So i called my insurance for a tow and they sent these guys out. the driver was 3 hrs late because he had to change a tire before come getting me. When he comes hooks up one of my broken down vehicle and the car runs off the truck bed into my brand new 2020 GMC front end.... Their insurance suppose to cover both my vehicles but seems like they not been over a week waitin for them but they about to see my lawyer soon..... if yall need a tow tell your insurance provider you want PRIMARY towing those guy know what they are doing
This company is a total scam. They also go by the name of Autoresq. My service warranty company sent them to tow my car and not only did they send a driver out with no driver license, they have no insurance either. The company is a total fraud. They dont even have a license to operate. Both addresses associated with the business are none existant. If ask the dispatcher for the address he will send you to a false address or says that he cant give it out. They dropped my car from a flatbed truck into the pathway of a semi truck which totaled my jaguar. My insurance company ( Allstate) has told me that this company is hiding with false addresses and phone numbers. The owners real name is Mahmoud Azab. If anyone has any information on this person or any of his businesses please notify me.
My insurance company dispatched them out to me, to take the car to the dealership. They claimed they were 40 mins. away, and that I would have to find my own transportation because they couldnt transport me, my mother, old grandmother. So we left it because my granny was going into diabetic shock and needed food. Called them to make sure they got the car after pushing it back 40 more mins. the dispatch assured me that it was completed. I even confirmed the address. Called my dealership that Monday and they informed that the car was never dropped off but they would look for it. Called ECHO back and the dispatch said maybe he dropped it off, they are supposed to take pictures but he never did and he didnt know why, but his driver more than likely dropped it off. Finally found the car and an impound out here. They left the car sitting for days at a gas station instead of calling to say they werent going to get it. Now they dont want to pay for it, when it is their fault.
We had a wonderful experience with Daryl. When we requested a roadside assistance Service to bring our disabled car to the auto repair shop, we didnt expect they sent such a big tow truck to our house. Daryl was awesome. He went above and beyond at helping us to move our car from our back yard. To be honest, it was tought to get it out. He was so patient and nice. We highly recommend him and his company.
Waited almost 4hrs. And still waiting. Pending a tow truck. Got connect to this company through progressive. The first hour and a half they said the they had to get a new truck. The second hour and a half they said the driver put the job as complete. Call road side assistant for the forth time the dispatcher said the driver was “playing with him”and turned off his phone so he cannot receive any calls. This company is a JOKE. Incompetent morons. DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!
Cedric is a big fat liar. This company lies to your insurance company says they called they are at the site and never shows up but takes money first. Had my daughter sitting in a hot vehicle for over 4 hours and kept liying to the insurance company. Do not use them they are scammers and I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau and letting them know they are scammers.
They were a contractor to Ford roadside assistance and I was given an ETA of 60 minutes. 1.5 hours AFTER the original 60 minute ETA they STILL hadn’t shown up and that was after they gave me two 25 minute estimates in between. I canceled and went with another tow company.
Accident occurred at 5pm. 5:30pm the insurance company stated that the tow truck was 30 minutes away.We waited over 3 hours for the tow truck that never arrived. The insurance agent and tow company stated to leave the car and the tow truck would arrive in a few hours because he was stuck in traffic.I called the tow dispatch and was informed that my car had been picked up and delivered to the dealership. At 10:30pm.2 days later, I received a call from my insurance company that my car never arrived at the dealership for repairs. I literally began to panic. 5 hours on hold with the insurance, tow company, sheriffs office, and police department. And NONE of them knew where my car was. Echo tow told my insurance that they arrived and my car was gone.They never called to tell me this information. Which is VERY unprofessional. If my car wasn’t there, they could have called, text, or emailed. AND why did the dispatch LIE and say my car was delivered to the dealership if it was still on the side of the road?!?I decided to drive to the scene of the accident and there was my car. Sitting on the side of the road for DAYS because echo towing never picked it up.Obviously they never even went out there. The workers on their “dispatch” are very unprofessional and do not know any details. DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY. Super Sketchy and never show up.I called another tow company who arrived within 7 minutes. They were storm towing! Call themFor quick professional and courteous service!
Unprofessional!!! Insurance gave them my location, which wasn’t at an address. The driver calls and my location is explained to him. He says to call back when I have an exact address, I explain again that there isn’t an address but explained my location. Driver starts yelling so I hang up.

