The woman who helped me was named Nguyen. She made me feel relaxed and this has been my second time getting my nails done. The first time i got mine done they were really bad but i didn’t care since it was my first time. But Nguyen treated me reallywell and was so sweet. I also love my nails so much. At one point i messed up my nails because i was so excited about how they looked and i was worried she’d yell at me but she told me it was okay and fixed it right away. Definitely coming back here.

The staff was kind and very sweet. But did not want to do my nails like I wanted.The room is dirty with dust everywhere. The walls have something, not sure what it is running down the side. I feel like its dirt or nail polish. I did let the nail tech know that one of my nails was slanted. But she didnt fix it. She said its only a little slanted it will be fine. Im never going back! Because now my fingers hurt from file burns.

Came to this nail shop and they discriminate against handicapped people my sister is in a wheelchair we came to see if we can have service here they have two handicap parking spots directly in front of the service but they do not service handicapped individuals just so everyone knows if you are in a wheelchair or if you are handicapped do not come to this business because they definitely discriminate against handicapped individuals the lady he met us at the door to let us know that she was not going to service a handicapped individual

My Experience was horrible. It was my first but last time visiting this place again. The employees where very rude.They did people before me and I was there first. She was very rough. I couldn’t relax because it was painful. I had nail polish all over my hands. I left 4 hours later very disappointed.

This is the only nail salon I trust!!!! I have been coming here since I was 17 years old, and now am 27. They always do an excepcional job at both pedicures and manicures. I’ve never written a review about this salon before, I regret not doing so since the day I started coming, because there have been many amazing nail designs and ideas that I did not capture in camera. One example of how they have done great things for me is the night before my prom they stayed until late just to get me ready for my special day, I still remember the owner Tran was the last one working that day because I came in at 6:30 and they close at 7pm). Here I am loving this place and the nail techs that have created and amazing bond with me. Not only that, but my nails last 3 weeks before needing a new set and this is the only place that takes the time to get your ingrown nails out. Went in like I normally do to get a colorChange on my toes. The staff I am familiar with because I have been coming here for a year now. Today went in had to wait which wasn’t a big deal but when I started seeing other clients walking in with no appointments receiving service before me I was ticked. The staff didn’t communicate or say we will get you next or anything they just basically ignoredthe fact that I was sitting for way over 25 minutes before getting in the chair then waited even longer while sitting in the chair. I will not return. I have spent quite a bit of money here to be treated this way.

Had to go somewhere else for refill. They want to soak off fir refill and change powder ombre

I specifically asked for a peppermint pedicure I even asked the lady twice she looked at me and reassured me yes that’s what she was giving me and then at the end when she was done she charge me for a lavender pedicure when I confronted her she denied the whole thing and said that’s why I use the hot stone and I told her yes but that’s not what I asked for she still wanted me to pay her the 35 not good to lie to a client.

Everyone at the shop is amazing. Linh is whom I always go see and she is always very attentive and willing to do my nails how I want. Recently, I asked for the acrylics to be removed and my nails are still in great shape! They always take their time and really care for their clients.

They are nice until they are not. If you dont choose them because you prefer another one they are vindictive and will not service you and state that if you didnt trust them last time then you dont trust them now. That is not even what you said of course you trust them but you prefer someone else. To me that is unprofessional and the owner should do something about that. Vengeance is not good business. As a customer you have a right to prefer one from another but if that person is busy and you allow someone else to work on you it should be ok. But they are ugly on that. They lost a loyal customer.

Normally they do a very good Job, but today was horrible! They don’t know how to manage time well. When she (Kathy) got to my Manicure she started to rush as if she didn’t want to be there!My nails are uneven and I asked for glitter she barely wanted to do that! When customers started coming in she basically rushed me out her chair and didn’t care how they looked

I have been coming to these wonderful ladies for years and I’ve always received the sweetest and most professional care. They always remember my taste and do an excellent job making my nails look beautiful and yet keeping it very natural. This year I’ve let my mini me join me a few times and they treat her like a 4yr old royal. She loves them and they are always so patient with her. Totally the best!

I I just went there for to do my eyebrows. I asked for cleaning and reshaped and this is what I got not clean eyebrows at all she didnt even brush it out to trim it they are as bushy as when I went it. Never again.

I tried to be polite but they are just so rude. I don’t think The girl that did my nails has a license, I noticed because I wasn’t liking my French tip and noticed she was the only one without a license plate next to her station. I told her the French tips were not even and she insisted they were, I tried to ask her nicely to fix it and she just said said “I only see even” ugh I don’t even know why I paid. Rude, not good customer service and definitely not professional. I’m so upset, I was really excited about my new manicure and she ruined it.

