Been coming here for 3 years. Love them. Always happen to get the same lady (always wears a black and white apron). I went somewhere else once because this place was busy and it was awful. Paid twice as much as I normally do and got an awful nails and toes done. So I came back here and I am not disappointed! I love it here. Highly recommend.

First visit here despite the bad reviews. I had my nails done by Tony. I walked in asked how long for a full set, he got to work right away. I made the mistake of not asking how much for the nails prior, but to my surprise I got a full almond shape set w/color powder for $35! I loved them! He was very quiet, but the work was amazing so no complain from me. If I come back, Ill definitely be asking to see him again.

Let me start off by saying this nail place was very rude to my blind mother. The nail tech had no proper etiquette treating her. She wouldn’t warn her when she need to move her feet, she asked personal questions pertaining to her illness and was disrespectful towards her.Never coming back

Do not get ur nails done by the older lady with glasses, my toe hurts due to her clipping more then she should have. You can see some green stuff she left all over.

The owner or manager whatever her title may be is the absolute rudest her customer service is the poorest. I literally waited in my car at 8:45 to be here at 9:00 am as I was instructed the day before, the manager gets her tells me to sit down and waited around and stood outside to see if another woman that pulled in after me was coming in or not!!!! I advised her that I was here by her instructions, she ask that I wait for another technician to come in. 10:00am was the arrival of her second technician so I’ve literally been waiting for an hour to get one nail fixed. I’m getting my nail fixed and another lady walks and in and ask me to make an appointment, and she told her she could, she had the disgusting nerves to ask me if I could come back to finish. I advised her no I couldn’t and I wouldn’t for obvious reasons. Now her technician thinks she’s about to rush through and half way do her job with my hands!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE YOY ARE APPRECIATED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VALUED BECAUSE ITS NOT HERE AT ALL!!!!!!

No option for ZERO STARS. Decided to give this place a second chance and yet again a total disappointment. Save your money look for a better place! Nails were done Saturday and this pic was taken Tuesday.

Came here after reading some yelp/Google reviews and decided to request Ms Julie. Im glad I did. She did an amazing job. Everything was straight and even. She is really sweet as well. The play list they had going was awesome and the sound of the mini water spout was relaxing. Will def be back to see Julie. I highly recommend her! They have a ton of color selection and very reasonable prices. Paid $38 that included a holographic powder choice and 2 glitter nails. See photos. Hope this review helps :)

Never been here and will never return. They didnt let me in at 4:15pm on a Sunday. They close at 5:30pm.

I’ve been coming here for years and I always see trinity. She’s amazing and so sweet. My daughter saw Kevin for a pedicure and he was great. Everyone Is so nice.

I walked in and asked for a full gel set. And was greeted by the receptionist. The manicurist were patient and sweet. They gave me great advice on colors and did a great work! The salon is extremely clean. Not just stars, they deserve diamonds. When I have a couple of extra pennies from my paycheck I definitely give this place some love.

My nail shape is perfect. I came here for the first time yesterday & I’m happy with how my nails look. I get the “coffin shape” & Every time I go to a new salon my nails are usually too wide or just not shaped well. I will definitely be back.

Horrible service been waiting for 2 hours just for a manicure.. We asked when we signed in how long will the wait be and the lady’s said not long just pick a color.. No communication what’s so ever would not recommend to no one.

Despite some minor bad reviews, I decided to go to beauty. I just left and I have never been more satisfied leaving a nail salon. The color options are great, and the price is very reasonable. I will continue coming here. Kevin was my technician and he made sure I liked how my nails looked every step of the way.

This time not good nails all different shapes even after telling the tech how. She sid one beautifully the other nine all different. Ill go back but not use that tech.

Very very trash. Went there at total of 3 times and got my nails done once. The first time I waited 2 hours to not get my nails done. The second time I waited 1 hour, the third time I went because I broke a nail and waited an hour with 2 of the workers sitting there staring at me and left still with a broken nail. I normally would not have went back after waiting the 2 hours for nothing, but I am 8 months pregnant and live right across the street so I walk there. They are very very unprofessional and they make you wait so long for a mediocre set of nails that they charge too much for. NEVER GOING BACK

Very clean friendly place. Got us all in right away without an appointment and the pedicure options were very nice and included hot stone. All in all wonderful experience and I will come back for sure.

