Horrible customer service over the phone. They now require appointments on EVERY VISIT BUT DO NOT HAVE ANY AVAILABLE FOR DAYS. It would be smart to have this information online on the business page so customers would know. Dont even mention youre using Groupon, they will flat out refuse service. The Hispanic male that answered the phone must hate his job because he said everything he could to make sure I never come back to this location again. Hes been there about 6 years so he may be best behind the scenes. I used to have great experiences here until recently. Not sure whats changed but I know I wont be back

First impressions is a big deal to me. When. I walked in I was greeted in a professional and welcoming manner. They fixed my AC in a timely manner and it was affordable. To see a lady in here knowing her stuff was awesome. I was able to sit and observe the work atmosphere. It seems as if they are professional and like being around each other. I have 4 vehicles at my house and I will bring all 4 here. I have been here for almost 11 years and this is the first time I found a shop like this. Trust they dont just do oil changes.P.S I dont normally do reviews and I dont normally trust shops. But this I feel they got a new customer.

Had services and inspection done and tires changed. Very expensive and overpriced. Headlight was not installed properly. Inspection was not entered in the system. I called and I was told by Mark I had to come back in to re-inspect the car. I came back in and from the get go Mark became very hostile towards me. He raised his voice, rude and questioning why I hung up on him on the phone and why I left them a bad review. I never hung up on him and even if I did, so what? If I left a not favorable review, that was my right. He refused to redo the inspection or give my money back. He told me to leave and I wouldn’t so he called the police. The police came and the police was laughing when I told them that I was refused service because allegedly I “hung up on him over the phone.” Police called Mark a “childish person.” This place is a joke. Customer service is nonexistent. Professionalism and Human decency is obsolete. You would think that businesses like this will be nicer with the pandemic going on but they’re not. It’s baffling. I have contacted the Texas Attorney General already and they said that they will be following up on this. I have also contacted their corporate office. Avoid this place at all cost. Go to Goodyear instead half a mile away, they are nicer, professional and more affordable.

Steven was extremely professional today. He went above and beyond with ensuring my issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. A lady came in needing assistance. She was extremely rude and yelling at him, i must say he kept composure and was super professional. He told her he’ll be able to help her just not right away and she was so rude to him, she walked out after he asked her to give him about an hour. I have been using their services for my last 3 cars. Never had any issues. In and out in a timely manner. Prices always right. Appointments are recommended since the shop can get crowded quickly. Lots of customers most of the time.

I arrived right at 8:00 at opening and my oil change literally took until 9:20. An hour an 20 minutes for an oil change. They did their job and were nice but I dont think Ill be back even though they have good Groupon prices. To me the amount of time I spent there when I got there at opening to avoid waiting long, just baffles me. Not worth it to be honest.

Staff was nice. Service was decent. Way overpriced for half quart oil was going to charge 6.00. Inflation is real. But the manager was nice. And didnt charge me for the extra half quart of oil😉

The techs at Pricision Tune were awesome! Told me there would be a 45m wait for my oil change. Not a problem, as the lobby was packed, and I know they do more than just oil changes. These guys work hard and are always very nice and friendly when I come in. My car ended up needing more than just an oil change- cabin filter, radiator flush, rear shocks...I agreed to have it done. While waiting, a lady came in for an oil change. No mask on. She was told it would be 45m to an hour (this was before my diagnostic came back) and was requested to wear a mask. The lady put the mask on but kept it below her nose and mouth. She kept asking me what I was having done and why it was taking so long. She approached the manager and asked; when he tried to explain she caught attitude. My suggestion for people who want a rush job on an oil change - go to a place that ONLY does oil changes. If you want a great job done right the first time without being over charged come here. If you cant wait, or have no patience, please go elsewhere. I will continue to be a loyal customer and support these guys! I shopped Around and found these guys, They were honest and communicative, they found the real problems and my bill was more affordable! Will definitely make this place a home for my cars.

This review is long delayed. I’ve been a happy and satisfied customer since forever (~2016). These guys are super honest, helpful and so PRECISE in diagnosing my car problems. If they had the same type of people running a vet clinic, I’d take my pet there. And if they’d run a medical clinic, I’d take all my family members there. But since their specialty is limited to automobiles, I can only recommend them for cars. Jokes aside, these guys are awesome possums! So glad I found them GroupOn years ago when I did! Upon arrival I was immediately greeted. I originally went in for an oil change on my 2012 Altima, and decided to ask them to diagnose (and quote) why my abs and break light were randomly coming on and off. Explained that my brother-in-law had taken the car to another shop and was told there was nothing wrong. Ray and Keith listened and then consulted Steven. Between the three, a game plan was created and executed INCLUDING offering solutions to financing any repairs that were needed. I ended up taking their recommendations for what needed to be done. All I can say is WELL DONE gentlemen; you deserve a raise! You have earned a loyal customer! I will be back.

The technicians are amazing there, they did my brakes and rotors. I have a lifted truck with oversized tires, so my brakes are important. They are very provisional. The synthetic oil change was at a amazing price. The best in town. Management is always having sales. My women drove my truck up there and my wife and I are pleased, will go back for much needed services.