Worst experience of ever! This company was dispatched to tow my vehicle through my insurance (State Farm). Initially I was quoted 60-70 mins for arrival when so called at 5:15. At 5:30 I was told they are stuck in traffic on 59 (I was stranded on 1960 at 59 in Humble). At 6:15 I was told it would be another 45 mins. When the driver called me, he said he was router to another vehicle. I spoke with the dispatcher and he confused my case with another case. Then he told me it would be another 45 minutes. When the driver finally arrived at 8 pm, all of the tire shops were closed so I had to get my car towed home. My insurance coverage is 13 miles and my home was 16 miles from the location. Yep, I had to pay the additional fee for the 3 miles. Then they only accept CashApp or Cash!!!! What professional business utilizes CashApp for a transaction?! I’m so annoyed from all of this. I sincerely hope they are not the tow company that will be arriving at my house tomorrow to tow my vehicle to the tire shop!!

Spent 12 hours trying to find a tow truck for my car. My car insurance provider sent out echo to help. After the driver showed up an hour late even after communicating with him on the arrival time, he spent only 5 minutes outside of his truck before telling me he couldnt help me because my car is made of plastic underneath and cant be put on a flat bed then he proceeded to speed off.Yet the person who finally towed my car used a flat bed.Point of my story is this company is HORRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COST!! OR IT JUST MIGHT COST YOUU!!

Awful. I was put on with this company through my insurance for a tow. Wait time was an hour and I thought, okay that’s acceptable. An hour comes and goes and there is no update saying they are in route. I called the company and they said the tow driver ended up getting a flat tire and would be there in 45 minutes. Okay, I get things happen. No biggie. Well 45 minutes comes and goes and then another 25 minutes and I check the status again, and it still wasn’t showing as dispatched and in route. I called back and they say they don’t know what happened and it would be ANOTHER HOUR because they had too many calls. I then said, we’ll don’t you think someone should call if they’re not going to make it to the promised time? And he told me to call my insurance company back and get another company...zero responsibility and lies for why they were initially late.

This is probably the worst towing company out there . Their driver called me from a number tagged as suspected spam, didnt even bother text me, honk or nock on my door . My car was on the drive way open with the key inside ready to be towed away, no other vehicle blocking it, no excuses. Tow driver took off without the vehicle . One hour waiting on the tow driver for nothing and they probably charged the insurance company for the tow requested.
Progressive told me that the company was en route for roadside assistance after I had a blow out on the interstate. After 45 minutes of waiting for an update I called to get an eta to find out they weren’t even responding. They said my location was out of their service area but had I not called, I would have sat out on the interstate all night. Very unprofessional, do not recommend.
My insurance contacted this company at 8:30 pm requesting a tow for my car. I was given an ETA of 9:30. No one showed up, no one called. I reached out to this company and was told the ETA was now 10. Same thing happened, new ETA 10:30. That time came and went, so I called again and was told 11. Nobody ever showed up or called, and at that point they stopped answering calls as well. This is an unreliable and uncommunicatice towing service. Ive called for tow services from other companies and never waited more than an hour, but this tow truck never even showed up. If youre looking for a tow there are many other companies to call - give this one a hard pass. I will never make the mistake of relying on Echo Auto Towing Inc again. Dealing with them is a headache and they never bothered to arrive or call.

