Friendly people with cheap quality of service. I got the wrong oil which made my engine tick. They cleaned my windows only to leave a thin film of grime thats visible in direct sunlight. Fortunately they gave me a $10 coupon but it was still twice as much as other places.Update: just noticed their vehicle inspection left my air intake filter unsecured, so unfiltered air got in my engine for over 3,000 miles.

Super fast, friendly, calm, and upfront service. I stopped going to Toyota and started making the drive across town to this location because of how fast and friendly they are. As a bonus, they often email lots of good coupons on a frequent basis. Highly recommend!

Make sure you ask the oil change price before you do your oil change they are very over priced!!!!! This is insane and they don’t even ask you before they take all your oil out! This is my first time dropping a review. I told the mechanic i wanted my car back cause i didn’t wanna pay over a 100 for oil change they told me they took all my oil out how is this possible ? Before you do this type of thing ask the customer first! DONT GO THERE FOR YOUR OIL CHANGE!

I got my oil changed here and shortly after I noticed a leak. It turns out I have a transmission leak, but when I had them look into it (I originally thought the leak had something to do with the oil change) they told me they topped off my oil and I should take it to a transmission shop. When I left, my car was rumbling louder than usual and had a strong smell of gas. When I got to the shop the following day, the cap was left off in my hood and there was oil EVERYWHERE. How ignorant can you be to not put the cap back on ... This place cares about quantity not quality of service. Never going to a Jiffy Lube again.

For someone whos had many oil changes on my Chevy Silverado (10 years+) I have always had the Synthetic Oil change done for high mileage and it usually requires a change around 4500-5000 miles give or take. As you can see in the pictures I paid for the Synthetic change, the receipt also indicates oil change interval is 5000. You can also see the photos that are marking an oil change at 208,179. Thats no where near 5000 miles. When I called Jiffy Lube to question this the gentlemen didnt give me a chance to speak much but kept insisting this is normal if I use cheap oil. I told him I didnt use cheap oil, they did my last change with the Synthetic oil. His last response was well maam you can come and get another oil change meaning pay for it. I would never ever go into another Jiffy Lube with such a bad experience! Id prefer to pay much more than saving with a coupon only to get poor service and dishonest business.

Incredible service. They were busy: they had 6 total cars when I got there. Yet they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. I have a fleet vehicle and other locations always seem confused or have many questions for me. The team at this location knew what needed to be and could be done and got it done...quickly. They were polite and professional as well. I will make a longer drive to come here!

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube location for years. They always treat me right. The guys there are friendly and professional. Special shout-out to LaJuan, the service advisor who made me laugh at my last oil change.I drive in from the south suburbs, past another Jiffy Lube location right down the street from where Ilive, to go to this location, 20+ miles away. These guys are that good.Ill take Jiffy Lube over one of those stay in your car places where you hear people hollering and screaming around you. These guys have a nice waiting room - but you wont be waiting long!Go see em! Theyre great!!!

Had a vehicle inspected here. Service was fast and efficient. I did not like the fact that they left my truck parked near a busy thoroughfare, running, and with the key in it at the end of the inspection.Would have been very easy to steal.

They took care of my oil change. Two cars in front of me when I came, two cars behind me when I left. I did come on MLK day, so maybe a longer line with the holiday. It was comfortable.

Got my state inspection this morning. It took only 15 minutes altogether and everyone was professional.

Immediately I was told I have to use synthetic oil for my car. This is not true. I did ask for Mobile One synthetic and came knowing that I wanted this, but my vehicle does not require synthetic. Be ware of the switch and bait. I saw them dumping penzoil into my car and not using Mobile One. I dont like dishonest work being done on my vehicle.

Easy enough oil change. It took longer than expected, but otherwise good service.

Look. The guys working here are nice. Period. I went for my emissions testing here for the first time, and I’m glad I did.They do a good job, are courteous, and treat you like they like you. It’s nice to hear the employees asking repeat customers about their family and things of that nature.The prices are great too, so I’ll definitely be going back here for emissions.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service was done correctly as well. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they are overpriced. I paid 85 dollars for an oil change and for them to top off my radiator fluid. They also vacuum but my car had just been washed. Great experience but if you have a Ford just go to the dealership.

We went there for our state inspection, and the technician said that our car failed because we needed to have the brakes done. We were quoted $650 for the brakes. Three days later my spouse took the car to another business, and our car passed inspection with no problems.

It was very busy but I didnt have to wait anywhere near as long as I thought I would. The staff was polite and quick.

I really enjoy coming to this location, they are professional and friendly. The manager Marcus is fair and personable. They are always quick and on point!

Went here to get a state inspection, and the mechanic said they couldnt do the inspection without fixing my brakes. When I asked for a cost estimate, they said $700 to fix the brakes!! I know from experience the parts are $150 total and the labor is 20 minutes. Ive also had other mechanics in the area quote or fix my brakes for less than $250 when I supplied the parts.Do NOT go here unless you want to be price gauged or lied to.

Mask rules not being followed by employees. Dangling a mask around the neck does not count. I know its really hot and I know they are uncomfortable, but its unsafe for customers. Oil change, as usual, was fine, but I wont go back until they treat mask rules seriously.

