I just wanted to say Amber and Olivia are very pleasant to work with. My home experienced a leak and Oliva had it under control in less than two hours. Amber, answered ALL my questions today and even gave me additional information to assist me better! Going above and beyond. I can say I havent always had the best experience in the office... But, the hard work is greatly appreciated from these ladies & Valerie has been a great help as well!

I was first hesitant to use Manage Rent Houses due to the initial reviews but I ended up using them anyway due to the competitive property management rate. They managed a single family home for me from 2016 - 2020 and I have NO complaints. They found a GREAT tenant that took wonderful care of my home...which made it easy to sell after they discontinued their lease. They handled everything and went and did inspections when I requested. Would definitely use them again. Not to mention they also found the tenant within a short amount of time.

I paid deposit of $2895.00 and one month rent $2895 and was told ultimately by manage company that how i paid my balance lead them to believe i can not afford my rent. I changed my move in date from end of July to August 3rd. Today they only gave me a $2000 check and could not receive keys for home. I am left with moving expenses and not moving. This is horrible and I pray this is not a racial issue I was moving to Sienna Plantation. I will keep everyone posted.

This is a review for the maintenance crew. Olivia is a hard working individual, very professional, timely and eager to get the job done.She has helped my family with many issues that truly would of been catastrophic if not handled in a timely manner.Sometimes it may take longer than you’d like but rest assured that Olivia is trying her best to get it done as fast as possible. Just call her, after you’ve placed your online request, let her know your request as been submitted and she will get on it within an hr.I’m glad that I have a company like MRH, who has hired a person like Olivia, managing my home.

One of the most disrespectful and unprofessional businesses Ive ever dealt with. The lady Suzy SHOULD NOT be able to work with anyone until she learns respect goes a long way. Suzy is an elderly woman who cannot give respect or professionalism she needs to be completely reprogrammed. If you decide to go with this so called business wish you luck and I really hope you dont have to get involved with disrespectful Suzy.

Olivia is always super helpful when I have an issue or after I put in a maintenance request. All you have to do is call if you have any problems and she does her best to get it taken care of. I know it can take days for the maintenance to be done sometimes but the schedules of the contractors is hard for another business to manage so its hard to fault them.

I have lived in one of Wojciechsrentals for two years and I have had nothing but good interactions with him and the owner. I have had several repairs done on the house, and all have been completed in a timely manner. Mr. Kic has even been understanding and reasonable about raising the rent during these difficult times. This company has exceeded my expectations when it comes to rental property management. Keep up the good work.

To break it down, we have been renting out house for a year now. The services provided take forever to receive including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and any matters dealing with maintenance. It usually takes multiple requests just to get a response. Their only online paying option is Zelle which is ok if your bank uses it but, with no other ways to pay online this is an inconvenience. We moved in and the house needed many things maintenance wise. AC/heating quit working a week in, due to poor response time we sat through the entire freeze without heat. I would like to point out a positive though, they do care about their tenants.

Absolute worst management company! I’m speaking as a tenant. We’ve been renting a property through them for over 5yrs now. Constant turnover, Barely any communication, Maintenance issues take ages to resolve. They send multiple companies to find the cheapest rate even when it’s an urgent repair. The quality of work from the companies they use are subpar. The owner is very unprofessional and and extremely arrogant and rude. I had the unlucky pleasure of speaking to him on the phone about an issue with our property. If we didn’t love our neighborhood so much we would have left after the first year due to their appalling customer service.

I have just moved out. I lived 4 year into renting from MRH and am very satisfied. Especially the maintenance dept. They always were helpful and attentive to any work order I reported. I read some of these comments about the office not returning calls, and not caring. That never was my impression. Now just waiting for my deposit to be return to me. If at any time in the future I will definitely do business with MRH again.

So I came to google to check out the reviews that the company has acquired.And from what i can see. A lot of people have the same experiences with them.I have been trying to get them to fix an electrical problem which basically made our kitchen completely useless. Fridge went out and we lost all our food due to their negligence of the properties they seem to be managing.The staff is very rude. The owner like other reviews have stated, is also rude. The maintenance manager, doesnt seem like she cares at all about actual maintenance. And their reliability is completely nonexistent.I love my apt, and i love my neighborhood so much. And i wish that we could have hired a more attentive company to take care of these things. Not being able to cook or even hold things in your fridge for almost a week is pretty frustrating.If you are a landlord, i suggest you DO NOT hire them to handle your property management. And if youre a tennant. Get ready to basically spend your whole week just trying to get them to come check out any problem with your home.Hands down super unprofessional and just all around bad business.