The guy on the phone was very rude and even said maam, its only been 5 minutes. So I told him that that was fine, but I just wanted to know how much longer...if it was going to be another 5 or 20. He told me he was going to have to bite his tongue. I wasnt being confrontational. I directly asked him a simple question. He shouldve had the driver contact me, instead he argued with me. 10 minutes later, the driver contacted me and told me he was 10 minutes out. By then, I already contacted another company. Do not go through this company if you can help it!!!

I told him about the situation he said he is not the driver so he doesn’t know what going on. I give companies 3 chances before I give up on the 100%. Which is a lot to some... this is the 3rd time in the last few years that my insurance company requests to send to unlock my keys in the car or for towing. I have waited no less than 3 hours for each services request and 2 of the time they never showed up!!! This last straw was not only did they not show ip the phone number of the tech. Never answered my calls (try to get an update) and his voice mail was full. Wow...

So they said they cancelled his ticket(they didnt), they sent a back up driver Rodney. Who told my husband that he had to pay because they cancelled his ticket, he wouldnt not live. Stay there for 35 mins until he paid him $42. Will not refund our money.
Called my insurance provider for roadside assistance. They informed Echo Star Road Side services will help me out. They told me it would be an hour. An hour and 30 minutes passed and still no tow truck. My insurance sent me a link to watch real time movement. When they were 2 min away it shut off and they never showed up. Piss Poor Service. Had to call another tow company and they were there in 20 minutes.
Worst customer service ever! Called my roadside assistance due to my car breaking down and requested to be towed to a specific dealership within 20 miles of my location. ETA was within 60 minutes. An hour and a half later still no tow service so I called to see the ETA because I needed to get to work and they said I could leave the keys in a certain area, no problem. I asked to confirm where they were towing my vehicle and they gave me a different dealership and I told them no that is not where i want it and that I do not do business with that specific place and that I wanted the original location I provided. They REFUSED to tow MY car to where I wanted. I even told him just to tow it where I wanted and I would pay the difference if insurance wouldnt cover it. The guy on the line said Jesus Christ lady that is where we are towing it! I went back and forth with him on his language he was using and his customer service he was providing and he ended up hanging up on me. I called Roadside back and they changed me to another wrecker service. I do NOT and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!! They tried to call back 30 min later and ask what was wrong with my car and I let them know not to worry about it that there service will never be needed from me. I did not catch the guys name as he mumbled most of the conversation. Worst customer service ever!
I have never sued a worse tow service. I am going to contact my insurance Company and get the insurance to drop them as a provider. They were late picking up the car. they then didnt place the car in the cradle properly and one of the wheels dragged on the road. they dragged it for so long that it wore a large hole in the tire. I had to have the tire replaced. When I spoke with them about paying for the tire they have given me the run around.

