Tried to tow my visitors car that was parked in a visitors parking spot. When asked why he was towing the car he said because it doesnt have a parking permit. YOU DO NOT NEED a permit to park in the VISTORS PARKING!!! He was rude, didnt know what he was doing or what to say, he didnt even know how to use the hook right, kept rising the car and dropping the car, yelled at me, and still didnt know how to remove the hook from the car. Do you guys do this to anyone you think you can get a buck out of? By the way there was one car to the left and 4 others to the right were my visitors car was parked and guess what they didnt have permits either. Your tower guy stated he knew how to read English but Im not so sure he does if he is towing a car in the visitors parking. Looks like he needs more training.

We where in the middle of no where and Andrew was quick professional and courteous he had a really good attitude. He also was extra hands on with our Tesla, he paid extra attention to detail and was super kind to me and my boyfriend!!! He’s a great driver and great person, thank you Andrew!!! I called to arrange to have a vehicle towed. Two hours later I had to call back to find out why I hadnt been contacted by a driver. The gentleman that answered the customer service line said he would find out and call me back shortly. Twenty minutes later I called back and was hung up on by that same gentleman. I then called the line that I had set up the appointment through and finally two hrs later had a tow truck on site. The driver was very nice and helpful. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The owner was uncaring and money hungry.

I opened the door of one of their trucks as it was towing my vehicle and asked the driver not to tow my car.I made no threats only asked that it not be towed and was met with the professional response of dont open my door thats how people get beat up.I fail to see the professionalism here more along the lines of greed and harassment. But I suppose the paperwork justifies this.

They pick and choose which vehicles they will tow from apartment complexes. they decided to tow my car, even though i wasnt blocking anyones space. our apartment complex lines are so faded that people cross them all the time. their driver decided to make a round the night, i admit, i crossed the faded parking lines. but i was not blocking neither car on my left or right side (i have a photo to prove it). yet, they never tow vehicles that are parked in the handicap spot without a handicap sign. they dont tow inoperable vehicles unless a resident notices it. i saw one parked for 6 months with a flat tire. it was finally brought to attention after a resident complained about it 2 times. you obviously dont uphold to all the guidelines for your reason to tow. and the night my car was towed was just your easy way out. poorly ran establishment.

My car wouldn’t start. Geico sent another company to jumpstart my car. They were very unprofessional and said they would dispatch a tow truck. After waiting an hour I called Geico road service myself. They dispatched On Site Towing. Brandon was here in about 15 minutes. Had the car on the tow truck very soon after arriving.I will definitely recommend On Site Towing any time you need assistance.

This place is dirty! They bring the vehicles they tow to a place in conroe and theyre literally the definition of trash! I called that man all morning trying to figure out if my car was there, if so how much was it and that wed be on the way shortly to get the vehicle. They charged me $298 to get my vehicle out (keep in mind it had ONLY BEEN THERE FOR 8 HOURS) we gave them $300 because they said they only accept cash. They took the money and told us to go down the road to another ATM and pull out an additional $100 because they didnt have an hr heads up on our arrival. I wouldnt do business with these people. They will bring down any reputable business with there dirty acts and behavior.

They towed my car from my apartments claiming I didn’t have my reservation sticker when I did and not only did they take my car but broke my rear view mirror and didn’t even pay or fix it. Second time they took my car and claim I had to get it tow back to my apartments because it wasn’t “drivable” when in fact it was they always try to find ways to make money out of people they can’t make an honest living always towing cars out of my apartments even neighbors are over it.

This place is horrible. They drive around looking for cars to tow that haven’t been reported for any reason. They have towed me four times at my apartment complex to make quick money and there is nothing you can do about it. My management where I live has not asked them to do this. They have towed my rental car twice, my new car once, and my truck once. All because of resident sticker not there due to the car being new, a rental, and just moving in the day it was towed. Someone needs to stop them from there money making scheme. It is so awful.

