I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to give credit where credit is due. I found The Lubrication Center on Google and decided to give it a try - this is the best place Ive ever had by oil changed! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and walked me through everything they were doing. Im used to going to one of the big-box oil change centers where they try to sell you all kinds of extras. Not here! They did exactly what I wanted and didnt try to pitch me anything I didnt. This is my new oil change center!

I love this place for my oil change. I always use full synthetic oil for my vehicles and they are fully stocked and very courteous. Very affordable, they check your tires and water. Not sure if its included in every service but it was with mine the last 3 times Ive gone.

Absolutely amazing. They dont hassle you about cabin air filters or fluids unless your car actually needs it. They are there to service your car not to scam you like most shops. They keep you informed with everything they do and show you evening along the way to prove the work is actually being done. (Jiffy lube is known for charging you for work they dont do) all in all this is an amazing shop with amazing and friendly staff! Keep it up guys!

This place has an excellent customer service. They welcome you like if you were a good friend. They dont even make you wait outside. They tell you to leave the car and take you to a room with A/C. They handle everything from there. I have been coming here for a couple of times and as long as they keep the same great service, this will be my place to come and do the oil change. Great service!

Best spot to get service that I’ve ever been to, if could give them more than 5 stars I would. Checked all my fluids, tire pressure, changed oil filter, engine oil, engine air filter, all for a really reasonable price. It was my first time coming today, and it will surely be the only spot that I go from now on and I will be sending business there way!

The guys here did a good job on my car. I brought my own oil and filter and they used that. They changed my oil, checked the tire pressure, checked the air filter and other car fluids. Excellent FAST service.

This place was incredible. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. They took care of my husband and I and they even went as far as to educate us and inform us of every detail that was done. They even did something Ive never seen before, they were very honest and gave us the remaining new oil, I mean really, who does that? Plus we got a free air freshener. A pretty sweet place! Just got the very first oil change my new 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander - Full synthetic -Mobile One . . . $65.00 drive out. Quick service . .. checked all the fluids and the tire pressure. The shop was clean and the staff were very professional . . Craig, the manager was very personable and seemed genuinely interested in providing excellent customer service - Mission accomplished!- Highly recommended !

This place is down the street from my apartment and one of houstons best kept secrets. The whole staff is extremely nice and honest. More then fair prices and they do everything the right way. I really dont go anywhere else. They even filled my tires, topped my coolants and gave me a free air freshener. 10/10

The customer service was outstanding. They really went over and above to get my car serviced and back on the road after my check oil light went on during a trip to Houston. I drive a Mini and it is particular about the type of oil used in its engine. The staff looked up the specs and talked to my dealership service manager to verify that the oil they topped off the engine with wouldnt harm my Mini. Lots of time and effort for such a small service. And they were so honest. Told me that it was better to go to another shop for the right oil unless they could be certain that the oil they had was the right one. Super staff, super service! Thanks guys.

Got there for an oil change and my car was pulled in right after the one inside the bay.Received real nice customer service and detailed explanation of parts being used on my car.In and out in no time and very satisfied!

Came in with a problematic oil filter cap and was met with great customer service. Explained why the design was flawed, was able to save it so I didnt have to buy another one. Informed me what I needed to replace soon, charged me less than the chain lube businesses and all in about 15 minutes. 10/10 will be back. Sorry for leaving my mug in the waiting area! I was so surprised with the speedy service, I forgot all about it. :)

So lemme start by telling you guys how impressed I was by the service here. First, Im a 22 year old female. Meaning that I dont know much about this whole car thing besides driving. Anyways, after googling oil changes in Houston I came upon this place. After reading the reviews, I was like seems to good to be true but Ima try it out anyways since my oil was at 20% (if that). SO I get to the place, lucky me, only one car was there. I got my oil changed in about 10 mins during my lunch break. They checked my tires, also added wiper fluid (I guess thats what you call it; the water that sprays my windshield) since that was completely out, asked me what type of oil I wanted and did not try to upsale anything. Told me what I needed and it was cheaper. Then I got a free air freshener. The guy that helped me was so nice and helpful. Awesome place to go if you need an oil change. Felt terrible that I didnt have change to tip. He told me that hes running low on change so just catch him next time. Seriously? But anyways I had to get back to work, but Im definitely coming back here again and making sure I have money to tip. Also told him to run my card again for the tip and he told me not to worry about it. (I used to be a server, you need change? Say no more, you will get change even if I didnt have it) DEFINITELY the best car service Ive ever gotten. OH and when they were done, they even showed me the stick that shows the oil is full. (Whatever thing is used to measure the oil. yeah that)