My review is as a current tenant:If I could give this company zero stars I would. They dont seem to care much about tenants at all. Manage Rent Houses are a rent-collecting service for the property owners and have no interest in the experience of their tenants because their also part of the problem. The house is beautiful but it needs major tender, love, and care.THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SO PLEASE DON’T EXPECT ANYTHING MORE FROM HIS EMPLOYEES. THE ONLY DECENT ONE IS MS. OLIVIA I SUBMITTED PLENTY OF WORK ORDERS AND NEVER HAVE HER EVER BEEN RUDE SHE SHOULD’VE BEEN THE OWNER.The owner had the audacity to have a nasty attitude, because I asked questions about the 6th work order that was finally approved only because I stated I wasn’t paying rent until it was fixed. I put in the same work orders from March - September and it’s just now getting done. All they kept doing was sending different contracts out to do estimates on the same stuff. At no point while talking to his unprofessional ignorant self did I have an attitude or raise my voice until the fool said why are you being confrontational and hostile. I was lost, I asked him what was he talking about I asked a simple question. He then states you are confrontational and hostile you kept complaining about it not being done and laughed at my email now it’s being done and we are doing it the way we want to do it and you still complaining. The nerve of this clown. I’m having a hard time trying to understand what he mad for like he been staying in this raggedy a*s house paying rent on time while the trifling manager/owner won’t fix anything in their house that you are renting, so again what are you mad for?Here are some specific experiences I had during my 11 months of living here:1.) I wasn’t giving a final walk throughout of the house and when I moved and the house was discussing it was clean at all and all the doors were unlocked (I HAVE PICTURES).2.) Basic repairs to the property were not done. The AC unit kept going in and out/on and off and the refused to buy another. I was told that they wasn’t replaying it into it completely breaks.3.) None of the electrical outlets worked.4.) Leak coming from my roof/fireplace damage my flat screen TVs after putting two work orders in.5.) The office staff/manager/owner is unprofessional and can’t answer basic question or even a work order confirmation.6.) My pool pump went out they didn’t want to fix it.7.) They happened a raccoon in my attic and said they wasn’t fixed the whole on the outside of the house which it entered.8.) My air went out I was told that it was not an emergency. I had to suffer in the heat for three days cause me to have numerous asthma attacks having to go to the emergency room. The AC contractors came out and stated the AC unit was 26 years old and it’s well over due to be replaced. He stated the AC normally only last 6-8 years. He also stated that he was told only to put freon the AC unit wasn’t going to be replaced until it completely goes out. My light bill increased tremendously because of it. My light bill is currently 960.00 and I’m the only one living in this house.9.) I literally begged them to fix their house. They say every cause has an effect right, shortly after begging to fix things they began sending me lease violations. They even had the nerve to send me a lease renewal letter stating they was raising the rent. Well their effort to my cause with be sorrowed out with the court effort wit both owners.This was ONLY a summary!December can’t come fast enough.- Sincerely a current tenant that WILL NOT BE RENEWING THE LEASE

I was super nervous about renting a house for the first time, I had heard from various family and friends that the process can feel as if you are buying the home instead of renting it. However, that was not my experience with Managerenthouses the realtor was so helpful she walked me through everything and the process was so quick and easy that i had to double check and make sure that, that was truly it and done. Once moving in on day one they worked diligently to fix everything that i requested to be fixed without problem or delay. I will definitely recommend this company and will continue to rent with them until i buy a home.

Im really tired of even typing about this issue. I lived in a previous home of theirs for a years and things were ok. Moved to another and maintenance is absolutely horrinle. The dishwasher was rusty in spots but functional then broke completely. Now 2 months after my 1st request, my 4th request and a direct voicemail to the owner, nothing. I have a science project growing in the bottom. I have pics, that smell atrocious. Disgusting. I dont know what else to do.

So after renting a roach and mold infested unit, I moved out and cleaned the apartment. Reached out about my deposit and I received 3 replies that I would be getting it mailed to me by the end of that month. I have received nothing and the responses have stopped. My one year old has constant breathing problems now because of this apartment. My neighbor moved out before me with a list of health problems she didn’t have before moving in as well. Added to the irritation is being ignored and lied to about my deposit.

