They were great. They gave me a straight up price and it wasnt bad considering the rush hour that my car broke down at. Great customer service and the driver was very nice. You can use zelle to pay for you tow if you dont have cash on you or call the company to pay over phone. They just need the payment before the delivery is completed.

Tristan with Tow Jam came out to assist me 8/30/21 with my car not starting this morning. Instead of just towing my car to the dealership, as I thought I needed, Tristan suggested checking the battery for me. Tristan was able to start my car and then made sure I was able to make it to a location to have the battery changed. Tristan went out of his way to be helpful and kind. I had been waiting on various companies for over 8 hours. Tow Jam came in and handle what I thought would be major fix, right away. Mr. Anthony Hernandez saved me from what I know the some shops would have charged me a ridiculous amount of money. My car was stuck in the garage with E brake on and a message stating ECS. He was was able to determine it was the battery despite all the lights coming on as well as battery. He was so generous and took the time to recommend where I could find the battery for my car at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company for anyone stuck in a jam. But ask for Anthony, he is a real one.

Terrible service and no communication. My car broke down and I called Geico roadside assistance. Tow Jam was the towing contractor. After an hour of waiting, the driver called and said he was 30 minutes out. Two hours later he had not arrived and was not responding to calls or text messages. I called Geico back. They called the company and were told the driver got hung up at his last job (Despite the driver telling me he was on his way) and he would be another 30 minutes . When I called, the original driver and the company ended up blaming each other. After four hours of waiting, I just cancelled and had Geico get another company. Just terrible.

Last night my car decided to die completely. I had a horrible experience with another company that took over 3 hours to come. After I canceled them Tow Jam was contacted through my insurance carrier. Within SECONDS my driver FOREST was calling to tell me he was en-route and wanted to ensure I was safe. He arrived within 20 minutes. After realizing my car had to be towed (with my wallet and keys locked inside, on top of having a young child, in the middle of the night) I became overwhelmed. He jumped in IMMEDIATELY and distracted my son so I could gain my composure. In that moment he was a God sent and I am extremely grateful. He made sure we were safe and had transportation. Afterwards he texted pictures of my car verifying my car was towed safely to its destination. Thank you for FOREST for being the rainbow after the storm!

Forrest was awesome - I needed to do an unattended tow, but he communicated everything he was doing and sent plenty of pics at pickup and at drop-off, so that Id know exactly where the vehicle was placed at the auto shop. He even made sure to park it in the most well-lit area, in direct view of security cameras. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that Tow Jam did not inform me that the tow would be an hour late until nearly 20 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. But overall, great service.

Some a** hat in truck number 10 pulled out in front of me on 1960. Then drives next to me and stares into my vehicle like Im the bad driver.

Great experience with Tow Jam and their employee Forrest. My battery died and after several attempts to jump it I called for roadside assistance. My insurance company sent the request to Tow Jam. They estimated 60 minutes of waiting - Forrest got out to me in 20 and had excellent communication while I waited. He was very friendly and polite. Fast and efficient service - I would definitely recommend their services to others and will use them in the future!

I had an incident at 5am on the beltway, thought I just needed a tire change. The guy showed up within 20 minutes and we realized there was more damage than I thought and I needed a tow home. The driver was awesome, a friendly capable guy that made me feel comfortable hopping in a truck with him for the half hour drive home. Im very satisfied with my experience. I never did catch the drivers name, but hes worth his weight in gold.

Forest W was awesome. He communicated, made sure we were safe, helped us find the right place to take our car, and made sure all our valuables were out before we left. Dispatch was terrible, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I wish I can give no stars to this company! They literally drove by my house, seen my car and called Geico to say My car wasn’t there! AND I WAS OUTSIDE! I have no idea why Geico works with them. They should be fired. They are stealing money from the insurance companies when they make a trip and lie about vehicles not being there! I wouldn’t use them even if I had to! I do not recommend

Irving brown is a great tow truck driver, helped us out towing with no damage to the car. Arrived earlier than expected and gave some insights on the car.

While driving home yesterday, one of their tow trucks ran me off the road while his lane was merging with mine. What’s worse, the driver clearly knew I was there but completely disregarded my safety. The only way I avoided him hitting me was by pulling onto the shoulder of the road and stopping.Based on the driving skills of their drivers, I highly recommend you using someone else.

They took a job from Geico to to tow my car. Said they’d be there in 90 minutes. Every time it got to the estimated time I’d get a message extending the ETA by an hour. I called them to ask what was going on and without any apology was just told “do you want the tow or not?”This is all on their dispatch people. I have no idea how their actual drivers are because they never showed up. I waited for 4 1/2 hours before Geico switched to another company that was there in 20 minutes.Don’t take jobs you can’t do!

Displeased with the service provided over the phone. How do y’all expect to gain business but do not know how to answer the phone professionally?

Had a flat tire, Geico called them for towing around 5pm, they gave me an ETA 6:20pm. Then got another text at 6:12, that they changed the ETA to 7:11. I called the Comp to see what’s going on because I think it’s unreasonable to wait 2 +hours for towing, the guy told me if I couldn’t wait, I should call my insurance to find another tow company. Very inconsiderate.
