Had car trouble on a Sunday. Found Flatbread Towing on Yelp. Had to write a review after my experience. Cost was fair, service was top notch. No kept me informed every step of the process. Dropped my car off at the final destination and sent me pics to put me at ease. Thank you Mo!

Communicated with me the entire time leading up to the day of the job. Effectively and safely transported my classic car where it needed to go. I am now keeping Mo as a contact in my phone. I am happy to refer him to anyone in need of a flatbed service.

This is the best Tow company I’ve ever had tow a vehicle for me. The communication was great, the price was great. They were right on time, not a minute late. They were really careful towing my car. Once he got to the location he asked where we would like the car placed. If I ever need another tow this will be the company I will car. Great all around service!

Moe provided great service into towing my car, I had a previous tow truck leave my home without towing my car because he said he could not be able to, due to how low my car is, but Moe had no problem and got my car on the flatbed like nothing. If he could take care of my car, he can take of ANY car.

Moe has a great attitude He is very professional and he is exceptionally knowledgeable with towing your car. He takes care of it as if it was his own. Holy OMG not kidding if I could give this guy/company 20 STARS, I would!!!!!My husbands Mercedes broke down in the middle of the road and due to the situation it was even unable to be put into neutral and pushed to the side of the road, last Friday around 4:30 p.m.My hubby contacted Mercedes since it’s a lease. Mercedes contacted one of their contracted tow company (Jordan’s Towing, Negative 20 stars). I arrived at 5:30 p.m. and still no arrival of Jordan’s towing. We ourselves and Mercedes called them several times. The Jordan’s towing guy kept telling my husband he’d be there in 15-20 minutes. Then another time he would say he got held up and would be right there.NO joke, at almost 9:00 p.m!!! (4.5 hours later), I contact Flatbed Towing & spoke to Mo, I explained our situation.At 9:02 he said he could be to us within 25 minutes. He arrived at 9:23 p.m.!!!!! He then had our car wheels unlocked and loaded onto his flat bed, delivered it to the Mercedes service lot, sent us a photo confirmation of the vehicle and service drop-off paper all by 10:00 p.m.!!!!AND not only did he provide such quick reliable service but he was polite, honest from the start and informative.We were exhausted and tired and Mo was a life saver!!!
