The other company that our roadside service called prior to 249 told us it would be about 100 minutes. 3 hours later the tow truck hadnt arrived and apparently stopped answering their phones. We called our roadside service back and they couldnt reach the other company as well, so we chose to switch to 249 Wrecker Service and they were on site in 15 minutes!! Top notch service! Highly recommend!

Excellent service. They helped me lifting my car with professionalism and expertise. When I arrived on a trip and I went to look for my car, I found it lying on the ground. because Someone stole the four wheels from my car. This happen inside the IAH Eco Park on JFK Blvd, Houston. They brought My car to the workshop without scratches and placed provisional wheels to avoid having to drag and possibly damage in my car. High recommendation for this towing company.

On April 2, 2019, approximately 11pm, I had car problems and called my insurance company to dispatch a tow service to help. 249 Wrecker showed up with Serg and Mitch in the truck. They tried to figure out what was wrong with my truck but my vehicle was not going to start. After 45 mins of trying to help with great patients, it was decided they would just tow me home. For me home was an hour away, but the guys without hesitation took me and vehicle home. They were the sweetest and most polite gentlemen I have ever met. Though the circumstances were very stressful for me, I felt at great easy with these two. Thanks you Serg and Mitch for treating me so well. I would highly recommend this company!!

Several weeks back my car broke down. I have 24 hour roadside assistance with my insurance. I called them at 5:45 pm. A towing company was called and was told to bring a tow lift and dolly. Needless to say after 3 towing services were called and 5 hours later, Sergio with 249 wrecker services came out. He was there within 30 minutes after waiting at least 90 minutes + with the other towing companies who got to us but without the equipment to tow us, Partially due to poor communication from road side assistance . It was very late and we were very stressed and tired, and when Sergio arrived he had a great attitude and had us hooked up and to our house within 20 minutes. I would use this service again without hesitation. Thank you again Sergio!!!!

After breaking down and having been ignored by many other so called tow companies for 7 hours on a stormy night/morning, Mike accepted the job from my roadside assistance company. He was not concerned about the weather, but the fact that so many others placed money over safety! He showed up, grabbed my truck and hauled me and my truck 33 miles to my house. He even helped me push my truck up the driveway. If you need a tow for any reason, you need to give 249 Wrecker Service a call!! They will handle your needs in a very professional manner!!