I called USAA Roadside Assistance to get help changing a tire. They gave me an ETA of 45 minutes. So if I call at 5:33am that means by 615 they should be there. They never showed up. My insurance company followed up with me and said that the driver was stuck in traffic. Okay, no problem, it’s Friday during peak traffic time, a little annoyed but what can you do. Then at 7:08am I get a call asking if I still need a tow. I said yes, aren’t you on your way. The driver tells me he just came on that he was another 45 minutes away! What!!?!?!?! You should have already been on your way! The dispatcher straight up lied to me!!!!! If I could cuss you out I would, you’re a liar! Pathetic!!! After that, I jumped on google and lone and behold, their are several bad reviews of this place!!!! I told my insurance company that if they ever sent this towing company for me again that I would cancel my insurance on the spot! This company is nothing but liars!!! I see why they have such a bad review! I will be contacting the BBB because this shouldn’t be happening! Enough complaints and this place should go of out business! My insurance contacted this company for a tow. They never showed up. I called echo towing four times, they gave me the drivers phone number and so I called him. Every time I spoke with someone my time would go up. The first time I spoke with them, they where 8 minutes out. Called again they where 20 minutes out, then 15. All together I waited almost three hours, they never showed up. A nice man helped me get my car unstuck and I was off, thank god. The company showed no care, I had two very young children in my car, in a not so good part of Houston. I will never go through these guys again. Sad thing is there company was only 12 minutes away from where I was. Thanks for nothing.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with roadside assistance. My insurance company set me up with them. I was told they’d be here in 45 minutes. I called an hour later and they said there was a shift change and no one had been dispatched to me. The lady I spoke to on the phone had an attitude and hung up on me twice. I ended up getting set up with another company. Don’t even waste your time with them.
These guys were contacted by State Farm Roadside Assistance. They failed to notify SF that they would not service my flat tire due to my being I-10 just outside of Downtown Houston. They said I had to call Harris County MAPS and get towed off the Interstate and then they would come fix it. Guess what, MAPS will do that AND install the spare too. For FREE. The dispatcher was not courteous and did not communicate well. I will never use these guys in my own dime and have reported them to State Farm as well.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Echo Auto Towing is the WORST company I had to deal with. They initially said 60 minutes ETA, but did not show up. Its been over 2 hours now. I called the lady just put me on hold and then would disconnect the call. She would not even give an ETA. She has the worst customer service and apparently does not know how to tell time or do simple math. She should never be allowed to answer a phone or talk to a customer again. The driver Lima must also suffer from the same issues of not knowing basic arithmetic and how to tell time. This company is rated below 2 stars and it shows why. They should shut their doors and find a different business to get into
2 1/2 hours and still no roadside assistance. Now they say 30 minutes out. Funny 30 minutes ago they said they were 4 exits from me. And another 30 minutes and nothing. Insurance is calling someone else. And now I get a new estimated ETA of 60 more minutes. Luckily insurance called Grahams towing in Baytown Texas and they were there faster than even predicted.
The driver Abram was so courteous. I am the property manager of an office building and he was kind enough to seek my permission before driving on my grass to tow a vehicle an owner needed towed, because it had broken down. He was so polite and kind to me I know tow companies can get a bad rap because they are typically in the middle of major costly repairs or repos for people so I just wanted to shine some light on an amazing employee and let you know how much I appreciated him whether it is your policy or not- it meant alot to me!
Just had a pretty bad experience with them. Set up a towing service to pick up a customers vehicle to take to another location through Dodge Roadside assistance. I called to assure they were on the way to pick up the vehicle as after a certain time they would not have access to the vehicle. I was told they were about 20 minutes away from the location and would make it on time. They didnt make on time. I called the company back and was told they would reschedule it for first thing in the morning. Called them this morning and was told yes the tow truck was out and on its way and was only 15 minutes away. Perfect! Called them back a couple of hours later to check and make sure everything was ok, and that the vehicle had made it to the destination it was being towed to since I had not heard anything back, but was told the service was cancelled because the customer (me) cancelled it. Not once did I cancel, I called in to reschedule as I mentioned, and was told multiple times the truck would be sent out in the morning, and that it was on its way this morning. In my shock I did raise my voice because how could it be cancelled if it was en-route a couple of hours ago. I think anyone would raise their voice if this happened to them. This prompted the manager to raise his voice at me and give me every reason under the sun as to how this is not his fault, not his companys fault, and there is no way he can reopen the ticket because it has been cancelled with Dodge Roadside assistance, and I would have to connect with them again to get a tow truck out there. Just got off the phone with Dodge Roadside assistance and they never received a cancellation from me or the Echo. It was still an active ticket. Interesting. Where the manager was getting his information from I dont know, but I did ask Dodge to get another towing company for me, they did. I immediately got a phone call from them confirming pick up and drop off locations, and was given an ETA without having to reach out myself. Unlike this company. I also left a complaint with Dodge, as a warning to them. Getting a car towed is already stressful in itself, and I dont appreciate how the manager went about the situation. Instead of trying to deescalate the situation he immediately went into defense mode, and decided getting upset back at me was the best way to go instead of calmly saying hey I am sorry for the miscommunication, the reason this happened is because of xyz, here is my solution. Customer Service skills are clearly not there, and I dont feel this is a company anyone could trust based on my experience. If you have had good experiences with them awesome, but my advice to anyone would be to stay away.
I got a flat tire and my friend referred to me ECHO Towing, and when I called, Scott answered immediately and put me on the list for a driver. I had to wait about 30-45 minutes because of early morning traffic, but Francis was very quick to get my car ready. Francis was very polite, respectful, and professional. Would definitely recommend this service! Super nice and professional!

