Gordon was excellent from the very first time I spoke with him on the phone. I expressed my concerns with these Houston pests. I have been in Houston for 1 year now, and I tried using Home Defense as it worked perfectly fine in NC. Well, the Pests here need something stronger than Home Defense. When Gordon came to complete my initial treatment he went over the treatment in detail and let me know what to expect in the coming weeks. Google does not list all of the pests they control with their quarterly services, I clicked what was applicable based on the options Google provided me with.

I have been using this company for years and so glad I chose to go with them. Their products are environmentally friendly and insanely effective. I live in an old house and since I’ve started with them, I have not had any roaches or bugs inside my home. They don’t even treat the inside! The bugs die before they even get to my front door.I just signed up for the mosquito service since it’s awful his hear and I’m super excited to see if it’s as effective as the rest of their services and products. We first found Greenforce after purchasing a home with several pest problems. They have been amazing in getting rid of the roaches, spiders and whatever I couldnt identify crawling around. Ben is our technician and the nicest person. He patiently answers all of my bug questions. He is truly the best.

Green Force has been our pest control group for 5 years. We moved into our current location over 4 years ago because of a terribly infested initial building. Fearing these insects would transfer to the new location we contacted Green Force. They had a long list of services they performed to ensure no insects would relocate from old to new location. The work was amazing. No bugs, not one has ever been seen our new location that was associated with the old. We have had several different techs from Green Force perform our monthly inspection and contol service. Everyone of has noted how incredible it is that they never find evidence of typical restaurant infestations in our building. We work very hard to maintain an extremely clean work and dining environment and our partnership with Green Force has resulted in a restaurant with no roach or rodent activity of any kind for over 4 years. Green Force is constantly innovating and offering new services. We have used their exterior misquote service in the past but recently changed to a new option that they presented that is much more effective, longer lasting and less dependent on airborne chemicals. One example of how they are always looking to provide my establishment with new, improved and more effective services.

Great custom spraying. Our technician took the time to look over our home to look for potential issues and other bugs that we didn’t even see. Then gave us a custom spray, to target the bugs we were seeing. Not like most who just spray for everything which always seems ineffective. With this custom spraying we have seen a steep decrease in ants and this is only in 1 week. Great value and awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

Had first service today. Bo, the technician, arrived on time and performed the preventative treatments and answered my questions. Confident that making the switch to GreenForce was good.

I was disappointed in the service for the following reasons:1) The pest control technician, Blair, found raccoon feces behind the small door leading to under the house. He had me pick it up and throw it away before going below the house. I found this tacky given that he is the pest control person that was hired and I am his customer who is also a female in my 30s. Just didnt feel respectful or customer focused.2) We had a miss communication regarding whether or not the back unit of the home was to be included in the service. This is likely an honest mistake on their part as they said that the person who provided the quote (Rhonda at their office) was apparently not supposed to be talking about pricing (According to the technician). Given that this is a problem within their office, and the back unit was available to be treated that day, he had all of the chemical with him already and had previously treated the unit, I found it to be not very customer friendly to insist that they were not going to do the back unit - how are we supposed to know that the person we spoke to at the office wasnt allowed to give quotes? If we are asking for the entire property to be treated and they had previously treated the entire property, why would the back unit be left out?Overall, I was unimpressed with the customer-focus of this team. If you have to go with them, I strongly recommend that you get everything in writing before performing any work. They dont write the scope down and given that even if the miscommunication, good companies tend to work with their customers over something as small as doing the back unit and definitely dont have their clients pick up raccoon feces for them.
