My brother’s unit was broken into on July 14, 2021. Company was unable to notify me because of an incorrect phone number. From July 14, 2021 until today September 28, 2021, the company has taken no steps to repair the damaged lock on the unit nor taken any steps to secure the unit after being asked repeatedly to do so. Additionally, when I asked the company to review the security cameras, which includes one security camera directly monitoring the area of my unit, management claims that the security footage is to foggy to see “anything”. When I ask if they see a vehicle that they cannot make out or people, the management representative indicated that they cannot see “anything”. I ask the on-site manager to send me a copy of the rental agreement and to have the district supervisor call me. After a week, I have not received a call nor the rental agreement. I would definitely highly recommend not utilizing this storage facility.

I like storing my things at this place because my things appear to be safe and I just dont worry about my belongings.

If I could give a zero I would staff never answer the phone. People dump there trash an trash be every where. Its also dangerous, robbed. Overall Ive been here thur 2 or 3 owners an all it sad but its forcing me to my things somewhere safer an politeness.

BAD BUSINESS.. Manager stated I would receive my free month for the second month of rent. Now I have no access to my unit after being 7 days late even though this month was supposed to be free as I was instructed by the infidel who signed my contract.

And unfortunately my unit was burglarized as well. They broke in and stole some really large items that would for sure be caught on camera as they exited the building. I have pictures of not only my items, but I take pictures of my unit each time I leave.The property manager will not review the cameras, and was quick to hand me an insurance packet and told me that they pay up to 2k for lost items. “That there raised the red flag.” Called the police and they are working the case. Next I know, there was a third burglary that happened.Where are these top notch security measures, why are units being broken into inside a indoor facility.I wouldn’t trust them to hold dust, let alone any valuables. DONT do it,RUN

The staff is great! Mark was a great help. I highly appreciate his assistance. He even let me use some of his tools for an issue I was having with a file cabinet in my unit. I recommend this place!

Had a 6x12 cover U haul trailer reserved for 5 days. Showed up to pick up the trailer and Counter person greeted, I explained i was there to pick up trailer I reserved 5 days prior. He then looked at me and iI quote do you see any trailers out there . We dont rent trailers, call u haul. The least they could have done when the reservation was made 6 days prior was call to inform me that hey did not rent trailers. Poor customer service !

I currently have two units at this location and each experience was above and beyond. Mark helped me with both and he was friendly, professional, and accommodating to me and my family. I appreciate the high level of security at this facility and will certainly use them for all my future storage needs.

The old black guy on uhaul side was very unprofessional he asked me if I was going steal the uhaul / lied to me and told me I had the rental for 24 hr when the paperwork said return the same day the woman next to him called him out on it and he continue to lie saying it was 24 hrs after I left and check the paperwork sure enuff it was not 24 hrs very unprofessional will never return to this location

Lock was cut off my unit and had several things stolen out of my unit. Then the person who stole the items put their own lock on my unit, which was one of the climate controlled units inside. Also they manage to comment on the post I put here on Google, but the manager of the facility cannot be bothered to call me back on the incident.

The attendant was very helpful and when I explained I had a boat to store, he tried to find the easiest unit for me to back it into. Very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Good afternoon I arrived at humble storage and Ms.Shaterra was very knowledgeable about the services that is provided by the company. I was also given information on how to pay online for an added convenience of bill payments. I enjoyed my experience at Humble Storage today and will recommend this facility to my friends and family.

I have Multiple units with this storage company. Staff is always nice and friendly. Jackie Middleton goes above and beyond to make sure the facility is always clean and stocked appropriately. Especially the front restroom. She is always smiling and a pleasure to see. If there is a problem she get right on it and makes sure things are take care of. Very please with her.

The phone number listed for this business is fake, you get something called the Insomniac Live Center instead. I will update my review if they ever get their contact info sorted out.

The staff is very kind and helpful with deciding what size of space would be needed. I never had to worry about my storage things and always felt like they were secure. The property is very well maintained and secure. Units are clean and well taken care of.

