Customer Service is excellent. She made everything so easy and continues to excel. We rented our first storage room in December and our second in July of this year and we could not be happier with the facilities. The best storage Ive ever seen. Clean, nicely located, with very polite and friendly management. Overall the place feels very secure, the units are neat and make the impression of solidly guarded. The air conditioned units are wonderful in the heat of Houston summer. Id not hesitate a second to return here if ever needed storage again.

This is not the temperature I was told by the area manager my climate control unit should be at. I dont see any water dripping from the ac drains and the temperatures are really high not even 5 minutes and I was sweating. This requires free rent being I pay for climate control at a cool temperature not hot. I have things that can go bad at this temperature.

I had a great experience here, especially with the manager Denia. She gave me a tour of the facility, answered all of my questions and showed patience and great customer service even with the other customers while assisting me. It was nice to see how she remembered each member by face or name that had a storage unit. I had no problems with loading or storing all of my belongings. The facility is clean and well kept. Although it didnt have the doors that pull down from the top like at some of the other storage facilities or an elevator for a person (but they have a freight elevator)....I figured it might be because its an older place. But for the price you pay, or the specials you catch online....you cant beat it!

My experience here was a very good one. The lady that helped me was Denia and she was a great help. Being new to the new storing of items other than at my house I had no clue what I needed. She asked me what all I had to store and the size space I was moving it from, showed me some units and we found the perfect one. I was all set to cancel my order because of a mishap with the call center and discussion with Tabatha where she neglected to show empathy about the mishap. I felt rushed and stated its not her location and the person who runs the store will be there the next day but she may tell you the same thing. Ultimately its not what you say its how you say it. So the next day Denia called me upon my request she went intodetail explaining everything showed me the units and explained the difference and was just pleasant. Very detailed oriented and sealed the deal because I was truly done. Very good customer service.

I rented with them for 6 months and had an awesome experience. Vanessa Cortez, the associate manager, helped me set everything up. She made sure everything I needed was taken care of, was very friendly, and if I had any questions she was ready to answer. Prices are very reasonable for the unit I had to rent and if I ever needed another storage unit Im coming back here.

My family has kept multiple units here over the years and the staff is always polite and happy to help sort out all your needs!The manager is so accommodating! She once spotted me really struggling to manage my unit and my 3 little girls so she used her break time to hang out with them so I could finish my mission without crying upset babies! That’s legit service. 😘

The staff here are extremely kind. We were in a crunch to find something asap as a family member was moving, and this happened to be our first and only stop. The rates are solid, so theres no increase after a few months and she was very upfront and informative about everything. The temp controlled units were surprisingly cheaper than those that werent. They even have an elevator for the second floor so you dont have to worry about moving something up the stairwell. I can access my stuff at any time up until 9pm, which is perfect for me.

Untruthful business. Went with this company because of good prices online but they are not honest. They will take your payment but then return it and charge a late fee and it is very hard to get in contact with anyone. Do not use them, they will over charge you.

I called Denia after making a reservation online for a 4 x 8 storage. I went to take a look at it and ended up on 1960 going 45 as opposed to 59. I called and Denia was so nice. She told me that the unit I picked was not climate controlled like I thought and that the size I got was too small for what I needed. She moved my reservation to a 5 x 10 and said she would be in the office Sunday until 6 pm. I came the next day and saw the unit. She was helpful, kind and just a really honest person. She didnt hide or try to stiff arm questions. Her professionalism is amazing bar none and shes always full of laughter and jokes. I ended up having to get a bigger unit and she helped me make the change. Thanks so much!!!

I love the Manager, her name is Denia and she is awesome. I just moved here from Florida and she made it so simple and easy even though I didnt know what size I needed and I was a walk in based off of Google reviews I came here and she was just as they described; wonderful.

The storage was sufficient. I rarely write these reviews... But I had multiple dealings with the manager Denia Taylor at this location. And corporate never called me back to come to a final resolution. I would definitely recommend a different Life Storage location. Throughout the 5+ years I was at this location. Every encounter with Denia was difficult.The facility was changing out doors and sent out a notice that if you would like to be notified when they were changing the roll up doors and locks to call. I did, and I just happened to be at the location when they were ready to do my door. The folks changing my doors inquired about the gear inside and what I did. Which made me feel uncomfortable. I nicely inquired to Denia and she said she couldnt possibly know what was going on out there and that it was my responsibility and she couldnt call.Another occasion I was late on my rent. I get it, things happen. But she knew I was late. When my code didnt work. I went in, and she said she was surprised I was late because I never was. I commented back that if she knew, why not consider giving me a call, Id be happy to pay to help avoid a late fee. Since Uncle Bobs offers a grace period. She told me with all the units on premises she couldnt possibly call each and every single person that was late. My thinking is, not everyone of the tenants are late, and if she knew, why put the burden on me. I shrugged that incident off.Now for moving out... I called and asked for procedures on moving out verbally over the phone. I cleaned the unit and removed the lock, but when I went in the next day to take a final picture of the unit for documentation purposes. My code had been deactivated, I went in before the end of my month was up and calmly requested some sort of documentation that the managers/Life Storage were happy with the condition of my unit and that there would not be any additional charges for another month added on. Denia said only thing she could do was sign the notice to vacate paperwork. As she was helping another customer sign new paperwork... I calmly explained to her that her signing didnt really resolve my issue since that paperwork says that I agree to follow the vacate rules, and nothing there says that I completed them to their satisfaction. About that time the assistance manager walked in, she was nicer. As I was re-explaining my situation. Denia turned towards me after helping the gentleman and put her hand in my face and said Ive just told you youre good, youre good elevating the situation. I still maintained composure and was shocked she did that. Ultimately she allowed the asst. manager to walk to the unit and get some photos, but that was the best resolution we could come up with.Ive read some other comments and reviews of similar situations, I talked to corporate about it, and although wasnt looking for any compensation of any sort, never heard back from the regional manager of Life Storage, Im still hoping an regional manager reaches out, because I remained calm throughout the situation she was attempting to escalate the situation. I am sure corporate can review my recorded calls and genuine see Im not a hot head. I can also give the date and approx time I came in if they wish to review the CCTV footage of the encounter.In all... Please carefully consider this facility, again, the storage needs were adequate for me, just the customer service from the store manager wasnt.
