pandemic and the unfortunate circumstances that alot of us are facing it is greatly disappointing how FDC management has handled and is handling the loss of employment and financial hardships. They say they offer certain relief when proving you meet the criteria with proper documentation (which I do and I did), and then deny that relief out of an application technicality. There is no understanding and no compassion. On the contrary, they ask that you feel sorry FOR THEM, because of all these requests that they have to deal with.They currently have over 10 units open and I would not surprised if they have trouble filling them in. It is a revolving door of tenants moving in and out. Among myself, there was maybe 5 other tenants that I saw who have stayed in the 3 years I have been there.There is zero sense of community at Cambridge Apartments under FDC management.

Staff is very professional. Ive been living at Cambridge now for 2 years and Tracie the manager is the best.

They cannot be bothered to alert people that they will be cutting down every single tree and running a wood chipper at 8 am. I’m done with all the construction that goes on here. Not signing a new lease when I comes time

Don’t dare make a sound. Storage units all broken into. Cars broken into. Mail stolen. Managers won’t do a thing about it. Refuse to put up any cameras because they say it gives people a false sense of security???? Really? How secure do I feel being repeatedly robbed? And probably by someone who lives here? You don’t know because they won’t put up cameras. Won’t get a secure outgoing mailbox. All the apartments haven’t been updated since the 80s. The pool never gets above 65 degrees so no one uses it. The guys ( painters /Carpenters) they have do the work are unbelievable hacks. Deplorable work. Rent goes up at least $100 every year with no improvements made. Not many people stay more than one year. And I understand completely!

Great rates, location and small number or units keep it a quiet place to live.