This is a great storage facility! FedEx or UPS delivers to my unit at least once per week and the deliveries are always handled very good by the office staff. I have been very pleased with this facility.

I’ve been a customer at Humble FM 1960 Storage since 2017. I am 100% satisfied with the storage facility, the pricing and the staff! It’s super clean and well maintained. I shopped online and actually found a larger unit with them that was cheaper than their competitor. They are always reachable by phone and very friendly. They are also flexible if you are having issues with payment on due date. Also you can make your payments online and it’s super easy! Definitely recommended to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, clean storage!

The facility is nice and great staff but, BEWARE, they get you in at a lesser price and then continuously send you letters increasing their monthly amount. I started at $49 per month and I am now up to $76 per month.

Rented a U-Haul from this location. Im not sure what else to say about it other than my truck was there I used it and about the truck back and I didnt have any issues. I was a little anxious about using my phone to check the truck out but I follow the directions and it worked exactly how it said it would. I didnt go in to the building so I cant say anything about the storage part of it.

For some reason Walmart decided to remove thier price scanners. This coupled with them having less staff on the floor makes them just like a Big Box Store. Ugh!

Very nice place. Clean and kept up very well. Only complaint is the restroom smells awful!! Like raw sewage or something like that.

Our experience here was horrible! First, they put a different lock on our building after the first month saying that we hadnt paid when they had already charged our credit card. They were actually about to get rid of our things, and since we were building a house and living in an apartment, it would have meant a huge loss to us. When the house was built and we moved our items out, they charged our credit card another 50. When my husband went to ask why, the manager said that we had left a mattress which was impossible. She said that they had video proof, so my husband asked to see the proof. Then she said, that we had actually left the mattress propped up by the door, and that she had put it in the building. Again, my husband asked to see the video tape, and again, she declined. Then she said she would ask the manager if they could return the 50. My husband called back today, and she said she didnt have time for him and hung up on him. Basically, they stole fifty dollars from us. Dont rent here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have stored here since 2013. I bought a house in Conroe and it was time to move everything out. I called a week ago to reserve their truck for the move. I was told I would have the truck from 930am until 500pm Sat August 25, 2018. I probably should have called the day before to confirm. I called twice between 830 and 9 and there was no answer. I called at 930 and left a message. I went over there to try and get the truck or at least talk to someone at 1030. When I got there the lady working said No we havent had the truck all week. I dont usually work here. The manager is out of town for a funeral. I dont know who told you that but we dont have the truck. I explained how I had planned this, gotten help, and the likelyhood of getting a uhaul this weekend with all the college move ins was slim. She said Sorry. I dont usually work here. I cant call the manager because she is out of town. I explained that now I will have to make several trips in a pickup and that since the facility closed at 10pm I probably wouldnt get finished today. She said Oh you can get in after 10 I said I have stored here 5 years and thats never happened before. She assured me No you can get in. I went to work with my pickup. After the 3rd run to Conroe I saw the lady from the morning wandering around the facility around 3pm. I asked her again are you sure I can come in here after 10? She said Oh no. Not after 10. Who told you that? Sorry Humble 1960 Storage. You lose 2 stars in my book. And you will also lose my business in the future. 🤨

Nedra, the property manager, is extremely courteous and helpful! Moving is a pain as is, and we were not only in a time crunch, but had WAY more belonging than we thought we did lol, and Nedra went out of her to help us! Not only was she at work and open during The Houston area snowpocalypse, she was pleasant and made the storage experience a breeze. We have multiple units here and are extremely happy with the cleanliness, upkeep, and staff on the property. There is an employee there (I am so sorry, I can’t remember her name) that is the sweetest person ever. Working in the hospitality industry, friendly and smiling staff always stands out to me as they can make or break your business. Thank you ladies for helping us out!

I run a small business our of a storage locker at Stor-A-Way. This place is great. The staff is friendly, air conditioning blows cold, and the price is right. During the week iss quiet. If youre navigating there via in-car navigation or on an apple device, check the google map because your nav will send you in the wrong direction.
