Here now and they havent even started on pulling a simple cab air bag that only takes 20 minutes tops. Been here since 10:45 a.m. and you mean to tell me it takes 4 hours. Im not a mechanic but I could have taken it off myself. Now their stating itll be up here shortly, I have 2 guys on it in which it only takes 1. And i only seen 6 customers come for something since Ive been in the back, so no excuses. Because they are and have not been packed nor bagged up, if you ask me its just (LAZINESS) and bad communication. If it was my business someone would be fired. Customer service and communicating with one another is everything in which they LACK. And Im parked front and center, so how could you forget about something so easy. I will be speaking with the manager over everyone not the operational one thats here now because he clearly seen me sitting here for hours. How would you feel if you missed out on a load paying $4,200 because of LKQ. Now they have the part off at 3:30 p.m. SMH. The part is extremely HOT meaning the metal and a nut stuck on it from the torch of burning/cutting it off due to rushing. Which can cause a LAWSUIT from the customer burning themselves. LKQ have a meeting and get your employees under control and on the same page. COMMUNICATE it dont take rocket science. Something so small can cause a big issue and make a company go under. Someone would be fired like I said before I let my company that i worked hard to build go under. Didnt try to offer me my money back or some either. Nothing is free but COMMUNICATING is. Giving me my money back but by check, saying its(Coporate Policies). Now the guy Brian is trying to make the situation better but they dont understand my frustration of a 6hr delay for a simple part. Now having to come back the next day and miss out on another load totaling $5,800 with yesterdays previous load. Now I have to get a check to where their going to take money from that just for me to get my money. I paid CASH and I feel I should receive CASH back, not them giving me options on returning me my money. And to add to this, they claim I cant cash it today. T O T A L. SMH

This place is wonderful. So so many good parts and so many good workers. Plenty of smiling faces here. The director seems to have placed employees in the role they are strongest in, resulting in one of the smoothest sailing ships I have ever seen. It seems like a very organized very good place to shop or even work. Looks like a great team overall. Extremely large parts inventory. Love it.

Chris was our point if contact.Had the parts. More importantly, when we were looking for rear ends and a transmission he knew exactly what would work.Fast fulfillment, no BS, everyone knew their business from sales to the guys loading the truck.

Huge selection, Brian took care of me, found the half fenders used and new inserts for the front bumper I was looking for. The loading dock guys were helpful, I think the guys name was George, I showed up with my car because I didnt expect to find everything at once, he put my stuff to the side and held it while I went to pick up a cargo van.

They sold my pump that I paid $1300 for to another person. Lied and told me they had it sold before they sold it to me. They have an inventory system that would prevent that. They sold it for more money and screwed me.

Got all the parts. Ask for Chris he got a good deal on your next truck!

How do you have on your site that you all close at 5pm m-f. Also your phone says till 5pm m-f but its friday at 3:35pm and after sitting on hold for 9 mins. I call back and it says you all are closed. What a joke and bad business

Paid upfront for a whole suspension, for two weeks i was given the run around then when i asked for refund i was only given a credit slip refund. they claimed they had noone to remove the parts.

I bought an engine from LKQ thinking they knew their job. Instead. They sold me the wrong engine and tried to charge me 25% restocking fees when I tried to return it. My truck is still broken, still have the engine.
