Got my car towed while cleaning my car out smh anything for a quick buck and i stay in the apartments and have a permit

JC towing towed my brand new Nissan I purchased off of the showroom floor from the parking lot where I lease from on a Friday night even though I had informed the office at noon on that Friday and were out of stickers for my car ... the next morning they charged me to get my car back and I informed them and the office of what had happened and they both assured me that it would not be towed again and that I would receive a sticker on Monday when the office opened up.. on Sunday night before Monday morning they towed it again causing front end damage scratches, and messed up the modulatorI missed work waiting for them to return it and they had the nerve to offer me a $50 gift card for my trouble ( in which I never got) and it costed me $500 deductible on my insurance to have my car repaired and they walked away like it was nothing never returned my calls from Lily who was the person of contact in this matter... I still have all my text messages to her with no return responses as recordedGod dont appreciate ugliness and Im still expecting to be compensated for their mistake... I needed to be refunded so my advice is document everything with this company because they are all about your money and not your property

All I can say is that JC Towing treated me with kindness and respect when I had my car towed. I would recommend you guys to anybody who needs tow assistance.

They illegally towed my 86 year old mothers car. She us handicapped and I already saw another review how they take advantage of the handicapped. They want to charge $250 for a short tow which is highway robbery. The phone number listed to talk to someone doesnt work either. I am going to take the company to court for this.

I forget the gentleman’s name, but I had car issues at home, posted on fb looking for a tow recommendation, and had 3 reco’s for JC Towing. They were efficient and courteous. I’m very stubborn on who I allow to look at my car, besides my mechanic, my detailer, no one else touches it. I trusted JC towing, and the driver treated my car as if it was his pride and joy. I wish I could remember the drivers name, either way the owner is definitely training his people right. Highly recommended for towing services!

Alejandro Muniz towed my car that was left unattended behind our garage (there is a fire lane there). During our discussion, he asked for $100 cash and claimed the fine would be $250 cash if he towed the car to a storage facility, but did not provide evidence that he worked for the City of Houston or an authorized tow truck dealership. He intimidated my parents and refused to release our vehicle unless we provided $100 cash. He refused other payment methods and was not wearing a mask despite the city-wide mask mandate that comes with a $250 fine from Mayor Turner until I asked him to put a mask on.Alejandro did the bare minimum required of his job to provide a receipt, but was intimidating and refused to show proof of the fire lane citation and his permit authorizing him for tows.

My car was illegally towed, so I went to a TOW HEARING in the summer of last year (they didn’t even show up) so I won. However, once I won they did an appeal WON THAT AS WELL!! They contacted me awhile after told me how honest they were and the court found in my favor so they’d be doing the right thing and giving me my hard earned money back. Here we are AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. SO IF YOU FEEL YOUR VEHICLE WAS ILLEGALLY TOWED TAKE THEM TO COURT. I did without an attorney just me and the truth they tried manipulating I won with their own pictures. HOPEFULLY THE OWNER SEES THIS AND FINALLY DECIDES TO COMMENT CUZ GOD LORD IVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH YOU FOR SOMETIME NOW

Towed my GF car from visitor parking at Avana Cypress Estates while we were asleep. Registered it the night before, and they towed it next day having fallen asleep early. Because yea, I couldnt register it again in my sleep apparently. So, even though it was registered the day/night before they towed it. I think someone need to look into these people...

Friend had been at my apt Avana Cypress Estate for a short time and they towed his car. With the country being in a horrible state right now and he has lost his job and everyone is struggling to make it, how do they look at themselves in the mirror in the morning and feel good about themselves. This is a horrible company and god will get them back.

Horrible customer service. Not sure if the lady that was so rude over the phone was on her period or what. Or maybe a he’s just having a bad day, but that’s no excuse to speaking to a paying customer. On top of that the car that was Towed wasn’t supposed to be. I know it’s a towing Place but she should at least be somewhat respectful.

Need my car towed to my work after it broke down, they were very fair and reasonable! They are a tow company that removes illegally parked cars so people are going to hate them, but that also makes them really quick and proficient at their jobs!

This company is a rip off. They sit and wait until you get out of your car to move in on it as quickly as they can. My complex has 48hr visitor parking spaces and will tow your car if you leave and come back the next day or two and park in the same space (because its the only one open). Its the only one open! They are sneaky and ratchet!