I went Monday to get my nails done 2 days later 2 broke...I went to get them fix and they gonna tell me I need to be careful umm I got my nails done plenty of time and never had that problem. A week later 2 more broke I will never be going to them again at all😡😡

Yes theres a wait SPECIALTY pedicures are a minimum of 45 minutes and you get ALL your time and pampering .I always get the Lavender pedicure nails filled full Face wax and eyelashes so Im there awhile and I dont mind the wait but if youre one of those I think I should walk through the door and sit right down this isnt the place for you.BUT if you want a good job that last and friendly people WELCOME ABOARD

Ive visited the establishment a few times but my last visit helped me to determine to never step foot in here again and I urge you not to either. Worst customer service experience EVER!! 4/13/2017 around 2 pm I came in for a polish change. When I first walked in no one was waiting so I was able to be seated fairly quickly. One nail tech started on my nails (very friendly at the time) and walked away and when she came back she requested me to sit in another chair. At that point an older nail tech came over to finish and was very rude and did a rush job. Once she was done she rushed me over to the pedicure area. Thats when I finally got a good look at my nails and noticed she did not paint the entire nail. The sides were not pained at all. So I addressed that and she got a really nasty attitude about it but did attempt to fix it by going over that one part. Whenever you just go over the one part that you missed or that youre trying to fix its not going to have a smooth finish and its not going to blend. I asked her if she could fix it by basically going over the entire nail one more time so you wont be able to tell where she added the polish. She replied no I think I did a good job. I was taken back so I replied I dont like it could you please just fix it. She said no she wasnt going to fix it. At the point I told her I wouldnt pay for something that I dont like she proceeded to say shes going to call the police and went to get the phone to show she would call. The original nail tech then came over and I showed her what I was talking about and she stated she didnt see anything wrong either but she still added a layer so that it would all blend and have a smooth finish. When the original nail tech was about to fix my nails the older one came and was trying to take pictures of me. I asked her what she was doing and she said she just wanted to take a picture of my nails for her boss I allowed her to take pictures but she was taking them pretty far so you wouldnt be able to see the side of the nails that was smooth. No matter what Im getting Im still paying for your service that you offer. If you dont want to do a great job because its a polish change and nothing expensive then you should not offer that service. I do have pictures of my nails showing where she didnt color the entire nail. But I dont have pictures of when the older nail tech added the line.

The people here seem nice. But they ruined my nails. My nails are so thin after having them put my nails on. The last time I went and asked for a refill the nail tech said she wanted to redo the entire set. I said okay. Next thing I know she is sliding fake nails under my nails to pop them off ripping off the little nails I had left then putting the powder nails over it. Now that I had my nails taken off they are so thin I can’t even scratch myself without them hurting and bending. I had a different nail salon remove my nails this time where they gently file the nail off after soaking them in acetone, you know, the proper way. I’m angry about my nails now. They should care more about their customers nails and not so much about how quickly they can get you in and out.

Started out good but as soon as I sat down one of the employees decided it would be fun to stroll around barefoot. I got past that and the fact that almost all the employees never said anything in English. Almost to the point of being rude. Ok whatever, the finalstraw was being cut. My fingerwould not stop bleeding. Thewoman doing my nails kept putting different things on my finger to stop the bleeding. I do believe sheeven put some sort of nail glue on my finger. I kept asking what shewas putting on my finger but neverreceived an answer. The final straw was having to listen to one of their regular customers rant because shes set several appointments with a certain person and that employee could not seem to be there for the set appointment. Ive never had such a negative experience getting my nails done. I really hope I dont get an infection because of the carelessness. I do not recommend this place.

I had a Terrible experience. The customer service was very bad. All they cared about was making sure other people were seated, once I was already next. Also, they always try to change up the original price of everything by adding a few extra dollars for no reason. They were very rude. Definitely do not recommend!

I went in waited 30 min which it was fine went to get my pedicure and manicure done 45.00 the shellac burn my nail. I told the guy if he knew what he was doing he told me yes yes. But I told him its burning, on top of that he didnt do a good job on my manicure at all. I went Saturday and my nails are cracked all over and now I have to go some where else to get it done . Never going back. Dont recommend this place to anyone. Wish I could show u pics of my nails

My mom and I have been coming here for over 9 years and it is the only place we like to go now. Amazing people and quality service.

My daughter had a manicure and pedicure on Wednesday and by Thursday her manicure nail polish was falling off. I would expect the service performed would last at least a week, so we went back to address our concerns and was informed nothing could be done and would have to pay full price for the manicure to be redone. My advice is not to go to this salon and waste your money!!!!!!!!!

I had been here for a pedicure before no problem came back for a full set and pedicure lets just said Im not going bacould for a full set horrible job lady took for ever to do my nails!! And to top it off there so much extra product in the back of the tip of my nail. That annoys me so much.

I got my nails and feet done on the 4th of July, i was not happy with the service and the rush job on my polish that cracked just a few days later. I had gotten the Gel Cat Eye Polish and it wasnt done right. Will not be returning.

I have also gotten shellac there twice in the last few months, and they turned out wonderful each time...! I requested acrylic nails and they cut them too short even though I told them I wanted them long. Then they did them wrong so they look even shorter! And theyre too thick, theyre uncomfortable and they look horrible! They even left chunks of acrylic under the nails.Also, they filed my fingers while filing the nails, so it injured several of my fingers, it was burning (just like another girl said) Actually my nails hurt A LOT. I dont recommend this place to anybody!
