The manager, Bonnie is so nice and informative. The only draw back I currently see is the access hours are 7am-7pm. I am a night owl and prefer to do things at night. However for the awesome rates offered her at AAA I am definitely willing to get things done earlier. π

I had a wonderful experience with Rick and Bonnie. They are very professional and nice. I only moved in for a short time and they were helpful by giving me all the information that was required in a professional manner. If you need a place to store your items, this is the place to be. The units are clean, and the price was just right for what I needed.
Its not climate control but it works for what I need it for.

I recently moved and searched for a place to put my stuff since I was temporarily moving in with a friend. I discovered this place and it was definitely a hidden treasure. The staff there were beyond helpful and friendly. We had 4 kids with us and we were offered water. It was truly a great experience for it being such a dreaded event.
I use to work here and I can say first hand this place is not that great. The managers Gary and Bette are very unprofessional. They do not know how to speak to clients especially Gary. If you are from any other nationality he will most likely be rude to you. Also this man wrecked into my car cause damages up to almost $6000. Mind you this a brand new car 2014! He has not paid me in full even though we sign an agreement that he would due to his lack of insurance but each time I have called to collect a payment hes degrading and aggressive. So now I have to take legal action. Units are good if your in a newer building. Gary wont fix any issues you have if you do get an older building. Hell tell you to call the insurance but that doesnt cover rat damages. Ive tried to be overly understanding with these people but its just a lost cause. Im not sure why the owner still has him there anyway while hes working for the elevator company next door also.

It was convenient and affordable. The only issue I had was the inside storage doors or not tall and wide enough, I couldnt get my sofa in the storage. Which was a bummer! Im reducing my stars to two from four because if your doing a promotion on marketing and requesting reviews for money off bill you should honor it, and when you say your going to call the customer back you should do so. Your wife going to the hospital has nothing to do with me, and Im sorry for her health decline, but I will not be talked to like Im a child when the last time I checked I was grown. The reviews I read about rude management was right, I couldnt believe it but when it happened to me it was dead on the head. Im the consumer and its my money that keep you going. I will call the better business bureau if I dont receive my discount you can bank on it. I never really relied on reviews to business but maybe they are reliable after all....
The prices are very reasonable, you get a free lock, they offer insurance and their administration fee was very reasonable. They had every other place beat on prices I called. The office manager was so sweet, she helped me I was in and out, the best you will get for your money .

You cant even Use the trash bin . people there are rude. Be prepare for every so often that your rent will go up. Glad Im leaving

Harvey destroyed our home, so right after the storm we were just looking for a local, drive-up accessible place where we could store what we saved. That said, this place was never ideal. Management was always confused, but at least I never experienced what I experienced today. Theyve apparently changed management, something I didnt know because I only drop by occasionally. As I finished unloading my car this afternoon, said new management drove up next to me and asked me my name. Now its true that I typed in my gate code incorrectly a few times, which might raise some alarms for any normal management employee. However, this woman did everything but explicitly accuse me of trespassing. This isnt how you treat customers. If my code is still working, but apparently shouldnt be, then thats on management, not me. I am definitely looking for a new place for storage, even if its not as convenient.
I been using this storage for a while...just have to check to make sure your unit doesnt flood or get get water in when it rains. When Harvey hit our unit had water in it. Nothing was done about it.

Dont recommend. Place is easy to miss from street, especially after sundown. No climate control and in need of some wall and roof repair.

The WORST storage facility I have ever encountered. The insurance company they sell you doesnt cover loss by rats... This storage facility takes NO PROACTIVE measures against rats...no traps, nothing. I went to move out of my storage unit and found my possessions had been ravaged by...you guessed it...rats....feces, chewed possessions everywhere. When I asked why there were no traps they literally said, Oh we cant do that. Instead they directed me to their insurance company saying that They make it easy to file a claim... Doesnt matter if your property is not protected.
Storage space was great but I moved out early and I had paid a month in advance for the unit but they would not refund my money for the month that I would not need the unit, That sucks because who has money to just give away I sure dont I was not happy with this.

Inconvenient, unprofessional, and inconsistent. Lease a storage facility elsewhere!I have been a loyal paying customer of this establishment for over 4 years (since August 2011) and had no problems for over 2 years outside of the fact that you only have access to the facility from 7am-7pm and so-called management is only onsite from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday (very inconvenient for those who work a typical work schedule). 2 months ago I decided to sign up for autopay for convenience reasons; I went online entered my payment information and checked the box to begin auto pay using this form of payment and received email confirmation of this being set-up. Over a month later (without receiving any notice of late payment), my mother went to my storage facility to remove something from the unit as I live 30+ miles away now and was told that i was delinquent in payments and that she was trespassing. She was told that they do not allow auto-pay to be set-up online and that I needed to complete and sign a paper form and would need to mail it in (due to their office hours being the same as my work hours). I mailed it via the US Postal office less than 1 mile away from the facility only to find that several weeks later they had not received it; this was discovered due to noticing a payment had not been withdrawn from my account. I in turn made a one-time payment online, my mother requested another form in person at the facility while I was at work which I drove over 30 miles to complete. When she took the form into the office, she was then told that I needed to turn it into them in person with my drivers license. If this was the case, why was it okay for me to mail it in initially? Very contradictory. The onsite staff has been very unaccommodating, unprofessional, and have yet to return my voicemail regarding the matter (as I work the same hours that they are in the office). I will be reporting the false advertisement on their website to enroll in autopay as well as their unprofessional behavior to the Better Business Bureau and will pursue legal action if needed due to lost wages that I will have to spend away from work to drive 30+ miles to appear in person for them to accept a simple form. I have since given my notice to vacate this facility and would not advise anyone to utilize this facility as it will be nothing but a hassle and inconvenient.
