APPLE TOWING was: fast, and their employee was very kind, respectful, clean in appearance, and very careful with the handling of our vehicle.I will use them again, if we need to AND I highly recommend them....TO YOU !!!!

This service was the best by far, hands down! I’m not a local of the Houston area, so breaking down on the interstate was the worst position to be in when having to share my location. I was so flustered and the operator didn’t give up on me even after I hung up on her because I couldn’t tell her my location, she called me back just to ensure that I was safe and that the help I needed was on the way! And my driver was the absolute best and he didn’t give up on me either and made the experience even more bearable for making me laugh my whole ride even with the situation at hand. The tow driver was courteous and professional. Only problem was with dispatching. We’ve told them repeatedly to notify us 15-30 min before tow truck arrival because we are not at the vehicle. However, both times we got a call when the truck had actually arrived. The first truck couldn’t do the job so he left without telling us. We rushed to the towing location just to find out the appropriate truck would not be coming for another 90 min. Asked the dispatcher again to give us 15-30 min warning prior to the tow truck arrival. But again we had to rush there once the tow truck had called upon his arrival. The truck driver was nice and did a great job once we rushed there.

Even though the Geico wait time was long the gentleman was very nice and got me and my vehicle to the destination safely .

I ordered a tow but didn’t get it until the following day because they say the tow truck that was supposed to come broke down n I didn’t find out until I called them. They didn’t call me. When tow truck arrived the next day, he was nice. I guess they just are busy! Glad my vehicle was at my house And not stuck somewhere else, I needed it towed to car dealerships auto repair shop. Wish it was more organized but it eventually got there.

Norman was the towing operator.He could have been more personable and exchange a fee more words as I was standing on the side.It is important for the worker to build a repore with the customer.He needs to be friendly.Apple Towing did show up in a prompt time.I appreciate that.Thank you

Prompt and polite. We always stress if service techs can find our address and parking garage. This guy was awesome.

The company contends that the driver came to my house to tow the vehicle which did not happen because Tesla informed me that because I did not know the date I took delivery they were canceling! Secondly the 13th had us going through a Cat 1 Hurricane and Tesla was informed many times that the drivers side door will not close!!! The whole thing has been a mess between the lack of communication mostly on behalf of Tesla! Now they want me to pay 100’s because of the sheer incompetence!

It took a very long time for the tow truck to arrive (1.5 hours+) but once he arrived he made quick work of loading the car and towing it. He even parked it for me in my tricky driveway. Capable, safe and courteous

I was in the middle of the medical center in Houston when all of a sudden my car breaks down. Turns out the timing belt snapped, but any-who I called many tow truck companies in the general area that I was in and by far Apple Towing had the cheapest price compared to all of them. $121 to go from Houston to Pasadena was a fair charge, compared to $200 which was what another tow truck company quoted us. Now the only thing that was troublesome was the waiting for the tow truck. 2 hours for it to arrive was not pleasant, especially during the Texas heat from 7:00-9:00 am.But besides those 2 problems I would recommend this tow truck company.

I scheduled a tow pickup a day in advance. They never showed up. I finally canceled the pickup after waiting 4 hours. I’m a pretty patient person and don’t get thrown sideways over minor inconveniences, but 4 hours of my life were lost due to their broken promise. My mechanic called another wrecker service and they arrived within 15 minutes and charged me only $60. Less than half what Apple Towing’s price.

I’ve used Apple Towing for years now and they have always given us great customer service. And today was no different Francisco one of their call center representatives called to get my credit card information and was such a delight to speak with. Would highly recommend Apple to anyone needing a tow.

This was the worst experience ever with towing! I was originally told that they would be there in an hour. Then we get a notification that it would be another hour! 2 hours waiting for a tow in Texas heat is not pleasant, especially with a young child.When my husband called he was told that the guy was picking up another car nearby and that he would be there soon. So I can only assume that he decided to pick up the other car after the hour that we were told and then he picked up ours! That is unacceptable.

Last Friday, I was stuck at Harwin Auto Storage trying to get my sons totaled SUV towed from the lot. I called at least 6 companies, including trying to use Amicas towing service. No one would help me. I finally called Apple close to tears. I spoke to dispatcher, Ricco, who was so kind and helpful. He reworked his drivers schedule to get to me first since I had been waiting out there alone for close to 3 hours. Ronan arrived fast after calling to give me his ETA. He was wonderful. That lot doesnt make it easy on tow truck drivers. The cars are practically stacked on top of each other. I hope I never have to go back there! Ronan did an amazing job. He and Ricco were really my guardian angels that day. Highly recommend!

It was definitely a rough day and not only did the person on the phone go above and beyond, so did the driver. Ive used them before and it was a great experience then, too.

The guy was very helpful and efficient. He didn’t take long to figure out the problem, fix it, and give us much needed information about the problem. After being led astray and discouraged by 2 other services who basically did nothing to help, it was a blessing to have Apple Towing come and save the day!

My tire was blown out and I was left on the shoulder of 288. The tow guy came over to my car to help tow it to the nearest tire shop for free. Once I told him that I had a spare tire and jack in my trunk he offered to change it for me and for free!!! He towed my car to the nearest gas station and proceeded to change my flat tire in less than ten minutes. He was a lifesaver and super helpful!

I dont even bother calling my roadside service providers because they take forever to show up and I never know what tow company (using that term fast & loosely) will eventually arrive or what condition their vehicle or equipment is in.