We have been renting from them for the past 4 years and it has been nice and smooth. We got flooded during Harvey BUT THEY IMMEDIATELY GAVE US A NEW HOUSE, we were desperate because we didn’t know what was gonna happen but they helped a lot. We have leased two houses from them and both were in a great location, good price and clean. They use a simple and easy method to pay for rent so we don’t have to go to their office. ManageRentHouses has been managing my rental property for 2 years and has done a wonderful job. They resigned my tenant to a new lease and have provided great service keeping the property in good repair. Had a plumbing issue and an electrical issue and both were resolved inexpensively and quickly. Im happy, and my tenant is happy! So much easier than having to deal with late night repairs and finding tenants and collecting rent...Just let ManageRentHouses get it done!

RUN, dont walk away if you are a prospective tenant thinking of renting a property through this company. Ive been renting a unit through their shady company for 2.5 years. Over the last summer, I received an email from them at midnight on a Saturday demanding that I pay them $700+ in various late fees. As Id never paid late, I asked them to send me documentation. What I received weeks later was a strange, non-detailed list of charges totaling $410. I assumed they had me confused with another tenant since, again, I had never paid after the third of the month, per my rental agreement. Then, months of silence. Now they are saying I owe $1500 (for absolutely nothing). Now it seems that I will have to move from a unit I love (Im sure all of this will be news to the owner, and it will likely sit vacant for months, due to the high monthly rent, and extensive construction in the area likely to last upwards of five years). I hate to leave my apartment but clearly this companys real business is extortion. I just hope they are finally investigated by HPD.

Do your self a favor and stay as far away from this company as you can, ESPECIALLY if you are a property owner looking for a management company. Dealing with them has been a nightmare from day one. They do repairs without your authorization, always under the guise of “In accordance with the lease”. When there is nothing in the lease to support these expense(s). Bill you for expenses that other people incurred. Hardly ever check on the properties, allowing them to decay into disrepair. Very seldom answer the phone when you call. Don’t answer e-mails. May call you back days after you have left a message. The Owner is not to be trusted very dishonest and ONLY has his best interest at heart. Now!!! I FIRED them 10/OCT/19, forgot about the money I had on deposit to conduct repairs. They charged me management fees 15/OCT/19 thru 14/NOV/19, even though they had been fired. Deducted these fees from my repair deposit and will not answer my inquires as to why they did this. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER hire them to manage your properties.

Theyre totally ok with letting you live with no AC and mold and a dryer that electrocutes you when you do laundry, but as soon as the rent is one day late they send notices. So glad to be done.Edit: so they dont give a damn for 2 years while I was living there, but as soon as I leave a bad review the manager calls me asking to take it down. Ok bud.

I am completely brand new to renting, period. I was warned about renting and having to deal with management Companies. I am an optimistic person therefore I try to see the good in all situations and give people the benefit of the doubt, but I must say this management company has proven to be exactly what I was warned about, they have been horribly unresponsive, rude, have shown absolutely no regard for any issue that I may have whatsoever. I was rented a condominium with a nonfunctional refrigerator. I lost every still piece of food I stored in it. I reasonably asked for reimbursement for my loss, I was told to email Marcie, I have done that now at least 3 times, nothing. I called, left voicemails, still nothing. I was also not made aware of the fact that the master bathroom had no hot water? I have requested to have this taken care of several times, nothing. I was told by Marcie, “ it’s not like you are without a bathroom, you have two. Therefore it’s not considered an urgent matter.” My jaw dropped! I said well, I was rented a two bedroom and bathroom condominium, therefore I expect them BOTH to work? These people are so unprofessional. The refrigerator repair person actually told me my unit was scheduled to have that fridge replaced PRIOR to me moving in. I almost cried. They also told me the owner did not want to pay the $30 delivery fee? That was an insult considering all the money these people make off of paying renters. I am not rich, I can not afford to just throw away money on food or anything else, unnecessarily. Reimbursement was the very least and decent thing this company could have done. It’s shameful and immoral how they conduct business by completely ignoring tenants requests and concerns. I am now forever scarred after dealing with this management company. They just don’t care. They really don’t. If I could do this over again, I probably would not have rented this place knowing I had to deal with this company. My A/C Unit just quit last Friday, I cringe at the thought of how long it’s going to take for this problem to be taken care of. Its really sad when you have hard working honest people being treated this way. Something really needs to be done about the way this company treats their tenants and how they operate without any regard.