They towed car from apartments and when trying to call....numbers for company doesnt work. Office of apartments dont even have working numbers for company. I think this is a company that steals cars and tow with no reasons so they still can be paid....Business is a sham...Will be contacting a lawyer asap.

Theyre bullies i have a tag on my car, in my own apartment in the correct space try to show it had to call the police pull out my drop the car theyve been doing this to the whole apartment so they were coming back for me regardless the bus so theyre crazy and if I was given to you or anybody please file a lawsuit is harassment they are thieves

Im a resident at the palms apartment on Westheimer I just bought a new truck I pull in and parked was taking some tools in the house said hello to my daughter went back outside to get some more tools out of truck that I had just bought that day because my other one took a dump on. Me and some one stole all my tools before from this complex so far I dont leave tools in back of truck any more anyway trucks gone and when I pulled in I saw the tow truck guy he knows which cars live here and which dont this truck he didnt know so he followed me in and when I went inside he grabbed it thats scum all my tools everything. And to too it off if I wasnt on this job un time I would lose it lost it u people are worthless scunmm

Greedy people who only care about making ridiculous amounts of money. Only place I have ever dealt with that charges $225 to tow a vehicle 2 miles.

Jc Towing is great! Of course everyone wants to give a towing company a bad review because they dont know how to follow the rules and park correctly. Dont park where you shouldnt and you wouldnt get towed I pay for my spot so if someone in it for a long time where they see it says reserved then of course Im going to get it towed. And they do a great job on my complex so thank you !

Wow when I called the lady who answered was very rude. Had my car towed even though the management had told me I was able to park in the section my car was at. I explained it to her and she basically said she didnt care what the management says, that they make the rules. The lady on the phone is rude and unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady was very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Hung up in my face because I was upset that she was talking to me like trash. I hate leaving reviews like this, but this is deserved. I wouldnt treat anyone like that. They towed my dads car, but not others that were in the same exact violation. I was trying to get an understanding and she said she didnt have to talk to me. I use to keep them on speed dial for emergencies. They have even erased.

This company tried to tow away a representive from ADTs vehicle while the rep was installing a security alarm system. While I did not hear what was said, they charge the representative $80 dollars to have them remove the lock system around his wheel before they could pull off. As far as Im concern I believe ADT should be reimbursed for the money that was charged because the rules and regulations from the Home Owners Association are different than what was said, either way this company may end up dealing with multiple law suits from both ADT & the sun divisions Home owners association. since pictures of the the 2 males towing the vehicle were taken along with this companies logo & license plate information, on top of that the representative from ADT has gotten a receipt, and Im happy for him, but as for the towing company themselves I will continue to spread word around the city of Houston of their wrong doings especially when the city is in the middle of recovering from Hurricane Harvey & Extreme Flooding all over south east Texas.

Im driving down the road at Pinemont and Antoine one of their drivers pulls out of the Valero station drive over the curb in the middle of the road as Im driving down the road it appears to me that this guy is going to pull into my lane I honk he gets mad rolls down his window start yelling at me I sit in my car like I do not see him at the light night changes the guy whips out of his Lane and right in front of me and slammed his brakes on I have the opportunity to go around him and then fearing for his actions I pulled down the side street he ultimately turns down another side street and then comes after me fortunately I was able to get away so I dont know what this dudes problem was but all I know is they dont make the middle of the road raised up if youre supposed to drive a crossed it so you tow truck drivers think you just run the world but guess what the law is the law and you people break it all the time

This company must be hiring drivers with really low IQ. Those guys illegally towed my car which clearly had a parking permit and in the process damaged my car . Not once has the owner reached out or taken responsibility.

One of their drivers came to the restaurant I work at this evening, and proceeded to illegally park in our handicap unloading zone. The people who get paid to resolve these kind of things didnt even care to. Was tempted to call the company to come out and tow the vehicle.

Towed my car and did not have any towing signs posted. Hard time finding out where my car was.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Towed my car for no reason and the company wasnt suppose to be on the property. My apt manager called and told them they need to reimburse me and I have yet to hear from them. If my money is not returned I will be taking them to court and my apts are willing to back me up.

In the apartments they go to paint the parking spaces as reserved to go to lift the cars and show them as no parking permit and the next day they go to delete the letters of reserved again ... rats rats rats
