We have used them for over 1 year and they come out quarterly. Recently, they have gone downhill. They came and a few days later, I noticed black ant-like bugs around the office. I called and they told me that they were going to send someone out the next day. The next day came and no one came. I called back and they rescheduled the appointment. No one came to the second appointment either. I called into cancel and they told me that they couldnt cancel commercial accounts and that I would have to talk to a manager. They told me the manager would call me within 24-hours. No one called me back within 24-hours so I called back 2 days later and they finally let me cancel the account. Overall, their policy of satisfaction guaranteed and money-back guarantee is inaccurate.

I would not recommend this companys service to anyone. They are thieves, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. The person that came to do a job a my apartment yesterday stole my cash I had put up under my rug in my bathroom. Ive been calling all morning since they opened to speak to a manager but no one has yet to answer the phone. I filed a police report on the company. I hope no one else has to deal with this type of service from this company.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and accommodating she spent a good amount of time finding a precise time that would work for me and worked around my schedule. Jesus R. was the technician that came out. He was on time and had a great personality. He was very informative and explained everything he was doing. He was careful about not tracking dirt into my house (wore those little booties). He was also very friendly to my children as well. We called them for a small roach and spider infestation and started a yearly package with them that includes prevention. Theyve gone above and beyond and have kept our house pest free. I randomly saw a small roach in the bottom floor and they sent someone out within a day to re-spray and check the area for any bugs. I lived in a multi-unit complex and this is the pest control service they use. Up until the last 2 months of us living there (we just moved), our experience with this company had been fine. The gentleman that now services those units, though, is an absolutely rude individual. He came into my home, spouting disrespectful and misogynistic comments about how I would need my old man to help with some tasks (Im not a small woman, I can handle quite a bit on my own thanks). Another time, he came in while we were doing a deep clean before packing and had briefly left; he left a note with the landlord saying he couldnt get into our unit bc of all the stuff and that it was filthy, yet he left a note on my stove indicating he had treated. So glad we no longer live there and I dont ever have to deal with him again. Will never use this service by choice now that I own my own home.

Horrible, horrible service. Living in an apartment community we are forced to use these guys and sometimes they show up sometimes they dont, even though they are supposed to be here every Friday . They dont treat areas thoroughly and Im convinced they dont treat at all since Im not home to see them. I see NO evidence of their presence except a little slip of paper saying they allegedly treated. Last year they left that same slip saying they couldnt treat because there is a pet in the unit and my dog had been at my parents home all that day in preparation of their arrival. They never even walked in. Wretched service. Would give anything to not have to use them.

On Saturday I reported my leasing office for regular pest control in my apartment and they sent Certified pest control on Nov 7th at 5:45PM.I was standing right in the hallway watching these two gentlemen work.One of the guy who was spraying was in a big rush probably he had to do something more important than his job and thats why he couldnt finish his work.I turned just for 2 sec when my mom mention that ask them to spray behind the fridge and he did then he went in master bedroom. While he was leaving, I politely asked him what about the other 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.He said he went already, which I didnt see it unless is has some superpowers like flash.Having said that I was amused to see that he completed 3 bedroom, a den, a kitchen, washing machine area and 2 bathroomIn just 5 mins.Superb Job isnt it.P.S If you are a property manager I would not recommend this company.

Excellent service!! I had many doubts before resorting them for help I have a PhD. in Chemistry and so I have some understanding of chemicals. I tried all the possible and available treatments in market including Boric acid, Advion, fogger, etc. with moderate to little results. Also, my experience with other companies has been more tiring than fruitful. To my utter surprise, roach treatment from “Certified” started to work in just one week and by the end of second week the roaches were almost gone.
