Josh was responsive and actually remembers previous conversations had with my husband and I regarding our concerns. That to me is very impressive. They are on a whole other customer service level. He also gives us good recommendations on what we can do to eliminate the issues we have been having. VERY happy with this service!!!!

Unfortunately the service that was provided to us was a very poor experience. We have a very bad roach infestation due to the previous tenants of our apartment. The exterminator came out, did his business within 5 minutes, and then was done. He kind of just left puddles on the floor and thats all, and left a little roach medicine in only one of our two bathrooms. He didnt even do much. He assured us that the problem would be fixed within the week, but that they would come back again in 2 weeks to do another sweep of exterminating. It has been a week and a half and our roach problem is actually getting WORSE. We are not dirty people. We keep our kitchen clean as best as we can and other areas of the apartment are kept tidy as well. We have tried calling multiple times to ask for the exterminator to come back again, but we have not been able to reach anyone, nor have they called us back. Lastly, and the biggest issue of all, we paid in full with cash (and did this in front of our camera just in case we needed to prove it for any reason), however, the next day my debit card was charged the exact same amount of money (I dont even know where or how they got my card information) and it was an unauthorized transaction. We are very upset with our service and the customer service provided. They were quick to take our money TWICE, yet the roach issue has not been resolved, it is worse, and were not able to get in contact with anyone. We are very displeased!

Joel Manning is very professional, polite and has great customer service. He explained what was done and ask if I needed additional treatments. He explained what I may see for a few days, and also explained that they would come out immediately if I saw a continued problem . Very pleased with my technician and the service I received today. I gave him five stars

First, they advertise some price on Facebook and they give you different price when you call them.The tech they sent home, spend no more then 10 mins, and when I asked him to check the attic, he told me do I have to check it, I said yes that what they promised me, then he gave me weird face. The tech left my house and he stayed in his truck more then 30.They called me and asked me for the payment, and I told them what happened and I was sure they will take care of my issue, but they not and they told me they have approve the tech spend one hour and my house, I told them yes he did, but sitting in his truck, and I have approve because I have cameras all around my house, but he said no we don’t need that. I was very clear and told them, I’m not happy with the serves and I will give you bad review, and the guy said ok do that.!!!!So I was trying to fix the problem, but they were not.Please do not trust them.