Wrecker drivers have a very hard job and dangerous job my apartment complex uses on-site towing for cars that are not registered or allowed on our. Property. This is for our protection. The other day my car was towed because my reserve sticker was not hanging where the tow truck driver could see it because my mirror fell off due to the heat however when I called and spoke to Jason black and explain to him the situation he released my car back to me with no problems.he was very professional and very understanding because I have a terminally ill child and I did not have the money to get my car released. I just wanted to say thank you because I know your job is not easy either.

When I call office, Ashely picks up phone but can’t help with problem, says only ones who can help are the ones who are never in office, then I mention that I can come to office then she tells me it’s not an office but it’s a call center and that no one is there. Giving me the run-around for a week now. If there was any way to avoid them I would.*UPDATE*Company replies to me through google reviews below months after Ive been having the issue. As you can see in this time period they have been able to respond to a number of reviews which all benefit their company and that seem really copy, paste. That should give anyone that needs to know about them enough information.

Worst company to tow a comercial vehicle, Did some damage to one of our trucks and now they dont want to take responsibility for, talking about is impossible, clearly you can see in the pictures that when they dropped the truck crack the bumper because there are pieces of the plastic in the ground, and oil pan was crack by the fork they use to pick up the truck. But dont want to give names or phone numbers, wants to deal over email and hide

On Site Towing picked up my tractor trailer from the side of I-45 near Buffalo, Tx and delivered it and myself to my repair shop in La Porte, Tx and then took me to my personal vehicle so I could get home. The price was exceptionally reasonable for a 150 mile trip with an 18 wheeler.. I was only waiting for the pickup for the travel time it took the wrecker to get to me. I sadly can not remember the wrecker drivers name, but he was knowledgeable, professional and very personable for the 150 mile trip back to La Porte. The wrecker was sharp and clean and seemed well maintained - because its a brand new heavy hall wrecker that it doesnt seem they spared any expense so On Site Towing will be able to get the job done quickly, efficiently and reasonably priced. Recommended for your commercial towing needs. THANKS!

I actually had to use Eduardo twice within this past month! People are so disrespectful, but now they will learn their lesson. I pay for parking every month to not be inconvenienced. Eduardo was available late at night when other companies don’t even bother answering their phones; and, he is actually a nice, professional person, unlike a lot of tow truckers. I am thankful he was reliable; otherwise, I would have been stuck with nowhere to park at my own home.

The worst company EVER. They towed my rental vehicle from my apartment building because it didn’t have a parking stickerSTORY: I own a food truck Every night when I am finished I would usually pull the food truck up to my apartments and unload the truck Once I was finished I would then park my truck in it’s appropriate parking spot which was outside of the apartment complex due to the fact that I was unable to obtain a parking permit for a food truck. Well on this night I actually had a rental car that I unloaded my food truck into When I got to my apartments I parked the rental car and unloaded it ( About 300 lbs of food) I made about two trips Once I was finished putting everything away I came outside to find my vehicle had been towedThe next day I called on-site towing and even after I explained my situation all he could say was that “ most people leave there hazards on” and that even though I was going to park the vehicle in it’s proper place like I had been for almost 3 years every night that he still would do nothing “ I understand but you still didn’t have a parking sticker on your hertz rental car”

Ive live in my apartments for 2 years with a parking permit. Early this morning my car was towed illegally. The reason for the tow was no parking permit. Speaking to the rep where my car is storage at he clearly can see the parking permit in the window of my car. I have been calling on site towing for 3 hours now and no one will answer. The voicemail says the call will be returned within 24 hours when I need my car now. No one is being helpfu . I just do not understand how they can tow a car illegally and expect me to pay 20 .

Obviously, nobody wants to be visiting a towing place at any time, but the people answering the calls at On Site Towing were extremely patient and willing to listen. I was towed from an apartment complex and had an extremely unpleasant experience communicating with the office representatives of the apartment complex who were dismissive of my concerns and were more interested in arguing than any real resolution when giving me a reason as to why my car was towed. I had a complete 180 turnaround experience when I called On Site Towing and explained my situation. I can imagine how they must receive a lot of angry phone calls complaining about cars being towed and I understand why it would be hard for them to deal with difficult customers, but On Site Towing handled the entire ordeal with professionalism and care. Specifically, Jason, the representative with whom I spoke with, addressed all my concerns and even followed up with me to make sure that everything was sorted in a satisfactory manner. I empathize with anyone having to go through a towing experience, but On Site Towing made it the most positive one imaginable.