This is the most unprofessional group I have ever talked to. They told my 17 year old son they would get to him when they felt like it. They told him they would call the tow driver and have him drive slower. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP!! They put a child in danger due to their complete lack of professionalism and ability to do their job! That is ok guys we called a real towing service and had them do this job.
This company was dispatched by my insurance with a 60 minute ETA, after 1 hour 10 minute wait my status still said assigned so I called the company. The dispatcher apologized and said it would be another 45 minutes, they were short drivers and they were trying to get someone out to me. 30 minutes passed and my status still said assigned, so I called my insurance company for help, during the call the status updated to service complete. I was still in my vehicle waiting on the side of the highway!! My insurance company looked into it and ended up sending out another company. I would not recommend this company at all! I also recommended to my insurance company to remove them as a contracted company!

My car would not start and I tried jumping it etc. I called my insurance for road side assistance and they assigned Echo Auto Towing for the tow. After over an hour I called for an update and was hung up on twice. I waited 2 hours and called back twice and was told to hold, and hung up on twice. I called my insurance to get an update and I was on hold for 20 minutes. I am currently still waiting and calling, still no answers. Horrible service so far. Echo Towing please make amends for this poor service and I will update the review to reflect your actions.

I give this company a -5 star. Roadside assistance assigned this company to pick up my car within an hour. 2 hours later nobody shows, I called their office and they give me the drivers number which he didnt answer my call. Another hour later he (the driver) calls and asks if I needed my car towed and what was wrong with it. I told him the car was not drivable to then tell me that his truck doesnt have the dolley needed to get my car out the driveway and said that he would call me back. 30 min later no call back!! Do I call the main office again and pretended to sound surprised that the driver never picked up my car not call me back and told me the same thing, that their trucks were not equipped to get the job done for my car. By this time it was almost 5 hours later!!!!! By this time it was too late for roadside to get someone to take my car to the dealership because they were closed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Complete lack of communication, empathy, common sense etc....

Extremely happy with Echo Towing and their tow truck driver! Thank you!!! They just towed my vehicle from a parking lot to my house all within 45 minutes. Very fast on getting to me and getting to my house after pickup. The driver was extremely professional, fast, and friendly. I hope he gets many more compliments, very nice guy!
Locked out of car and house in the rain (my fault). Requested roadside assistance through my insurance company. With weather, estimated time of 2 hours. Understandable. After 2.5 hours I call Echo. They stated they would find out how much longer and call me back. They never called back and stopped answering their phone. After 4 hours, I cancel the request. Next morning at 5:00 AM, I call to request from my insurance company. Echo picks up my request. Again, two hours. After 2.5 hours I call them twice. Each time they put me on hold, they hang up on me. Operator yells, I am not hanging up on you, I am putting you on hold. Asks for my phone number 3 times. Never calls me back. My insurance company tries to get in touch with them for 13 minutes; they stop answering.I understand things get hectic, but the least they can do is follow up, call you back, provide ETA updates. That way, another company can be contacted if they are unable. I think they try to take on more calls than they can handle. They are only about quantity service not, quality. They need better leadership, customer service and organizational skills.
Estimated arrival time was 45 minutes, took them a little over 3 hours. No update was given, I had to call and ask the dispatcher, which was rude and confrontational. I know the service they provide is towing but at least decent customer service goes a long way. I hope Progressive thinks hard at renewing this contract.

