Poor quality, dipped nails falling off within one week, weren’t evenly done to begin with. A disaster, won’t waste my money here again.

Initially they did a thorough job but the last few times I have been in, Ive either had to wait a very long time (even though I had made appointment) or they rush through the job as people are walking in. They take far too many people at once and need to space their appointments. Secondly, the have a sign posted that they will speak English, however, if you have a comment or ask for something, they do not speak English and it is very rude; Thirdly, they do not charge what is listed as there is always an additional fee; they take advantage that repeat customers will keep going back but Ive given them enough chances; Im done.

Not following CDC GUIDELINES(do not take the time to thoroughly disinfect seating, tables, chairs). Rarely greet customers as they come in. Ive came here frequently before, only because I had found the right Nail Tech who performs a great mani n pedicure. Over a 3 year span all 4 techs have quit....I decided to just go anyway. I witnessed over time how certain customers are greeted but mostly not. Im certain because they do have the lower rates than most surrounding nail salons. $18/pedicure.Just a heads up when or if you decide to visit.

I love how Mary does my nails but they need to separate the patrons that wont wear masks.

Poor service, wife and I sat at pedi chairs while we waited for 20 minutes, water got cold. They dipped her hands in acetone for 30 minutes, before she complained it was bothering her skin and they came and finished removing her previous nails. Overall absolute poor experience .

Workers are rude and do not value their customers. I honestly have no idea how this place is still in business

Worst manicure and pedicure ever!! They knew they messed up the shellac, because they were discussing my nails at length - of course, Not in English, and did fix one. When I got into the light I saw how terrible they were and called immediately. The manager agreed to fix them, but by 3 days later when my cuticles are inflamed and the ingrown toenail I told them about are so sore I dont want them touched. I asked instead for a refund, but was told they dont do that because customers are liars! She became very ugly and dismisdive. Do Not Go Here! She did Not at any time apologize for the terrible service! Thats just basic! Do the hands look freshly manicured? The toe is swollen on the inside. Terrible service and terrible treatment of the customer. I was, unfortunately, in a rush, or I would have noticed how bad it was! Repeat - Do Not Go Here!

I came into this establishment today, and there was two adult women who were there before me. They were both getting pedicures, and as I sat down waiting for about 5-10 minutes to get my nails done I saw them being treated very nicely by the staff. One of them had her hands in a bowl of acetone, I assume getting off old nails. By the time my technician got there to doing my nails, these ladies were still getting their pedicures done. Another lady walked in and started getting her nails done. And about 15 minutes into her getting her nails done, the woman that was having her hands soaked was then sat down and was waiting her turn to get her nails done. It seemed like no big deal until this woman decided that she was more important then the new customer so she started talking so rude to the technician. And she started making horrible comments, and putting them down like they were trash. The technicians were apologizing, and going out of their way to make this lady feel better. Although she did not deserve them to waste their breath on her, she then said that she was going to post on their Facebook page about how she had to wait even though she was there first. I’m guessing she wanted them to have the new customer wait 15 minutes until her pedicure was done in order to let her have her stuff done first. It was incredibly selfish, and the way she treated all of the staff was disgusting. If I was one of those technicians, that lady would’ve definitely gotten a piece of my mind. However these people were so professional, they did nothing but apologize and try to make her feel better. My nails turned out great, and the way the technicians handled the situation by not getting an attitude back with her was so professional. Also I just read that the lady that was with this woman posted a review on here, and she should be ashamed of herself because she was the one that was accompanying this badmouthed woman, and she has no right to judge others when she confidently stood by what was being said.

My daughter and I have tried this place in the past. We weren’t pleased with the service, but thought we would try again. We both received our pedicures, both ladies were extremely friendly. The owner, not knowing that until the end placed my daughter hands in a plastic bag with acetone, then took the next person that came in the door. Leaving her to remove her own nails. We sat for twenty minutes and then the owner was going to make her second patron wait while she started my daughters nails. If the second person had an appointment and the owner had made my daughter aware, then I don’t think things would have been so uncomfortable. After reading the reviews, I understand why most say they lack professionalism. It all starts at the top!

