They showed good customer service, I would use them again... it was about 10:00pm and they Towed the SUV from Baytown to 45 North/ FM 1960 area for $200. I called around to other towing companies and they wanted $250-$350.

So thankful for JJ me and my children were stranded my car ran hot! I really didn’t want to pay the fee so he offered to take me to the next exit! He looked at my car and told me that I might as well get towed in because I would be calling back because my fan wasn’t running! JJ Smith the owner was awesome directed me to Chris which was one of his workers and Chris was amazing and awesome Customer Service call me down and looked at my car to let me know like he can get my car fixed and gave me suggestions and made me feel a lot better because I was freaking out after my tire blew out and my lights on my car well everything just stop working. Definitely recommend them and they got to me very quickly.

Was broke down last night and couldn’t find any heavy duty wrecker in houston to come and help me, every company I would call was either rude or would just let it roll to voicemail. Jeff was very quick to help and made sure there wasn’t going to be any further damage. This has to be one of the best, if not the best, heavy duty towing in the houston area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Yesterday I had a flat tire and I was waiting for 3 hours for roadside assistance through my insurance to come, no one ever showed. I even tried calling 911 THREE times and NO ONE showed.. I was getting really frustrated and anxious because I had my newborn & my three year old in the car with me... Jeff and his son (I think) stopped and asked if I needed help and helped me for a very reasonable price!!! I didn’t even call them out, they’re just good people. Had they not stopped and checked on me, who knows how long I would’ve been sitting there. That’s awesome, the world needs more people like them. Thank you guys so so so much!

He didnt not discuss pricing and then pick up your vehicle and hit you up with a big bill and wont release your vehicle unless you pay. The owner said he keep it and fill a storage lean on my truck

My moped caught on fire while riding and I called nearly 8 tow companies all with ridiculous pricing. I called San Jacinto Towing and the owners son came out in record time. He hitched my moped, told me to get in, turned on the A/C and cruised to my home. Very professional service and the price was well within my means. Called all around houston to get a 18 wheeler out of the ditch and san jacinto towing was the only company that was on top of their game and quick to help. My Jeeps belt broke and pulleys bearing was broken too. Stuck just off bellway and 45 calling my insurance. Jeff saw my car and offered a reasonable price tow my car to the mechanic shop. Better than that, he identified the problem drove us to the auto parts store and fixed my problem. Jeff is a very helpful and nice person. Highly recommended!

I called two days in a row for towing service for my 96 WW2 Veteran grandfather trailer home to be moved just a half a mile to his new home and Jeff never showed up or called back to do the job. I am very upset with this company. If you couldnt do the job just say so instead of having us wait on you for 2 days. I really want to know why we were treated like this.

Initial experience was good until I received my email receipt. I was told that it would be $75 to change my tire. I asked if they took card and they said yes. I got the receipt via email and I was charged $90. I called the company and their explanation was that $75 was a cash price, $90 was for debit. I have never been upcharged $15 for the use of debit card.

This gentleman is so amazing he gave me a very reasonable tow to a pretty far machanic. After hurricane harvey flooded my car I was in need of a good tow and at a reasonable price. That is exactly what he did! He understands your needs and doesnt just care about the money. Call him if you need anything towed!

Amazing service! We popped a tire on 610 and it was stressful being on the busy high way stuck on the side of the road. I called Jeff and he was hooking up my car 5 minutes later. He then drove me to my house, jacked up my car and removed the tire for me. The whole process took under an hour. He was incredibly helpful and nice!

Found these guys when my RV broke down. They were top notch and handled my rig with kid gloves. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a heavy wrecker!

After waiting hours for insurence to Get tow to us or Houston safeclear to come help, Jeff appeared out of nowhere (literally none of the 3 ladies in the car saw him pull up in front of us) and he towed us to a safe destination so we could change our tire. He offered his help on changing our tire, but we already had some friends meet us where he dropped us. He was calm and collected and a godsend to us as we were begining to panic.Thank you Jeff!