Called before I went in to make sure there I could get a car inspection. I went straight in and when I got there I was informed that the car inspection machine had been down all morning. Waste of time.

This is my second time here, about half a year later, and it’s still an absolute pleasure doing business with this Jiffy Lube.The staff are very polite and respectful - one of the best examples of customer service that I have experienced in my lifetime so far.They are to-the-point with their recommendations, clearly showing what can be done for your vehicle - they also take “no” for an answer (which to me is a strong indicator that they care about providing quality service instead of accumulating sales).

Quick and easy, excellent costumer service. As a woman I’m especially conscious of mechanics trying to sell me services I don’t need, but there was no pushing from these guys. I was asked politely how my wipers were doing, for instance, instead of being told they needed to be changed. They also honoured a Jiffy Lube coupon I got by email, when other Jiffy Lube locations I’ve been to have not always accepted them.

I went to this location before for my state inspection and the staff was courteous, the work was performed well, and I appreciated the attention to detail during the cleaning of my car. I went back hoping to make this my local oil change shop but when I drove home I noticed a crack in the passenger side of my windshield. I contacted the store and I was told that a tape would be reviewed to determine if the crack happened during the service. I was not contacted back so I decided instead to reach out the company. Shortly following that call of course the location reached out to me only to say that the tape was reviewed and no damage was found. My advice go somewhere else or take photos of your vehicle.

I came here for oil change which they did service my car well and had pretty good attitudes. But when I left my wallet was no longer in my car ! I called the next day to see about it ; they had it but can’t say where it was found or who found it ! I know for fact I didn’t take it out of the car ! I NEVER DO ! But all is well they only took some minor things they must have needed it more than I ; but I WILL NEVER BE BACK OR REFER ANYONE TO A PLACE WITH THIEVES!!!!!!

Very honorable! Brought in SUV for oil change but was told that the change wasnt necessary as the oil was at 90%. They topped off the oil and checked everything for me so I felt comfortable for my road trip. They didnt charge me for the service but I left a tip. I will definitely be back when I do need an oil change!!I got to Jiffy Lube by 8 am on a Saturday so I was in and out within 10 minutes. Get there early because another car showed up after I had pulled in. Waiting room was clean and staff was very knowledgeable.

I came for an oil change for my car, the main draw being that they also lightly clean the exterior and vacuum the interior. It would have been $7 cheaper for me to go to Midas (even with a $10 coupon), but I chose to go here instead because of the additional cleaning. The exterior and exterior cleaning component can be found on their website under what is includee. My car had just been professionally detailed the week before, so the vacuuming would have been minimal, but I had transported a ladder in the carpeted trunk and there were a few pieces of dried leaves and debris that had been brought in from the ladder. There was a small amount sand and dust by the drivers seat. Nothing crazy, and easily taken care of with a vacuum.It wasnt vacuumed and my check engine light was lit when they returned my vehicle.They argued that it had been lit when I brought it in and then said the radiator needed to be replaced, etc, when they looked at it again. After another 15 minutes, I get my car back again and it is off. I scanned it later and am given a code for the manifold. Im not sure where they are getting the radiator issue from, but I will update this review when I get the car serviced, as I am learning that there are very few places in Houston that one can trust.

Disgusted! Money stolen out of vehicle. On Monday, January 22, 2018 during my lunch break, I took my vehicle in for an routine oil change. I placed 17.00 dollars in my door to buy my lunch upon leaving shop. Routine oil change comes with a light vacuum of vehicle. Extra service not needed but it is appreciated. Upon getting my vehicle back after paying I reach in door to get money to go and buy my lunch, and it’s gone. Really! 17 dollars? Why? So I tell the owner about missing money and he replaces it without question. He then tell me he had a theft problem with previous employees. Had? You still have a theft problem. I guess your employee thought I would not notice or he has done this so many times it is no big deal. Needless to say I will never go back and would advise whom ever read this to never go to this location.

They dont allow you to stay in your car. I previously visited this location and didnt want their guys inside my car due to Covid, however before I was allowed.

Just visited this Jiffy Lube after finding a coupon online. Call this location several times before I came. No answer. Once I actually got to the Jiffy Lube they tell me they do not honor coupons from onlineThat I should try the nearest other Jiffy Lube. What’s the point of offering great deals on oil changes if you honor the coupons?

They staff pay attention to detail, offer advice on the well maintenance of your vehicle, work fast.

This was the best experience I have had at a Jiffy Lube. The salesman was very professional and I was in and out in 15 min. The waiting room was also nice and not dingy like some other businesses I have been to. I will make a point to come back to this location the next time I need an oil change.

I got a top off and the guy left the oil stick out! I did not realize this until probably over 50 miles of driving! Hopefully, my car will be okay! Never coming back here.

Ive taken my car here for 3 years, and they do a great job. They dont charge you for things you dont need, and they top off fluids for no charge usually. I brought my car in for an inspection and it failed because I had just replaced the battery. They told me to drive it around for a few days, and bring it back in. There was a wait for the official inspector, so they did a quick check to see if it passed, and it failed again. I drove it around for another two weeks and brought it back for a 3rd time, and it passed. All this, and they only charged me for the first inspection. Finally, I like that I see the same employees every time I go. Theyre great!
