Before I start my short story. I recommend this towing service. Today the car I was borrowing stalled in the middle of the freeway on 90. I called Southwest Towing and Don got there fast. He asked me how I was doing besides the obvious and I just started crying. I was having one of those days where it was one thing right after the other. Don was very kind, he made me laugh to get my mind off of it and look at the brighter side. He was right things werent that bad. It could of been worse. I could of been in a accident and many cars came close to hitting my car while I was still in it. Im glad two people stopped to come to my aid before Don did. Thank God there are still nice, thoughtful people in this world. It just reminds me to pay it forward and I plan on doing that. Be safe people. If you can, pay it forward. You never know how much it means to someone on their worst day

I called 6-7 local towing companies before I got in touch with Don. Save yourself the runaround and call him first: hes got the most affordable rate I could find, hes a great communicator, and he knows his business. In my case, I needed a 60 mile tow after a brake failure on the 610 (not a good day). Don had to drive a pretty long distance to get back before he could move on to the next job, but he took it on and gave me a bit of a discount, too.

I called for a non emergency towing service on 08/05/20 to transport my vehicle from my apartments parking lot to a nearby, 3 minutes away, mechanic. The customer service representative of this towing company asked me for the best price I got from other towing companies and I replied that I prefer to hear their price instead...he hanged up on me. Long story short...unprofessional.

I called to get some vehicle information (So we can get them paid and pick up unit) and a male advised me he wasnt interested in my services and hung up.....what....services...nothing came out of my mouth about selling him anything. I called back and now he wont answer the phone. I contacted the Attorney General office and filed a complaint and sent an email to them with the reviews of other people who experienced the same trouble. These 5 star post are not real people and I will bet my paycheck! Get out of the towing business, your giving this industry a bad name!

When my car overheated in the mid-town area I called many wrecker companies for prices and estimates of arrival time to get to me they varied greatly. I set up a call with Apple Towing because it was the cheapest and was given an eta of 1 hour but after waiting an hour and a half I gave Southwest a call back and he arrived in less than 15 minutes. He was courteous and respectful with me and my car and his rate wasnt the highest but was just more than happy to get home. Ive saved his number to use him again if the need arises although I certainly hope I wont need his service again but hell be my first call if I do.

My head gasket blew on my car, and I was stranded. These guys came and towed my car to the nearest mechanic with no problem. Reasonable prices, and good attitude.

My daughter car was towed last night from Dillard’s parking lot! She was trying get number for me to call on the car driver used several racial slurs tried running them over! Several adults there that were in same boat trying to help and get info! Before you try and deny I was on the phone and heard it all! Once she got there to get car would not even let her read what she was signing I tried to call was put on hold 20 minutes! Worst place ever!!!! Could at least give people info to get car back!!!

I requested roadside assistance through my insurance company, and Timewise Corporation was given the dispatch. I was told that I would receive a call when the wrecker was on the way. I got a call from the driver saying he was outside. This upset me bc I was not in the same location as my car, and was waiting for my ride. The driver claimed he called; however, my phone never rung. He was rude and unprofessional when after I told him I was waiting for a ride, and it would be about 20 minutes before I arrived. He yelled at me, Told me I called him a liar, and said he would cancel my tow. Additionally, he said they were the only company in my area and that if I called to request a different company they would receive it and cancel it. All lies. I contacted my insurance company and they sent another provider over. Hope you guys have better luck with them.

The worst towing company in the Houston area!!!!!!! They took over 4 hours to come out to me, and every time I called them they were rude and hung up on me mid-sentence!!! The owner is incompetent and disrespectful, and should most definitely find a new business to run, because they sure arent doing a good job at running a towing company!

Wish I could give -0 stars These are the most UNPROFESIONAL PEOPLE EVER!!! My husband called to have our truck towed from across the street, our truck stopped while we had our 1 year old in the car and a truck never came! My husband called back and the guy who answered told him he is unsure why nobody ever came, remind you we are literally right across the street from the shop! The owner claims he had a truck ready on the way.. I called back and he tells me to stop calling for no apparent reason and hung up in my face ! That is so unprofessional I am highly upset and I recommend you dont call these idiots at all!!!! The reviews are a sham!!0