We never heard back anything from these people, and when my realtor reached out to try to find out what was going on with the application they were very very unprofessional and unclear on the circumstances. Do not rent from MRH.As stated by many others, MRH does not return phone calls, emails, or voicemails. As an ex-tenant, I had MULTIPLE issues with the home including a rodent infestation within 1.5 months of moving in. I sent several emails to the president of the company asking for help with no response.When I first moved in, the house was not cleaned. It was very dirty and all of the previous tenants items were on the porch ( I was told after the walk through, it would be cleaned and cleared). You could hardly make it to the door. I was so shocked I sent a photo to my realtor. They do not send any representative to the house before someone moves in, they just assume their lowest bidder for the work did it properly. Any time a repair was needed (minus the new AC), they would send out the lowest bidder and the repairs would be incomplete or done completely wrong to the extent that I no longer contacted MRH for repairs (example- needed a new door, a gentleman comes to install the door....door has NO door handle...).Luckily at some point in my stay, Ball Development Co. took up the rest of the lease. Frank Ball with BDCo. was a breath of fresh air and was always so responsive and made the repairs himself if I ever had an issue. A complete 180 to MRH. Upon leaving the home, BDCo. stated that MRH never transferred any deposits or pet deposits. (Mind you, Frank stated I was a great tenant and that the home was well kept.) He stated that he tried to contact MRH but could not get a hold of anyone.On May 28th, I called MRH and was told to email Jeremy my old address and my new address to receive my deposit.I emailed Jeremy at 11:49 AM.By June 2nd I had not received a response.I emailed on June 2nd asking for a follow-up, just to see if my request was processed. Again, no response.I called MRH on June 4th at 1:02 pm and was told Stephanie could answer my questions but she was not there right now, so I left her a voicemail. Again, no response.I called MRH on June 5th at 12:23pm and was told Marcie could help me but that she was not there. So I left a voicemail (it went to Stephanies voicemail.....) Again, no response.Not only is it unprofessional to stiff your tenants, but to be unresponsive towards another realty co. should tell you all you need to know about this company. The unresponsiveness of this company lead me to leave this 1 star review.I need a follow-up on my $500 deposit. ($300 deposit and $200 Pet Deposit - both refundable)

My review is as an ex-tenant. Manage Rent Houses was a mediocre landlord during my tenancy, and their service upon the end of contract was unacceptable. I strongly got the impression that they are a rent-collecting service for the property owners and have no interest in the experience of their tenants. Here are some specific experiences I had during my year and a half with them:1.) Basic repairs to the property were not done. The worst of these was a faulty HVAC unit. I had to call the fire department in response to smoke in the house, and the HVAC repair man that came on site later said the unit was 1-2 uses away from starting an electrical fire.2.) The office staff is unprofessional and unresponsive. They cannot answer basic requests such as proof of tenancy (which I needed for reimbursement of moving expenses). This is a basic service.3.) Upon the end of my contract, the company stiffed me my deposit without documentation or justification. They are legally obligated to give me both within 60 days, but gave me neither. I confirmed they had my forwarding address, but then stopped answering calls, email, and voicemails.

I have had a relationship with this company for a couple of years now, and while I haven’t always been happy with transactions, I have to admit that the company seems to be on an upward tick, making honest efforts at improving their customer/tenant relationships. Mr Kic takes time to personally address the concerns, accepts constructive criticism, and appears to be genuinely concerned with the outcome of each situation. There are a few kinks that still need improvement, but it’s not due to lack of compassion for the tenant.

Ive been renting from them for more than a year now and the whole experience is really pleasant. Not being able to pay online is a bit inconvenient but other than that things are perfect. This company used to manage four of my properties until last month. They are the most expensive and unreliable company i worked with. I have two other companies managing my other properties that I was very happy with. As I was getting more frustrated with their management, I wanted to move my houses to a new company, they charged me for make ready for a house and did not do a squat. Also, as I was in touch with my tenants, they have lots of complains on how they responded to them. Also, they left two of my houses in deplorable conditions, not only with repairs but also with roaches and bed bugs. When I asked them to return my money for the services that are not rendered, they declined. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BOTH FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND RENTING ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES.. I am planning to sue them, not so much for the money but how they treated my properties and us. I am also planning to complain to BBB. I would not even give them one star. I had to give something to be able to post my comments.

