This is a place where patience and relationships start. The service given is amazing! My eyebrows are thoroughly taken care of and are carefully done. They use wax and their wax is good but I wouldnt recommend a face waxing here, it gave me an allergic reaction. So be mindful if you get your face or chin waxed here. I also got my pedicure and my acrylic nails done for a party and it was just great! I enjoyed the service and look forward to more.

I came to this nail salon for the first time today. Lu was who did my nails. He was very good! I appreciated his meticulous style and attention to detail! He even advised me on different types of nail choices and the best deals possible for my money. I went ahead and tried something new today, ombre color change, and it turned out beautifully! He was very gentle and didnt once burn my fingers or scratch me with the nail file which was very nice! I could tell that he knows what hes doing, and takes pride in his work. Thank you very much regal nails for a job well done!

I wish I could say my entire experience was good here. The lady with the glasses that did my nails did a horrible job, was rude and kept stopping every few minutes to do another customer. The young lady that did my pedicure was however fantastic! They need to help the customer they have and not take more so the techs are forced to jump around or make you wait with your feet in the water for 20mins before they start.The lady doing my nails telling me she knows her job and I was wrong made it to where I’ll never be back. If a customer doesn’t like the way you did the polish and every nail you did a horrible job, you should listen.

The best place to get your eyebrows doneI have been getting my eyebrows done here for years! No one can do brows like them! I get compliments about them all the time and I send them their way!!

The first time I visited was excellent but today I guess they were having an off day. I came in at 6:40 pm, I asked the nail tech about their powdered colors inventory and there was only 10 colors to chose from. After I choose my color I also requested to get my toe nails polished. The tech said he would do it for me.I made sure to ask if it was a problem because I knew they closing soon, he assured it was fine. The application of the powder was blachy, didnt outline my natural cuticle line so you could see where the powdered started and that my natural nail was left bare. It looked like I could use a refill. It shouldnt be a big deal with tips but with dark to bright neon colors being all I had to choose from, it is. The result, middle of my nails colored and the corners were inconsistent with blachy to no color whatsoever. He removed the nails said I was picky refused further services. I explained that my time was wasted so they could at least do my toe nails. Took 5 minutes to convince them.My advise is to not get powder. Experience on a display isnt enough. Check to make sure the tech knows how to apply it to blend with actual nail no matter the shape.

They are very lazy, not friendly, and don’t do a good job. Never coming here again and would not recommend coming here.

Used to like this place but they are rude and always too busy apparently to help anyone unless your dropping $100. When they found out I was getting a basic acrylic refill today they said they had to leave and no one else could help me. Really? There were 4 people and one was even napping. Never again!!!

Poor customer service. They dont give the paying customer what they desire without attitude. They are very rude & disrespectful. They dont do a great job on your nails. I will not go back. I will take my money where its appreciated.

So started out really rude! Told me didnt think I would fit in there pedicure chair.... which I totally did. I told them that was EXTREMELY RUDE. So far Not so good!!

My experience was horrible I guess the manager was mad because I didnt want to take my old nails off which Id only had on a week I just wanted a refill...so he got an attitude why cant I pay for what I want!? So I just got up and left Ill never go there again

I went in and they were a little busy and the guy told me it would be just a little bit so I decided to wait, waited about 20 minutes when another lady walked in asking if they had time to get her in soon and she was helped right away, they never told me anything or reassured me that they were going to get to me a little bit after that so I left.

The best in town!!!!