Do not go here. They will over chanrge you after they tell you a rice. And not to mention that my daughter nails had to be redone due to poor quality from the first nail tech. Charge 50 dollar for nails supposedly due to long nail length. I do not and will not recommend this place for anyone. Also, I am not the only one in the salon that is having an issues with pricing. Then they start talking in another language about you like we do not get it. I will never write a review like this unless it is 100% true. Wish you luck if you go to this place

Daughter and I didnt realize we were showing up after hours until we got there. They welcomed us anyway and treated us like royalty. We each got a mani-pedi. The Deluxe Pedi Pampering really was a DE-luxe Pampering! Very affordable and time efficient. My daughter is still giddy that her glitter is opaque and cute. We have tried at least five different local salons. Shes insisting that this is it-our new spot.

HORRIBLE. The technician who attended to me was very argumentative and arrogant. She wanted to be correct and thought she knew everything I would say before I said it. She smeared my daughters polish while applying her slippers and disregarded it after I said something about. I let another tech know and finally something was done about it. While paying the young tech had the audacity to ask me if I was leaving a tip! Because the GOD in me I left a tip and I vow to NEVER return to this place. The customer service from the young technician was terrible- Technician name was Kelly

Worst customer service EVER! I paid an extra $2 for the hot stone massage pedicure and she used cold stones that were just used on someone else, same bowl, same stones and didn’t even reheat them! We will NEVER be returning to this location! She can use that extra $2 for her tip! Also told us that the colors we chose were ugly. I’m 5 months pregnant and she didn’t offer to help me up or grab anything for me. She gave me dirty looks when she skipped a step in the pedicure and didn’t use the grater on my feet when I had to ask her to remove the dead skin 3-4 times. She kept telling me I didn’t need it. rushed through painting my toe nails and they’re very messy.I’ve never been so disappointed with a pedicure.

Nacy has been mo go to lady for 3 years tried others an just not as great job as she does... She is amazing an i send anyone i know to her for there great experience... I will continue to go to her. I’m from Florida and i first experience here These people are rude as ever!!! I waited 15 mins for some to run water for my pedicure everyone is just walking around tending to other customers as if I were invisible 🙄 I’ll never come back to this nail salon ever!

I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE! the service is trash, I gotta full set and the left thumb is longer than my right thumb. Its VERY noticeable. The original set is 40, and their having me pay 50. For nails that are not good. Yall are ripping people off EXTREMELY.. is it very sad, I highly do not recommend coming to this place!!

2nd nail infection. Now Im the fool for returning after the 1st 1. It didnt dawn on me that dipping everyones finger in the same powder is disgusting until it was too late.

DISRESPECTFUL TREATMENT !! —I am giving them ZERO stars!!!! I do not use this salon on a regular basis but have used them to repair a nail or eyebrow wax. Yesterday I needed a quick nail repair as I was headed to a funeral across town. The lady came from the back and asked meto sit. As she was applying the acrylic she gave me a ring of colors to match my color. I noticed the “grumpy old man” standing there watching. Couldn’t find the color so she gave me another ring of colors. He was now standing there as though he was irritated. I realized I didn’t have cash (never carry it) so I asked how much she said $4. I asked what is the minimum for credit card she just said No. I explained that I had no cash but could go get some and bring it back. Suddenly they did take a credit card for the $4 charge. I asked if they took AE she said no so I began trying to activate my new Bank of America card the whole time the “grumpy old man” was just staring and watching me. Then they decide they want payment before nail is done so I give him my old Bank of America card which has been giving me problems. The picture on my card is from 17 years ago. I handes the “grumpy old man” my card he immediately says “that notyou” and throws it back at me. hewould not even look at me. I tried explaining this is an old picture, so I showed him my license, he said no and refused to speak to me. There I stand with this huge unfinished acrylic nail that she refused to finish. This is in front of all the customers!!! I ask I can run to Kroger to get cash...remember I have a funeral to get to. I walk backIn with cash, I probably should not have but I threw the $5 on the table he was at. He immediately started screaming at me and the lady that had been doing my nail came at me screaming in front of everyone!! She said you don’t do that, I explained that they had treated me like I was a thief over $4 and how rude he was to me by refusing my card. I understand that this is their business and have to protect themselves from theft...but to act like this over $4...come on! I walked out, nail still not finished. Unbelievable, what a terrible experience and wouldn’t give one penny to this business based on how I was treated....never have I been this disrespected in an business where I am paying them for. Service!