I was interested in one of their properties.. my fault. I went to view it and it was filthy. Rotting wood, definitely needed to be pressure treated, trash from what appears to be a previous tenant, peeled paint, etc. Asked if theyd do the basic repairs so that it was move in ready. They lady said no.. itll lease as is. I feel sorry for whoever does lease there. And lease that home in particular. It doesnt seems like this company cares at all. Looking at other reviews, I probably shouldnt have gone to even see it. I try to be positive at all times though. Also, Im sure Ill get some nasty unprofessional reply as so many others whove reviewed before me have. That lack of professionalism shouldve been my red flag. But leasing a home as is that isnt ready to be leased is terrible to say the least. Shrugs* Oh well. I found another property so Im definitely happy. This particular company just wasnt for me 😊 I wish the best to whoever does have to work with them though.

Renting from them for almost a year now and theyre really not bad, especially compared to some of the other reviews about them. Work orders often got taken care of or at least scheduled within 24 hours. I never had any issues with rent payments. I do wish there was a way to pay rent online. All in all, a decent company to rent from.

This company has a masters degree in avoiding the tenant. I have never asked for anything and have done some routine maintenance on my own in years past at other places I have lived. I have a serious issue going on at my house now and they refuse to acknowledge and/or take care of it. I am going to have to break the lease as my family is now having medical issues due to the issue they are ignoring.If you want to find a place that will respond to your needs as a tenant do not use this company.

Didnt use their service but Im a neighbor of one property they owned. They wouldnt do anything about the branches on their property thats very close to the pole and bothering all the other neighbors.Update:Again I’m a neighbor of one of their properties, they had a huge water leak one night, water kept coming out from the townhouse and alarm was on for hours. Called their emergency line, they wouldn’t do anything and replied”I’m just answering service, in this case you can write an email to them and they will get back to you, I can give you their website”. So we called fire department, they broke into house and shut down the water. Home owners, don’t use them if you don’t want your house to be treated like this

Do not waste your time with this company. They have been the biggest pain in the ass the last year with renting a house. Stephanie needs to learn how to talk to people and not be so damn rude. Marcie is the only one I can honestly say has helped me and been very helpful. two thumbs up for her but thats about the only positive thing I have to say about them.

Please dont rent from them!!! We just had a flood and I called to ask if I can be late on my rent because I was out of town trying to evacuate. They told me that it really didnt matter and rent was due on the 1st anyway. I havent been working for a whole week so I was stressed and didnt know where the money was going to come from. When I get back home I find a big mold spot in my closet that they assured me they got rid of two months ago. I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old and I cannot live in a house full of mold! The last guy that they brought out sprayed with disinfectant spray and painted over it. Please do not rent from this company I wish I can break my lease and I will find somewhere else to rent. I would rather stand in apartment than deal with them. And the sad thing is I really love this house...

This is the worst management company I have ever experienced. Do not work with this company. If you do rent from them expect lots of aggravation and substandard living conditions. Right now I am without AC for the second time in only a few months. It is over 80 degrees inside my home. They do the bare minimum to “fix” the issue and then you are right back where you started in no time. It is very difficult to get them to contact you, and I have called many times, left messages, and get absolutely no response. Avoid!!!