I called for an appointment and even though they were super busy, they squeezed me in. Customer service matters, and this place is tops. Their expertise and attention to detail are definitely worth mentioning. 100/100 stars for you Beauty Nails & Spa,!

I was so disappointed in this place. I went Friday evening with a friend who suggested this location. The next day I saw my toes in the sun and they looked awful. I also noticed a fingernail with dip powder was cracked. I returned on Sunday (couldn’t make it back in time on Saturday). The nail tech redid my toes in another color, no charge. I was fine until a few minutes later. I was informed by another tech (the owner) that I had dip color, not powder, and it would be $35 to completely redo my nails. I paid $40 for the dip color- an inferior option without my knowledge. No! So I was given the wrong nail option and overcharged for sloppy work. I just left with my cracked finger nails. I will not return as they wasted my time and do terrible work.

I am very picky about my nails and all about manners. I went in today (despite the reviews) to get a pedicure w/shellac and the solar nails and I was more than happy with my experience. I was pampered, Kelly and Julie are awesome and it was affordable for everything I had done. Thank you, Ladies!!!

I just got my nails done yesterday and two already broke off the man who did my nails did them too thin I highly recommend you save your money and go somewhere where it’s worth it

Working in customer service myself, its hard for me to complain, even if the service was bad. But, knowing that I have to work hours as a server on my feet all day to earn enough to relax and get a well earned pedicure makes me give this review. Also, my sister is a nail tech, so I KNOW how it goes. My mom and I went to this new salon to get our pedicures done. It was the second time we had come here, I was not happy with the service the first time, but my mom was so we decided to give it another try. First of all, we asked if it was possible to get our toes done together since we were the only two clients in the shop and there were three of them...I had to wait while my mom was halfway through. Anyway point is i paid 35.99 for a pedicure, I told her I had acrylic on my big toe that I had messed around with so it was all cracked. She did not remove it so by the time I get home the polish on three toes is halfway gone and the polish on the big toe was wavy and choppy because she didnt remove the acrylic. I still gave her a $10 tip, so all in all I spent $85 on both our pedicure and highly unsatisfied. I think for $85 The polish should at least last me a day. So this was my experience, you can decide if you want that to be yours. I also do this because I went back today to let her know and she said that had nothing to do with her work...again my sister is a nail tech and has been for years! She just doesnt like to do pedicures and is too requested for even her sis 😆

Sitting on the pedicure chair now and an hour has passed and I still have not gotten seen. Three techs working on pedicures. One finishes and go and do a manicure. Other two still working on the same people. Finally someone comes and starts on another woman that was sitting and waiting ad I was. What made me leave this review is that the first woman, who finished her pedicure, went and did a manicure, came back here with a client that came in after me. Now I am getting pissed. I only go to these places maybe two times a year and this is the reason whyMy time is valuable too. It has now been over an hour since I have been sitting here in a cold foot bowl of water. By the way.....this is my first visit. Not sure if I will be back.Ok. Now its 30 min after I wrote this review and I am just getting worked on. 1 hr and a half I waited to be seen.Update. 2 1/2 hours later, I am still on the chair being worked on.

Please do not waste your time going here. Everytime I’ve gotten my nails done here they’ve broken off in if not the same day, the same week. They last full set I got did it for me! When the tips & acrylic was applied I felt a burning sensation. I made it aware to Julie, the tech that usually does my nails & she put sanitizer on my cuticles. This only stop the burning for the moment. A week later my pointer finger nail broke from the bottom. How does a nail break from the bottom? It eventually broke all the way off taking my skin with it. I went to talk to her about what had happened to get some tips on what to do to grow my nail & skin back or maybe even a compromise on her end for the constant inconvenience. She argued with me that it was my fault that the glue had ate away at my skin & then told me that “I should’ve known that this would happen already.” To wrap things up, their customer service is by far the worst. They are unconcerned with the actual health of your nails. They have already lost a lot of customers for this reason.

I only left a start because 0 is not an option. The customer service is horrible! It has been consistently horrible! The staff is rude and unconcerned. I wont be returning...this was my fourth visit. I tried giving them a chance to redeem themselves!

My nails are not the same size on both hands. When I said something she said I wanted them square. One thumb is very noticeably longer.

Its alright not the best but I like how they soak your bails off instead of ripping them off lol like other places do...