Just got an oil change and tire rotation. Professional with great customer service.Update: I was told by Precision that my control arms needed to be replaced. Took my car to the Chrysler dealership the next day for a second opinion and the mechanic told me that there wasnt anything wrong with my control arms and I had at least another 15k miles before I would need to replace them. However my serpentine belt needed replaced....For a dealership (we all know how dealerships love to get over) to tell me not to replace the arms makes me feel as though Precision tried to play me. Thank goodness I got that second opinion.

Did an oil change with them, and I have 2,000 miles left until my next service as I don’t drive my car a lot. Come to find out that they didn’t put enough oil in my car, thank god I checked next time put the right amount of oil in the car! The main guy in the front seems to not like it when their customers use Groupon, sorry we are not all rich a** hole!

Came in for an oil change for the first time. Received a call with the 30 min service time promised that due to me going 6000 miles over recommended, motor oil was clogged and that needed to be cleaned. I appreciate recommendations and Im sure this was true bc the mileage numbers on my previous oil change sticker were hard to see. Not only that, my tires were busted, so I received a deal on new ones. Two days later a nail was found in one of the new tires and a patch repair was done at no charge..What a blessing! I appreciate the service and will return again in the future. The manager was very caring and timely. Customers were in and out with reasonable wait times.

Very professional and polite the entire time I was there. Anything I didn’t understand the store manager Jemal made sure to explain it to me and made sure to check with me before adding on any services my car needed.Definitely don’t plan on taking my car anywhere else but here.

I usually pay $70 for my oil change. Got the hook up for $40 and free transmission flush plus tire rotation. As soon as I came in I was greeted and immediately welcomed. Nice staff and great sense of humor. Aston was extremely nice and assisted with all my needs. Thanks guys!!

I have been taking my car here for years and it will be the LAST time. Every time my wife takes here car for a simple oil change she gets up sold on things that are not even needed. Thank God she called me. So this time we go in for a simple oil change. She gets told that a flush needs to happen cause she was 3000 miles over. I told the guy over the phone that no were not cause I have kept up with the oil changes just not with them. The we need new windshield wipers even though I just changed out both of them myself a month ago... then the cabin filter... regular air filter... tires... cvt axle ... and to top it off they took the damn dashboard apart just to look for stuff to fix... a bit evasive FOR JUST A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE.... over $500 in repair!!! Give me a break. Enough is Enough...

I came for a quick oil change, the reception are had a few people waiting. However, everyone was getting check in / check out quickly. Not to long of a wait to get assisted. Front desk service was friendly and detailed. Overall, customer service quality was wonderful and fast.

We have taken our company car to be serviced several times and it has been a challenge getting a solid question answered each time. I went back today to get oil change and inquire about an issue on prior repair and they immediately got very defensive and just without reason start saying it was something I did and their parts and services just do not stop operating. This is before I was even able to bring the car in and was just trying to inquire about warranty. Then he raised his voice and started to advance to at me in and unconformable way so I left.

I found this place originally on Groupon. When I walked in, I spoke with Steven and he was very knowledgeable. I appreciate him for explaining things to me in a manner that I understood and also for the fact that he didn’t try to rip me off! It’s worth going in directly since his normal price is $39 for a standard 5qt oil change. (With the fees you end up paying the same, but they get the full amount instead of splitting it with Groupon) I’m definitely returning for normal business.

I went to this location on 6/27/20. My check engine light was on and it was reading Cylinder 6 misfire. I was told by the manager Able Cylinder 6 misfire means #6 Ignition Coil is bad and to replace it and that would fix the issue. I paid $156.99 to replace it. My check engine light has came back on. I took it to the Dealer today had them do a diagnostic and its reading Cylinder 6 misfire again. I was ripped out of my money and Im filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is highly unacceptable.

20 min in and out with synthetic oil.***Update***Rejected service for not wearing a mask. I can see not being allowed in the small building, but a tech could have assisted outside at my car. I understand the safety of others too. To go beyond your limits to get a job done, now that is service! So... instead, I brought my business somewhere else!***Not to mention, a tech was in the main office, lobby area turning in a report and he had NO mask on!Now... I dont know if or when I can return since we dont know when this whole pandemic will be over with. Guess Ill have to bring my service to Baker Nissan who accepts me.

Stopped by for an oil change and possible tune up on my vehicle, but as I was walking to the door to talk to somebody about that, I was greeted with a bunch of yelling and cussing coming from the shop area. I heard a female voice scream and seen a guy putting her in a head lock. Needless to say I politely turned around and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional

I visited this establishment on January 9, for an oil change and state inspection on my vehicle. I was informed by the manager that my vehicle would not pass inspection cause my tires were low on tread. I was then informed by the same manager that if I pay an extra $100 to him or go to dinner with him, that my vehicle would pass inspection. Needless to say I left Precision Tune without an oil change or a state inspection. I would highly recommend that you avoid this business for any of your needs, this place is racist and sexist, and should be investigated. I will definitely be in touch with someone from the corporate office or a lawyer or both.

I usually do my own oil changes, but they have the cheapest full synthetic oil change in town - doesn’t make sense to do your own when they’re just a few bucks more. And they found an issue with my axle boot I would have missed, complete with a written estimate to repair. Highly recommend, fast, honest, top service, and cheap. What more can you ask for?

Was waiting for an oil change service for my vehicle. Showed up at 7:45 am, because the place is supposed to open up at 8:00 am, but I waited until 8:05 and no one opened the doors or greeted me. I unfortunately left this establishment, because I could not wait any longer. If you are on a schedule, please do not go to this establishment.
