Horrible service, I come in and ask for my daughters nails to be remove. She starts removing them with out soaking them. I ask her to soak them please. She says “oh no I can remove like that” she ended up cutting her while trying to remove them. I should of stop her there but I didn’t. Next I show her a picture of what my daughter wants. She says she can do it. Well she’s almost done and she cut the whole side nail of the big thumb. Did not do what we wanted she did what she wanted to do. I told her “ ma’am that’s not what we ask for “she says “ oh I do like that “ I said “No you are suppose to do what the customer ask to do, and if you can’t you communicate this to the customer not just do what you want to”. She did such a horrible and painful job. She’s the owner of the place. I will not recommend anyone to go here. First picture is what I ask for and the two last pictures is what she ended up with.

This was my first visit and the service was horrible. The nail tech was not friendly and very rude. For my pedicure I ask the toes nails be trimmed slightly she tells me cut down short. I reeneriate slightly, she ignores me and cut the big toe short. When I say something she gets a attitude and proceed not to cut down the other nails making them uneven. She tells me to put my feet back in the water as if she done with the cutting.I have to ask her to please make all the toes nails even. She then begin to talk in her language which is an insult in its self. In the corner of some toes the previous white shellac was still visible. She did not use cuticle softener and did not take her time to make sure all the dead cuticle skin was removed. Would not recommend the nail salon.

This place was the worst. I came in for pedicures with my 12 year old daughter, we weren’t in our pedicure chairs for more than 10 mins. If that for my daughter, while I was getting my feet exfoliated I realized her lady was already painting her toes. I asked just to confirm if she had done anything else besides paint her toes. I thought they skipped all that because she was young. When it was time to pay I was still charged for 2 pedicures. I asked why, if they had only painted my daughters toes & the lady started practically yelling that they had gave her a pedicure. I did not have the time or mood to continue to argue with her. Very unprofessional, worst nail salon I’ve been to. There was also another lady complaining on her pedicure at the same time I was there. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all 👎🏼

Absolutely LOVE this place. Found it last year during COVID and have been loyal since then. Very clean and efficient. I get very simple service and have never been disappointed. Ms. Wendy is really Awesome!

Only went to get my eyebrow waxed. Didnt like that there wasnt a dedicated area to have it done. I was asked to just sit in one of the manicure chairs, it felt a little strange.

Very Rude and very unclean in a COVID environment. Tiffany (lead nail tech) is not sterile and I was poked in my eye 8 times. She also tried to use a rag that was laying on the counter and put it in y eye for comfort and I was hurt. I tried to tell her that she was hurting me but she completely ignored how I was feeling and my sanitary concerns. If you are a person of color, DO NOT go to this nail salon for ANYTHING because you will be treated differently and do not go see Tiffany.

It was my first time going there, it was nice and the prices were reasonable but I feel like they need to get more and better shellac colors to choose from they didnt really have any bright spring or summer colors

I love this place!! Been getting all my nail services done here for about 2 years. I was sad to see my regular nail tech Tiffany relocate, but there are other techs there that I trust to do an awesome job on my nails. Theyre friendly and reasonably priced also.

Tom is the best! Only get my full sets done by him.

So, far Ive had good experiences. They are a bit pricier than the salons Im used too, but its worth it because the work they do last for a while. Great quality service and friendly environment. They are now my go to place for nail overlay.

I use to love coming but I won’t go back. Got acrylics and asked for powder and never had I ever had them peel off after 2 days!!! They didn’t put enough coat and I payed 35$ Plus I always tip and I’m walking around with dull chipped nails.

I recently started going to the salon when I moved into the area and its a fabulous salon. Im not sure what some other reviewers experienced, but my experience has been totally different. My nails look wonderful after every visit, they include a hand wax and quick neck rub with manicures and their prices are excellent. They have a very large selection of polish colors too. Im happy I found this salon!

I walked in at 440 and was told they were closed. It was not 5 and I drove a hour and some change to get there. I will not be returning. I have been a loyal tipping customer for quiet some time (I have also referred 4 people here). My business as well as theirs goes. This was a big inconvience.

Do not ever go here. The lady at desk 2 was so rude. She had the biggest attitude with me for no reason. She didnt greet me and she was very impatient. The service is terrible. I like to tip good for good work but I left her nothing. She had a criddle face.

Went here for a pedicure, which turned out great. However I wasn’t informed of the full price before completing the service, which I had no problem paying but would have preferred if I knew shellac costed 15 dollars more...

Cut my cuticles and nails are crooked!!

Shaliac was terrible it peeled off and friend asked for this teal color and got a ugly green sparkleThat 7 month ago then just Saturday I decided to go back I went and got my eyebrows my toes and a full set the pricing was fair my pedicure is pretty and my eyebrows they did a fantastic job on but my acrylics they screwed up my pointer in crooked and it’s not on my nail correctly so is my ring finger and the color wasn’t exactly what it look like on the tester nail but I would return just to my eye brows done again very happy with them thier service I had two lady’s work on me and they were both nice

This salon is horrible. First off they greet you pretty rude, not welcoming at all... Everyone is slouching around not wanting to work and when they finally get you, they do a horrible job.. The guy didnt know how to do my shellac, he did only four fingers and then I stopped him, left so unhappy and they still charged me $7. Instead of satisfying the costumer and try to have another lady fix it, she argued..

Horrible attitude from the lady on second table,.very rude it is not my first time her Ive been coming here for 2 years but this lady took the cake today, she was very disrespectful, If I would ask anything about my nails how I wanted them she would answer very rude,.she even laughed as I walked out after paying $30 dlls for a refill, which ahe did a horrible job and obviously I didnt tip her, not this time I always have to other employees, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!
