The responsiveness and help from the team at Cube Smart (hope theyll forgive me if i dont remember their names), was outstanding. I had my car protected with a car cover and was blown off by the wind. They eailed me and put it back on for me. Superb.

Mrs Amber was outstanding in helping me get a storage space on short notice. She was very professional and did her job well. I am very happy she was working when I came, I was able to get a storage unit in a few minutes and that was great being on a tight schedule. She is great to work with.

My experience with Cubesmart was fantastic. Ellen the manager helped me through my process and made the transaction smooth. She was very helpful and eager to assist me. She made me feel comfortable.

I rented this storage shed for 157.00. That is monthly and having it taken directly out of my bank. That is for a 5x10 and not even a discount per month for taking it out directly. I ask the counter rep. No she says neverReally!! Im moving to another facility asap.

Price goes up every year and since I had so many items in one of their largest units I had to deal with the price increase.Also the AC Would stop working in the climate controlled units and i was never notified about it so I don’t even know how long my belongings were in the heat. The price is expensive and the service is poor.

The property manager is so nice. Was able to help me ASAP when I lost my keys. Super nice and clean facility.

This location has excellent customer service. The General Manager, Paula, was able to help me during a very trying time after a close family member passed and has continued to provide amazing customer service in the aftermath. Ive used many self storage facilities over the years but I cant remember a more personable and helpful point of contact before now. Paula deserves am award for her efforts. I have no doubt that if she approaches all of her clients the way shes approached my account she is well liked and am incredible asset to the company. Thank you for everything Paula.

Dont get used to a good price...it will not last long. They lure you in with an amazing low offer and then every couple months you get an increase. You end up doubling the cost in a short period.I give them 3 stars because they do have nice facilities but the constant price increases is the part that is disgusting.To the owner: Understably prices do go up, which is what I said happened. It is the frequency it happens while you use my new higher rates to lure in others at low low rates. It gets old calling in to the manager every couple of months to get my rate reduced back to normal...if it was that simple, just keep the rate lower.

An older facility, but reasonably clean inside. I did get a good rate for a 10x25 climate controlled space. The manager has a simple approach to customer service - crude & rude. Good luck finding a handcart. The less scrupulous customers have absconded with most of those. On the upside, this provided a perfect opportunity to teach the entire customer base a lesson by not replacing them. Some forward thinking that. As for fees, Im surprised they dont charge a $10 Admin Fee just to walk in the door. To be fair, this does appear to be an industry practice.

Ive been renting here to store tools and job materials since july of 2019 and have had only one issue with the unit which was promptly taken care of by an employee that lives on the property. I think her name is Paula. My only other dislike about the facility is that after 10pm you cannot get thru the gates. I sometimes get late night emergency calls and dont always have what I need on my truck and its locked up in there. (1/2 a star deduction for that so its really a 4.5)

Don’t rent from these people they have people breaking into storages they broke into mine and they act like they couldn’t do anything despite having cameras if u are looking for a secure safe spot for your belongings this IS NOT IT they only offered me 2000 insurance policy when I got the unit now they saying they had other options that I was not informed about it’s an inside job DONT RENT HERE !!!!!! They also will eventually change the rate of your unit out of nowhere DONT FW THESE PPL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shanice was very helpful and down to earth. She was not only nice to me but to the rest of my family. She conducted herself in professional manor and I love the fact that she remembers who we are even after signing up. Rates are also reasonable and the specials are even better.

Be wary of their first month free service. What they really mean is that you wont pay your first month rent fee along with your service fee when you first sign up and get your storage space. They still bill you your first initial month. Wish I had caught onto that. Its still a good space for a decent price, but its still a tad misleading.

The insurance sucks here. If you use this location please dont pay extra for the insurance thru Great American.I had a very poor experience with Nicole N of Great American Insurance. Even if you decided not to pay my claim on all my life possessions that were ruined in a Cube Smart unit that was insured by your company.All my things mildewed and stained with water! And your company decided its not a insurance claim? My things were perfect when I trusted this company with my things and I paid on time!! She never returned calls or emails. I had to call to inquire just to get an update. Am I sadden by my loss yes because Im a single parent and its a huge blow to my kids and I. Thats not youre fault right? Well I do deserve respect and compassion and Nicole has ZERO. I will be letting all my social media friends know about the very poor experience Ive had being insured by this agency. The staff at this complex are very kind. Too bad I lost all my things in a leaking unit..Unit #425Thanks for Nothing.

These people are THIEVES!!! THE FACILITY STOLE FROM MY UNIT! They stole THOUSANDS of dollars worth of property!! They stole tvs, furniture, clothes, shoes, mattresses, box spring, my kids toys, my 4 year old daughters vanity; along with many many more things!! They didnt know what to say when my husband looked in our unit! We are in the process of SUING THEM!! This was an inside job!! The facility is gated with coded access only! They NEVER filed a police report! The lady general manager seemed very nervous after the discovery! Either she is in on it or she knows that this is going to get really ugly! We worked hard for what we had, we trusted CUBE SMART, and they thought they would get away with robbing us!! DO NOT store your belongings here! Their employees are very capable robbing you!!!

Ive never had an experience like this before. Told Shanice the unit is wanted, she asked what I was storing, I told her and she recommended the right unit for me. Im glad I listened, everything fit just perfect. Then Ms. Paula came out and the 3 of us laughed and talked while we finished setting everything up. Wonderful people and a great experience.

The people at CubeSmart are some of the friendliest folks I have ever worked with. They are proficient and know their job well. The customer service here is unmatched by any other storage location in the area. I served 14 years in the Marine Corps and used multiple storage locations all over the world, Paula and her team is easily the best experience I have had!! I highly recommend. They even have support to help you move (JDog Junk Removal and Hauling 844-GET-JDOG). It was a great experience all around!!

From the beginning when I called, there was no haggling. I scheduled a reservation of a unit and was given the ok for that reservation. When I got there the young lady (Shanice) was more than just a salesperson. She was very friendly to my wife and I. She knew her job and even gave us some tips for storing our things. I would recommend CubeSmart Self Storage to anyone.

I recently needed to rent a parking spot for an extra trailer that I had while I was waiting to sell it. I have been a customer with Cubesmart for over a year but needed an extra spot for a week or two. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The reason I docked one star is because even though I only needed the spot for a short time I was still charged for a full month and was told that it would not be prorated from the time I was not using the spot. So now I have an empty spot that I have paid for but I am not using. This seems like a waist of my money and theres as the spot could be rented if they just prorated it. On top of all of it I have been on time with my payments every month and referred people to this storage facility. I am sure this is not a reflection of the people that work there but more a reflection of corporate inefficiency.

I am taking this time to describe the remarkable service i just received from Shanice R./Manager at this Cubesmart location. Her level of customer service was exceptional. She explained the specifics of the unit we were interested in, she showed us the unit and suggested the safest type of lock to use for the unit. Shanice explained all of the billing details thoroughly and provided contact information for any future questions. Her level of professionalism and demonstration of customer care is to be commended, especially for such a young lady. I must say cubesmart is a great storage facility but Mrs.Shanice Robinson makes it even better with her warm smile and friendly demeanor I will continue to store with cubesmart espically the one on Atascosita rd. Ms.Robinson was very helpful she explained the insurance plan, she even asked me what items I was storing to prevent my belongings from being damaged I must say its been along time since Ive seen customer service like this.