I had my car towed by this company, and the guy checked my car real quick and figured out what was wrong with it. Long story short, he called me and ended up towing it to my house because he fixed the problem. Save me a ton of money by going the extra mile. Yall are awesome!!

I had a flat tire and my luxury vehicle takes special equipment to change a flat. I contacted roadside which I pay for through my insurance company and they dispatched this company. I was at a paid event and left the event at the schedule eta (one hour after my service call). I waited outside for a total of 3 hours in the cold, no show. I missed the event I paid for, lost money on that and still had to have someone else change my tire as everyone was leaving the event and I would have been still standing. This is ridiculous. The reviews are horrid and everyone is saying the same thing. They don’t show up. God forbid you’re in danger.
Would give 0 if I could. My 65 year old Mom called her roadside assistance at 9 pm they said Echo would be there in 60 mins. Over 3 hrs later still no show. Had to call and get another company to show. Avoid this company at all cost. They still wont answer the calls from my Moms roadside assistance nor the no. they gave us to call for ETA....But on the other hand we got lightening towing who was super fast and nice...request lightening towing from your AAA they will do the job and do it right...
Worst company ever!First time my insurance company called them, I waited 6 hours and they ended up cancelling saying that because I didnt pick up the phone.Few weeks later.They said they will pick up my car at the shop in 1 hour but 2 hours later, they called me asking if I wanted my car towed. Seriously?0 - 10 I will give them -0.
I called to get my car towed by them after having a blowout and they said at 12:15 they would be here soon. So I waited 2 hours and called back and the guy had an attitude and said he would give me the tow truck drivers number. I was told they were 14 minutes away. 30 minutes later they were still a no show. This company is very unprofessional. Next time I’ll look at the reviews before requesting a tow truck. What a waste of time.
If I could give them zero stars, I would!My Insurance Co put me through this awful towing we waited for 2 hrs, I called the guy and he was awfully rude.. said that if wanted to get my vehicle towed to call another company, cause I had been rude to them. Lol when wouldnt I? I had my 18 month old baby in the back seat.
I would give no stars if it was an option. Absolutely horrible experience. Waited 3.5 hours for them to come and they still didn’t show up. Finally had the car warranty company get a different tow company. Echo promised, over and over, that they were coming, giving inaccurate ETAs over and over. The reality is that they kept bumping me for other business that would come along. Worst experience EVER!
If I could, I would give them a 0..... waste of our time and lied to us and our insurance company. Charged us for a service that was never even started. Waited over 2 hours for our car to be towed, called them after 1.5 hours and was told to call driver. He said he was gassing up and then on his way. Fast forward 2 hours and no car no call. Called the driver again and he said he was reassigned. Called back dispatch and said he never reassigned but had not received a request until hour before. So that driver talked to me about a non existent tow about a real car? Smh. He obviously lied. When asked for the name of his company he refused to answer; instead, he told me to call roadside assistance. Ignorant is best word to describe them.
All of the five stars go to Victor aka Randy!What a great employee for this company. We were about to be towed to the Toyota dealership for diagnostics which is priced at $150. Vic shows up, and instead of doing the minimum he is supposed to, he goes an extra mile for us and attempts to start the truck. This guy didnt give up until he heard the engine start. Fixed our truck and saved us money! Little care goes long ways! Great experience with Victor. Thank you 😊
Absolutely the worst experience with a tow company Ive ever had, and thats including one that took my car to an impound lot without me knowing.It took them 2 hours to get to my car despite an original estimate of one hour. An hour wait is a little on the long side but pretty normal.A little over an hour of waiting I get a call from the driver asking if the pickup location had changed, and the driver acted as though it were my fault that he hadnt started yet. Heres a fun fact, the pickup location only changed because another driver, from another company, moved the vehicle to a better location and didnt even charge for that. I had also updated the pickup location with Echo before the driver called me.Bottom line is, dont use this company ever. Push the car yourself if you have to, it would take the same amount of time. Also, Echo, get a new way of dispatching drivers because the only way I can think of for you to suck so much at it, is to be dispatching by carrier pigeon.
