Excellent service. I had a 20-ft shipping container delivered and Mr. Chuy was very courteous and professional. He was also very careful when loading, securing, and unloading the container. I highly recommend. I probably called six different places to get quotes, but he was the most responsive and offered fair pricing.

The best service in town, I highly recommend it, service was fast and perfect, the most important thing is that the respond immediately and they finish the work on time.

Last year my daughters car was towed by them and it had been wrecked. They fixed all the damage plus a few little extras, cleaned the car inside and outside. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else in fact I just had my vehicle in to be fixed because someone had run into it. It was the best experience Ive ever had as far as having a vehicle fixed by dealing with with insurance. I definitely recommend them to anyone. They are very pleasant people and take care of business as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I called for 24 Hour Emergency Service on a Saturday night. They bailed me out in a tough situation and came throuh and towed my limo all the way from Houston to San Antonio at an affordable price. The driver has over 20 years experience too. Great honest & professional service.

I cannot rave about this body shop/wrecker service enough!My car was broken into and destroyed to where it was not able to be driven anywhere. I called my insurance and they were entirely unhelpful, but sent out a wrecker driver to take my car out of its location. I wouldnt be able to get to a Toyota dealership until Monday (the incident happened on a Saturday). Unhappy and lost as to what to do, the wrecker driver tells me that Cargo is a helpful place and OPEN to take my car! He assured me I would be taken care of, so since Cargo is part of State Farms approved list of body shops, I allowed my car to be taken there. BEST decision of my life. The owner, Mr. Carmona, is very helpful and sweet and discussed the process of the claim, damage, and other important information that I needed to be aware of. Melinda, who handles all of the paperwork and is a godsend, assisted me every step of the way, even when my insurance was pushing back and not wanting to pay for things in a timely manner! Everyone here is helpful and my car was expeditiously returned to me with no problems. I was even put in a rental the same day! Their rates are sooo affordable and they dont push any unnecessary coverage like Hertz does.When it rained horribly in Houston, my car was totally flooded. I brought my car to Cargo to ensure I got a true estimate and claim to my insurance.I recommend this body shop/wrecker service and I will continue to use them for any of my needs; Ive even referred members of my own family here!Stellar service, phenomenal customer relations, a true gem in the neighborhood. I cant thank them enough. Five stars!
