Very curteous assistants. Very clean facilities! Unit was inside so air conditioned. I love everything about the facility only problem was the price. Be aware the prices here increase dramatically. I had rented about a year and a half. My price increased 3 times! Started at $99 ended close to $200! I could have purchased my own storage shed for the amount I spent here! Just keep that in mind! All in all very safe facilities, very nice staff!

Update: Received a call from the manager she was an great attitude & she helped me with my issues now Im a happy renter !They keep the place clean been renting from them for 2 years. I paid 60 dollars for a 10×10 climate controlled for about half a year then they started jumping up $10 every few months now I pay $99 I spoke to the manager she explained to me rudely that its in my contract that they are allowed to jump up your monthly payment and they do not have to tell this before you sign on.. Employees are nice but good luck getting ahold of the manager ever since covid started she hasnt been working at the facility.

The only complaint is that one elevator or the other is constantly out of order. Otherwise its clean, well lit, climate controlled, and Im pleased with what they provide.

Cleanest storage place Ive ever used BUT they keep going up on my rate before its time.

Service provided by Roz was exceptional from beginning conversation over the phone to the personable service offered Im the office. Roz explained my contract thoroughly and did not rush through the process. Moving is a very stressful process in itself, but Roz put my mind at ease. If youre looking for excellent service, this is the place to store your belongings.

Terrible experience. Manager was unprofessional and uninterested in helping. They advertise that they allow you yo use their carts but would not allow it when politely requested so now I had to carry all of my boxes by hand. Very disappointed with their services. I also recommend that you check with your rental/housing insurance because they may cover you property while in storage so that you do not have get the awful insurance offered through this company.

Dont use. Worst customer service ever. Some of the rudest service I have ever experienced. They offer a great rate, then jack it up after a few months. There response, that it was your problem. Cant even vacate my units because no one is ever in the. Building and office is always locked.

Never use this location. Theives, liars & fools work there. I got robbed by a Worker & her Husband at the FM 1960 location. Employees broke into my storage, stole & destroyed my belongings. Never ever use this Company. There is no way to get Corporate to investigate your complaint.

Cindy was great signing me up. Very friendly and professional. The 4 star rating instead of 5 is bcuz the online quote does NOT tell you that you will be charged $21 for the lock they provide. It’s not optional to use your own lock.

Roz is an excellent service provider to all my wants and needs

The ladies that work in the front (mainly the woman that just sits behind the desk) are the WORST people to deal with. They DO NOT work with you even in the slightest and she is RUDE. She always has an attitude and I called and called and got no answer so I walked inside The office and found that she just didn’t want to answer the phone. They have fees that they refuse to tell you about until you are in person to pay so you are not prepared for the fees. Would NOT recommend. WORST company EVER!!!!!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this storage, my unit had a roof leak and all of my stuff got ruin. Good thing they recommended to get the insurance, but I ended up loosing money. Im giving them just one star, because I asked them to give me back the last month of rent. They responded they could not do anything about it, thats why they recommended the insurance.

This place has no customer service!! They were really nice to have me leave my stuff there, but when it came time to helping me out with my issue there was no help! All my stuff was ruined by a roof leak, and no one ever reached out to me. When I realized it, it took a month and the problem still wasnt resolved. I tried to get the manager to at least give me 1 month for free, and she couldnt even do that. No compassion! I had insurance, but I feel the company should have done something because of their negligence.

This a very good clean facility. Katherine, the lady that helped me, was a great help and very friendly.

So I had a unit on the 2nd floor . And we all know that you need a code to get up the elevator. So we where broken into on the 2nd floor. The manager was no help . The insurance said that the cap is 3k . When we are well over 5k. All my sons Make A Wish stuff was brokenand destroyed. All my tools where stolen. Well after talking with someone that works at the location . They said they had someone living in the facility. That person took many things out in covers when he was kicked out.. Well I know if it took me 4-5hrs to put the stuff in my storage it took them longer to take it out. They asked me why I was always late on my payment and i replied, Im working out of town. So they knew my schedule.They broke in thru the top of the storage. They left finger prints so I hope we catch them soon. And also the cameras only record for 2 weeks only . The storage facility didnt want to release the video to the cops .Something fishy going on