The company is trash and only surviving because the insurnace company.I called insurance company at 8:30 am. I received an automated message the driver would be to me in 15 min at 8:50.The time is now 10:10am the driver finally calls and advised me he would be to me in 30 min. After 40 min the driver called and said Echo tow provided the wrong address. I called the dispatch at echo tow (Cidney) which blame the insurance. I called the insurance which provided me the correct address without me giving it to them. When I called (Cidney) echo tow back, he advised me the time now has to start over since they have the correct address. I then advised I would reach out to the owner Mike to let him know about the situation. Cidney advise he would just cancel the tow time and I could find someone else to tow my car. The time is 11:50am.
This place is horrible! I called my insurance company for a tow, they set everything up with Echo. I was told that the eta was 60min, ok no big deal. Two hours go by, I call my insurance back, they call Echo and tell me it will be another 30 min, ok again no big deal I have already waited 2 hours, what’s another 30 min. I wait another 30 min and nothing, so I call Echo myself and they once again said oh another 30 minutes that the driver had a vehicle on his truck currently. At this point I’m furious but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that they would be here in 30 minutes.... once again I was wrong! 3 hours after waiting I had my insurance company call me a different tow service, who had a 30 min eta, called me as soon as he got the request and was here in 30 min!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This place is a joke, I will now be demanding my insurance send me to another company and never using them again!
Was told 1 hour. Completely understand. An hour comes and goes. I call and they say another 45 minutes, there was a change of destination on the previous tow. So I wait another hour and call the driver... he is still another hour away. Can we not be honest with times? Can we call the person waiting outside at a gas station, in Texas, in 100 degree heat alone?Terrible service, the dispatcher was very rude and was not honest about times. Neither was the driver Dominic that was “on the way” to get us for 3 hours.
Got a flat tire on the freeway. Called a few places, ECHO Auto Towing gave me the best price and the fastest time to arrive. My car was back at home within an hour. Sidney was very helpful. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of good and fast service
2 hours, never showed up. Had no idea what I was talking about..... No money exchange as this was through dealer.. horrible. I have a kid waiting to go home and eat dinner.
Called to check on status of my driver and was yelled at and disrespected, whoever answered the phone should be working in mines away from society. I didn’t even have a chance to speak, or anything before I was disrespected. Surprised Chrysler does with a company like this.
Youre better off walking. Roadside assistance said they would be there within an hour. Driver calls me and says he has to call the office for something. Hour goes by and he will lot return my calls. I call the office and they say the tow was completed. It was not so the dispatcher tried calling the driver, no response. Dispatcher says he will call me back in 5 min. 30 min later I have to call back myself. Different dispatcher says they cancelled the tow. Thanks for the heads..... three hours wasted with the most unprofessional company on the planet.
Tow truck service apparently couldnt find my car but never tried to make contact with me. They also answered my call saying that they had picked up my car but they actually did not.
You’d be better off pushing your car home honestly. Horrible service. Not only were they late but the driver was extremely rude and so was their customer service. Driver made me get the car off the ramp which I’ve never heard of before and the car slid off of his ramp because he said he had oil on it from the car before which almost ran me over since the driver told me I had to take the car off. This company is a complete waste of your time and to your safety.
Love the 2 separate bedrooms and fitness center. Bed was comfortable too.
Used roadside assistance to secure tow through their company. After waiting almost 2 hours we call to check on status and their driver says “I don’t think I’ll be able to make it” he was completely unaware of the service needed. We called the company phone back and someone answered like “yeah wassup”, absolutely unacceptable. Poor poor poor customer service ! Run from ECHO AUTO TOWING.