Manage rent houses need to be closed down as a company because they are making America image very poor. They are a group of liars and never maintain the houses as they told landlord. They manage houses poorly, no maintenance request done and overcharge on repair eventually done after months even when the landlord had already paid for it.The worst leasing agency I have ever known. Liars from the receptionist to the president of the company. When you call for issues they will tell you to hold on for hours until you are tired. Landlords please dont use them as they will not let you enjoy your profits on the house. Better Business Bureau need to investigate this company.Broken windows due to storm should be repaired by home owner. As am writing this review, the fence of the house that was affected with the window during that storm has not been repaired. They did work that I did not authorize (change my locks, put on paint I did not like) 3. Not the worst company Ive ever rented from... Actually, now that I think about it, they are.Not only did they treat me as if I were dispensable as a potential tenant (which I chalked up to a competitive rental market), but things just proceeded to get worse as I rented. Whenever I attempted to get service for something that was not functioning properly, it was an ordeal to get anything done. Not only would I have to take an absence from work to be on site for the maintenance, but the service personnel would show up whenever they felt like it. Early, late or otherwise.When I moved in the place was infested with ants that, according to the contract, became my problem when I signed it. I can understand having to deal with an insect problem I create, but upon further investigation, it became apparent that there is a giant ant hill under the center of the house.No matter how urgent the issue may be, the company has no way for you to contact someone after hours and the so-called emergency contact number is just a joke that leads you to a voicemail box.Dont be like me, take the warning and run to another rental agency. The propaganda on the website is true, this is truly a company that seeks to maximize the landlords profits at the expense of the tenant.

Very bad, if you need to get to rent a house do not go there, no appointment attended and no maintenance action. I got a house from them very dirty and toilets are leaking and no body come to fix them. many electric outlets are broken no body come to fix them. If you need to be safe at home do not go there. If your home is nice try to find better company to mange the rent for you.

I cant even give them ONE star but had to in order to post this! I have been trying to get in touch with the agent that works with 2323 Polk, # 208. Called and spoke with Delia, and she said she would get back with me, called and text with no response. Call the office to see if another agent could assist and spoke with Janice and because she didnt feel I could move in within the 30 days she put me on hold and then hung up on me. That property is a great property and looks like the landlord isnt going to get it rented any time soon due to the management style of their choice in rental managers. The WORSE customer service ever!!!

If you are a tenant at any properties managed by this company, good luck getting anything fixed within the living space. My girlfriend has been without hot water for a month, and the company has still not approved having the necessary work done. They have sent out multiple plumbers that all apparently have told the company that they have to charge some sum of money that these crooks just cannot afford. Every time they send out a new plumber, they tell the rental company what needs to be done, and then the work never gets approved. THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. They apparently knocked some money off of her rent (for this upcoming month) as a result of this, but Im almost certain that they did this because they know that by this point she is well within her rights to take legal action.There is zero communication within the company. Ive dealt with multiple rental companies before, and Ive never seen communication this bad. Just yesterday, she was sent an email claiming that they are looking into what they can do to get her a new water heater, even though every plumber that they have rejected from doing the necessary work has told them that the problem is that the pipes need to be reconfigured and that the water heater is working just fine. A few hours ago, she had to leave work early to meet another plumber who will probably end up doing nothing yet again. She had to drop everything to get back to her apartment because no one ever told her when he was coming. Because why would they bother talking to her? They obviously dont talk to each other.If you want to be a slum lord and rent out your property even if it is obviously not in working order, then by all means, this is your place. If youre a tenant and want to be able to put in maintenance requests and have them taken care of in a timely fashion then avoid this place at all costs. Yall, I am not the type of person to write a negative review for petty things. I promise this place has some shady business practices.

Thank you to the ladys in the office for working as hard as yall do to take care of all our needs. Ive put in 5 work orders in the last month and so far everythings been taken care of. Some faster than others because we were waiting on the homeowner to approve the work orders. I looked at the other reviews on here and have not had any of those problems yet. Fingers Crossed. But over all im really happy with renting from this company.

Maintenence requests are a nightmare. Aside from one service provider (A/C repair guy) none of their contractors are responsive and very few care about doing good work. Its taken over 6 weeks and 4 requests to get someone to just call me back to get a large box-style florescent repaired. Now my kitchen has NO WORKING LIGHTING and the soonest someone might be able to see me is almost a week away. If they bothered to pay for quality service Im sure this wouldnt be a problem, but apparently that isnt their business model.

It is so hard to get any major repairs done in the house you are renting from them. They will tell you that the homeowner will not approve the repairs but going without Air conditioning for a week during the Texas summer is unacceptable. My air conditioning has broken at least twice a year for 3 years and all they do is patch it up...

I can assure you they wont provide good services or really any service at all for that matter. They will be happy to take your money though. Trying to find information on a property in Texas City, TX. These people are the ones with the sign in the yard. So I call them, very rude. Wouldnt really give any information. Told me how my money that comes in to me is to be used. Very bad experience. But I love the house and really really want to rent it!