Vultures sitting in wait. takes pride in towing an out of state cancer patients vehicle that has obviously been checked in the pass three weeks for a permit that was on it in the the apartment I’m staying at. Permit was on the dash slightly hidden under paper but you could still see it if you looked closer for it. I’m sure they dragged the rear wheel drive vehicle out of the parking space. Do not use these vultures for anything

This is a company that should not be in existence at all, they should be shut down period. They towed my car from inside my garage and said it was unlawfully parked. They find all sorts of ways to make unfair living and they are straight scammers. Definitely less than 1 star. Dont use them at all, they have no structure and no customer service whatsoever!

I hit a giant piece of metal in the middle of the highway causing a flat tire. A cop called a wrecker and On Site Towing was the first to respond. The guy was fast and his main concern was my safety. His truck was extremely advanced and he picked up my car and had me off the highway in literally less than 60 seconds (Im NOT joking). I was kidding around later that his truck is magic, in reality it just has some really cool technology. That should tell you something, that I was able to joke around after being terrified in between 2 lanes of traffic going 70 miles an hour... He pulled my car to the closest parking lot where he helped me look over the tire and the bottom part of the car. There happened to be another On Site Towing wrecker there (I must have been in their domain) and he immediately got out to help when he saw we had a tire to change. They hooked me up with an inexpensive tow and a fast and free tire change. Not only that but they noticed I was looking at my dirty hands and one gave me hand sanitizer and the other handed me a cloth. It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I was thoroughly impressed with their efficient processes and super kind employees. There are tons of towing services in Houston but after today I know they are definitely not all created equal. I wish i remember their names!! Thank you guys so much for helping (rescuing) me this morning.

Company towed my car out of a lot while I was paying customer at the location. Manager refused to even speak to me on the matter. I am able to provide picture and video proof I was at the location at the time of towing, as well as have the locations manager vouch for my attendance. This company refused to even look at proof of their wrongdoing. Incredibly unprofessional company that fraudulently tows vehicles.Edit: I was able to get in contact with the establishment whose lot I was towed from. They told me they ended their contract with On Site Towing shortly after my car was wrongfully towed because of numerous similar incidents. To quote their manager Dealing with the tow truck company was a huge headache. I would highly advise avoiding dealing with this company at all.

Tried to get a car towed out of my paid for carport spot called for 4 hrs don’t know if it was towed or owner guy up & left idk but that’s way to long to wait when u pay for a spot to park in a limited parking community which is why we pay for the spot! What a sorry excuse for a buisness.No compassion at all, my neighbor brought his son to the hopital in humble. The hospital announced the wrong make and model vehicle was about to be towed over the p.a. system and went out just to make sure it was not his. Well it was his, he had to stand in Front of the truck to make the man stop, he paid the tow truck triver 130.00 cash to get his truck back. The tow truck driver was disrespectful on top of it. My neighbors son is is fighting for his life and the tow truck driver did not care a bit. I mean, what would you do if your son needed medical attention immediately? They did not even know they were illegally parked. It was at night and they had been there for a while before thet heard the p.a.

This company towed my car for not having a parking permit and completely dented in my entire trunk of my brand new car and LIED ON THE NOTES about the dent already being there. I have tried discussing this even with proof of photo there was no existing dent until after tow and they refuse to admit fault. I am now having to file claims against this company. This is the WORST towing company I have ever had experience with. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Had to call twice to get someone onsite to get a vehicle.

One star too many. I was wrongfully towed, both myself and the apartment complex called them several times to get the fee waved and the only excuse they gave us for three hours was, “ the boss is in a meeting, we have to wait for him.” Who’s in a meeting for three hours...very unprofessional.