Horrible service I got chrom acrylics she had messed up threw my hand and said”you mess it up you mess it up” they turned out HORRIBLE THE CHROM WENT AWAY IN 2 days I was left with dirty gray nails I was abt 12 so I didn’t feel comfortable and my mom had dropped me off there I didn’t know what to do .they also offered much more then what I asked for and me being 12 I felt I couldn’t say no, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL .I’m currently 14, and there are much better nail places in Atascocita!WISH I COULD GIVE 0

I only give a 1 for the effort because theyve never done chrome before but my nails look like I got them done by someone who barley is in school, they are all uneven, they are not filed down correctly, all the color is coming off and not even painted correctly.

Im writing this review as I sit here at her counter while I wait as she goes to retrieve a powder. I feel really bad giving 2 stars and thats only because theyre really friendly. But their skill level just isnt up to par. The staff here also doesnt work well under pressure. If you choose to come when theyre busy- expect crazy service. Maybe theyre just not multi-taskers. I dont know. I wish they could do better jobs bc theyre really sweet, & I appreciate that.

I made a YELP just so I can leave this review. I will never go back and give them my services. They tell you a price and then when you finish its a different price . I usually go for a pedicure which I do recommend because they did a really nice job. However every time I come in for a pedicure she try to convince me for to get my nails done and Im like no its ok. She proceeds to do my nails and say its ok we will be better for you. I just was like ok i guess Ill give yall a try. I asked her how much. She said 40 I was like ok I showed her a picture of the nails I would like along with the color and she said yes. As Im getting them done i notice the shape wasnt what I want it was square and I showed her a picture of coffin. She argued me down to say it was coffin I just said ok and let her continue when we was done she told me my total was 65 dollars and I was so confused! I said thats not what you told me she was like its for shape and length and I was like thats wasnt discussed before so I just was like ok fine because I didnt want to make a scene.. I payed for it and then I left..... 2 weeks later I decided to come back for a refill/color change I figured I should give them another try thinking they would be better NOOOO THEY LISSED ME OFF THE SECOND TIME ! I called and asked how much was a refill they said 25. I was like ok I go in ask for a refill and she was like no you need the same color and Im like thats funny I go to the places that doesnt say that and she was like ok pick color I did and she GRABS my hand and starts taking my acrylic off and then she tells me its 55$ Im like for what!? A refill and I was like thats how much I paid for to get them done and she was yes ! And I was like no maam yall told me a different price over the phone. She left half my nail looking a HOT MESS. As you can see my nails (not coffin like I wanted and she charged me for) annnnd scamming conned prices !!

RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!! If I could give zero stars for this place, I would! Horrible treatment to customers!!! The (older man) is extremely rude to customers, prejudice, and displays an angry demeanor towards customers! Today, I was sitting in the pedicure chair with the basket of shelac nails colors in my lap, to pick out a color and he came and walk over, took the basket of nail colors out of my lap, never said excuse me or anything, and handed me one ring of nail color, that he wanted me to have, which a ring of color I didnt want and just WALK OFF!!! EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! IM DONE!!! I WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY FOR EXCHANGE OF THIS TYPE OF TREAMENT!!! I will give my money somewhere else, where I will be treated correctly! And even, this visit was me giving them a second chance. Because previously my child sat her bag of chips down to go to the restroom. And I do teach my child when finish with food to pick up after your self. But she was not finish with her chips and while my child was in the restroom he snatch the chips with anger, as if she purposely left a mess, which was not the case. Im done!!! I will take my money else. So customers BEWARE, HORRIBLE TREATMENT!!!

I went in with my mother and we had an appointment for two pedicures. When we walked in we waited at the front for 5mn and were finally taken back. We were given cold water with nothing in it (soaking salts) and we sat for 28mn being completely ignored. We watched another customer walk in and receive service immediately so we got up to leave and they asked us why, when we told them we were tired of waiting they informed us that the other customer had an appointment. This is not our first bad experience. We will not be coming back.

Over priced and rude once they take your money! Ask for the price before you sit down and pay them! Cause once you pay them if you don’t like it they don’t care. Have a nice day! I won’t be coming back ever.

Went today to get a manicure and pedicure, they just basically just wet your feet. I could of done that myself. They just rush to get the next customer.

Not sure who did my nails but she did an ok job. Did. It like that a refill cost $35. Wont go there again. The job was not that good.
