Great customer service experience in the service department. I needed a inspection and oil change and Chris did an absolutely fantastic job keeping me informed of what was going on checking back with me several times. I was surprised at how fast everything was done and how proficient they were. I would highly recommend Baker Nissan service Department.

Let me first say that Baker Nissan car rental had always impress me with the car selection and friendly staff. This location has a manager named Kenny, who made my recent experience amazing. I cant wait to rent another car again. Enterprise car rental makes any experience amazing with friendly staff and rates. Extra clean cars are very important these days however Kenny and the rest of the car rental staff made my experience and my trip amazing.

I went into Baker Nissan a few weeks ago. It was time to upgrade my wife’s Rogue. I worked with Scott Hazlewood. I want to start by saying this was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. I even have a good understanding of how tough the market is at the moment with low inventory. However Scott was able to meet my goals both on trade and price. This Guy is a straight shooter and works hard. My business will be with Scott from here on out. Ask for Scott!

Redeemed a certificate at the dealership for a free oil change after a scheduled recall service was performed at my residence. Baker Nissan performed a multi-point inspection of my vehicle at the dealership as well (not sure if that came included with the certificate but glad it was done). Will return here periodically in the future.

My family and I rent from Kenny, and every time we have an amazing thrilling exciting time with Baker Nissan. Their entire staff are awesome. They have great customer service and make you feel like family every time. This is a business that anyone will definitely be pleased with. I was impressed by the fact they didnt hard sell me on maintenance items I didnt actually need. They could have tried to sell me new tires but they didnt. This treatment will cause me to buy my tires from your shop. I loved the text messages, the authorization texts, and the review video of the maintenance.. I was really impressed.

I loved everything about my recent Baker Nissan car rental experience. Every rental car company had a shortage of vehicles and I had been looking since 8:00am. Both manager Kenny & his associate Mariah made it possible for me by finding me a rental by 5:30pm. They stayed open the extra time to assist me with the rental and had great customer service skills, great communication skills, and I really appreciate everything that they have done for me. I will be renting again I appreciate y’all so much.

I recently took my vehicle for its first 10K mile service and was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. I thought I had made an appointment on that Monday but found out that it did not register properly. However, the service advisor I worked with was very accomodating and quickly set me up for the service needed for an oil change and 360 inspections. The experience was very pleasant and I felt I was treated with great care and attention provided on my first-time visit to the service department.

Ken in the rental department at Baker Nissan has always been so helpful. The cars on loan from here are impeccably clean and well maintained. Ken treats us like family- there’s no place I’d rather go than here to rent a vehicle.

Baker Nissan is the best place to buy a car in Northwest Houston. Unlike other car lots that make you feel anxious, or that your bring preyed upon, the people at Baker made me feel a lot more comfortable. That was big for me because I’m a 1st time car buyer and was a little overwhelmed. A kind lady named Vanessa was the saleswoman that helped me get my red 2021 Nissan Sentra. Basically my dream vehicle, and made the whole process fun and did whatever it took to get it at the price I needed. Didn’t sneak any extra fees, or pressed me to purchase anything I didn’t ask for. I would recommend any young person go there.

Buying - 5 stars! I traded in my Murano and got a new Altima. Mike was my sales guy and he bent over backwards to see if there was something better than my Murano to make the trade worth it for me. I was happy with my Murano but I was looking to trade up, he did phenomenal and I believe he would do phenomenal for others!I changed my rating for this dealership due to the service department. I’ve always taken my cars to Fred haas and I have my advisor I love there but I bought my car at baker so that’s where I was going to take it. I made an appointment the guy wasn’t even there. Then the guy I do get Carlos told me that this time I’ll get a rental (which I didn’t cause they were out, I took my car and left) but next time I will probably not get a rental. My car I got a month ago! It’s having issues. Fred Haas even if I don’t buy my car there they take care of me! I literally was so mad when I left I called my advisor at Fred haas and made an appointment I’m disappointed

I visited Baker Nissan service center to get my Nissan Rogue serviced and I was also having battery issues. The entire team is very friendly and they replaced my battery as my car was under warranty. The process was fairly quick and everything was well conveyed. The mechanic also forwards a video of the whole servicing process which makes the whole process transparent. I highly recommend this.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated for routine service. I was able to get an appointment the very day I requested it. Service person informed me of general servicing of fluids at 30,000 mile mark. During service, technician sent me a video while I was waiting of the checkpoints completed and his assessment of each. Very helpful and transparent. I felt I was better informed about what was done to the car and understanding the recommendations Service said process would take about 1 hr and 10 min. No additional waiting needed! My car was washed at the end. Billing was able to honor a $10 mailed coupon for oil change that I had left at home and use some bonus points ($26.00 value) I’d accumulated for past services toward my bill! Very satisfied!!

I just bought a new Altima from Baker Nissan. I was very impressed with the experience. My salesman, John Hill, was extremely friendly without being too pushy. I was especially impressed with how quick and efficient they were with the buying process. From the time I pulled into the lot until I drove off the lot in the new car (including taking a test drive) was less than 2 hours. It was honestly one of the fastest car-buying experiences Ive ever had. I recommend them.

Also, charges exceeded quotes price. When brought to agent’s attention he simply stated, oh that because we had to cost for gasket, which was roughly half of excess charges. He escalated to service Mgr who corrected the problem.

I am completely happy with Gabriel and the staff of the collision center. My 2019 Nissan Frontier had been stolen and had around $12,000.00 worth of damage done to it. The only issue I have or had is the length of time it took, which was no fault of theirs. It was the part, that could not be found, was the reason for delay. We just purchased our 4th vehicle with Terry Edwards and like always it was a pleasure doing business with him. We live about 2 1/2 house from the dealership and are normally in a hurry. We got to the dealership and they had everything ready for us to just test drive, inspect the vehicle and sign. It took us less then an hour and a half for every. If you are looking for honesty and great service talk to Terry he will take care of you.

Terrible.... My son walked in to ask for keys on a car that we wanted to see. I waited right outside the door while he did. After noticing that he was sitting a desk with another person and walked in. He was being basically being interigatted. The sales manager was asking how he was going to purchase the vehicle also stated that he may possibly be there to have fun his exact words and put miles on the car joy riding. Now he also told my son that he needed a copy of his insurance. The sales person had no knowledge of the car, the sales manager didnt know how much the car was there other consultant that supposedly brought the trade in brought out the car fax which indicated an accident and he said that per the previous owner the accident never happened.. bottom line car ran good but was a 2014 and 25k miles more than any similar cars around which there arent many CHEVY SS and priced about 6-10k higher. Only put one star because zero was unavailable

Got my car fixed from a car accident I was involved in and received my car back within 2 weeks and got all damages repaired and had excellent service with them.

I didnt have an appointment, but my service was completed in 50 minutes. I had my first-time oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The team was very professional and efficient. I have taken my other vehicles for service and it has alway been a wonderful experience.