Worst customer service!They answer their phones so rudely yeah, whats going on no type of greetings they leave you on hold for the longest. The drivers rude as hell too and very late cant say nothing not even ask their eta without them being are you ready to let me talk I was trying to get rid of my car through pedell and I guess they hired this awful towing company as a third party making them lose in the end.
I have been waiting out here for over an hour and a half. My insurance company is using the service to take me to a tire shop. When I called my insurance company to ask for an ETA, Id already called this company. I was given an ETA of 25 to 30 minutes and my call log showed that I called them 27 minutes earlier. When my insurance company spoke to this company they said Id called only 5 minutes ago & said they were ruse.. So from the time that I spoke to my insurance company ETA was supposed to be 20 minutes and that was 10 minutes ago. Im concerned they wont show at all because they marked my case as Complete saying that they had arrived at 1: 02 and left at 1:03 with the towing destinations marked as N/A. When I first received a call from this company they said that they were sent somewhere off Rankin, yet the roadside assistance car came straight to me.
This towing company could not be worse. We waited over 2 hours. Every 30 minutes we would call and ask for an ETA and they would repeatedly say that someone would be coming in 30 minutes. AS IT TURNS OUT, they only assigned someone to come pick us up after our 3rd call.Someone over the phone told me to google what “I don’t know” means. I found these reviews instead. Do NOT use Echo.
Please do not use this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. My insurance provider assigned this company for my vehicle’s tow. Seven! Seven hours later they marked it as completed, after 3 (supposedly different drivers) and my car was still not towed. They have terrible customer service. Would not even return phone calls.
WARNING: Like a few people have said, Id give them zero stars if possible. After having a blowout, my insurance company called them to pick me up. I was given an ETA of 2:57 PM. 3:15 PM came around & I figured they were running a little late. No big deal. 3:30 PM came around & still no tow truck or communication from Echo Auto towing company. I called the office & the dispatcher, or whomever answered the phone, told me it would be about 20-25 minutes. His excuse was his truck got pulled off my run to answer to a wreck. Wait ... what? They already had a commitment to me & put me on the back burner? This right here tells me they have no integrity. Back to my 20-25 minutes of waiting. So, another 30 minutes went by & I called my insurance. The agent said he would call Echo for me to get an ETA. 30 more minutes! I asked the agent to call me in 30 minutes to see where we were with this whole situation. By now its 4:30 PM-ish ... an hour & half later than my initial ETA. The next 30 minutes goes by, and guess what? No tow truck. Shocker, right? Once again, I called the agent & ask that they cancel the tow truck, not caring where they were in their process. Needless to say, they wasted 3 hours of my day. Dont waste yours contacting them. Youre better off dragging your vehicle. I wouldnt be surprised if all their good reviews are by friends, family or employees. Stay far, far away.
I waited over 4.5 hours for my motorcycle to be picked up. Every time I called it was always 30 minutes out. Cancelled and called another company. Were here in 15 minutes. Absolutely horrible and flat out lied to. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Lose their number!!!!!!

Please stay away from this company, we have been waiting on the side of the road since 3am this morning and it is now 7:33 still here.. They tow company keep telling us and state farm 20 more minutes, we finally cancelled with them and went with a much faster company two brothers towing. They need to contact them to learn some good customer service. This company is a joke, nothing but lies. If you dont mind waiting more than 10hours for a tow, please call Echo to your service🖕
Rude customer service. I had to ask my insurance company to send another road side assistance partner after a 3 hour wait. They did, N.A.B was awesome, professionals all the way unlike Echo.
This review is for the Echostar that works for State Farm. Terrible company. Incompetence and poor communication at best. These guys need public people skills training or they need to find new jobs. Hung up on me three times and called back a forth time to prove a point and gripe at me. I sent them away and got a much better company with no issues to tow my car.
They were asked by my insurance if they could service my area, they agreed, and then never showed up. I called them twice and they kept hanging up on me, and my insurance had to call again and they said they dont service my area. Very unprofessional. It ended up taking me 3 hours to get a provider out to me because I waited over an hour just to see if they were going to show up.
